They rested for a full day inside of the boulders and trees that Taehyung placed them in, and so the night after Jungkook had been rescued they all sat down to discuss their plans. Jungkook felt Jimin’s eyes on him again and he shifted uncomfortably as he knew that the time was quickly coming for him to tell them that he had lost his powers; the time in which they would probably abandon him. They all sat in a big group, twelve boys and only three girls still alive, Jungkook flanked by Hoseok on one side and Jin on the other. Jimin sat with the boy in green across from the teen and Jungkook did his best to ignore the seer’s gaze.   “So, what’s the plan.” Yoongi said brightly as if their lives weren’t depending on what they did now, and Hoseok barked a short laugh before saying, “Yeah, Jimin, what’s the plan?”   Everyone seemed to start talking then, mostly demands about why Hoseok was asking Jimin and not this person or that one, but Jimin’s mouth stayed closed, only quirking into a smile when Jungkook’s eyes finally landed on him. Jimin tapped the boy in green on the side and in answer the other boy placed his hand to the ground in front of his folded legs; the earth underneath them all gave a light rumble in response and everyone quieted to look at him. The boy simply flashed his dimples again and motioned to Jimin, who in turn looked to Jungkook.   “So. Have your abilities come back yet?” He asked as if it were the most natural question in the world, and every head swiveled to look at the teen. He felt like he was under a microscope and he squirmed uncomfortably before he realized that Jimin’s question meant that they had known all along.   “You… you knew I lost my powers? And still rescued me?” He gasped out in surprise, and Hoseok let out a little laugh as he side hugged him again.   “Of course, little one. You’re one of us.”   “And besides, your powers will come back,” one of the girls said, her long dark hair tangled and dirty but doing nothing to hide her beauty. “You just need to recharge.”   “How?” he asked, and again Hoseok was the one who answered.    “Rest. We’ve all lost our abilities at one point or another, when we have overstepped the boundaries of what we can physically handle. You used a lot of power in our run from the village and that fence overwhelmed you because of that. You just need to rest.”   It was that simple? Jungkook was shocked; he had thought that he had somehow burned out of his ability, lost it because he had overstretched what his body could take, and though having an ability was what got him into this mess in the first place he couldn’t help but to feel relieved. His power was a part of him now and he never wanted to lose it again; he could only wait anxiously for it to come back.   Jimin nodded slowly as he listened to them all, then he said matter-of-factly, “So they haven’t come back yet. Okay. Then obviously we can’t try the border again yet, and obviously we can’t stay here. They’ll be searching, and with Jisoon having betrayed us,” his face showed no pain at the mention of his mentor, but Jungkook saw Jimin’s hands g
