Chapter 4

“Would you stop staring at that picture and practice?!” CNU yelled at me. I jumped and put the picture away quickly and rush to practice. Did he see it? I’m so pathetic… I’ve only met her once! I should just throw it away…

“Gongchan!” CNU yelled angrily stopping the dance again

“Yes?” I asked nervously

“Where is your head? You almost ran over Baro!”

“I’m sorry…” I said bowing in apology to the group

“Let’s take a break and come back tomorrow so maknae can get his head together” CNU said shaking his head. I lowered mine in disappointment. I always seem to let them down…

“It’s okay hyung!” Baro smiled putting an arm around me “He said ‘almost’ not that you did!” Typical Baro looking at the Brightside. He can be happy he isn’t yelled at all the time…  I just never seem to do anything right… I packed my stuff and decided to walk home instead of going with the guys.

“I wonder if people will notice me. Eh my hat is enough disguise… Maybe sunglasses too?” I wondered pulling a pair out of my bag. I guess you can never be too cautious as a celebrity. I kept walking the studio seems a lot farther when you’re walking…

“oooo a park!!!” I smiled seeing a small playground “I wanna play!!”  I said setting my bag down on a bench and running to the jungle gym. I didn’t bother the kids playing on it but they seemed to laugh when I fell… After a while of playing I got down and went back to the bench… An EMPTY bench…

“MY BAG!” I said franticly looking around “No no no no no!” I said checking behind it and around it.

“Hyungs aren’t going to be happy…” then it clicked! “Her picture!!!!” I said palming my forehead. It was the only one I had! Now what happens when I forget what she looks like!? Hanging my head like a little boy I continued my walk home… Hyung is going to be angry… Very angry… Maybe I should get dinner so he can be nice? I checked my pockets and I didn’t have that much on me. Well I could buy him something small then?

“Okay!” I smiled and walked into the nearest store. I looked and looked but everything was too expensive…  Why!? Why does it always have to be me who screws up!? I screamed in my thoughts fighting tears.

“Why so down?” I hear a familiar voice and I look over. There she is! Right before me! I sniffled up my sad thoughts and smiled at her.

“It’s you!” I said

“It’s me!” she replied

“Oh!” I said taking off my glasses so she could see my face

“Oooh! You!” she said remembering who I was

“Hi! Ummm….” I remembered the lost picture and looked down again

“What’s wrong?”

“I lost the picture… Well I lost everything actually… Cell phone, wallet, practice schedule, and hyungs are going to be very angry at me…  But I’m sorry for losing the picture” I said hanging my head again

“Don’t get too down” She smiled lifting my head up “Keep your head up you look better when you’re happy. And don’t worry you can always check police stations just in case someone turned it in.”

“Thank you Nuna, you’re very kind” I smiled

“Am I your nuna? Hmmm… Anyway wait here and I’ll get you another picture! You can have my copy!” she said turning around but I stopped her

“No no you keep that one! Just promise to take another with me!” I smiled “Well maybe when I get a new phone…”

“Okay! Well I’ve got to get back to work! Come and visit again!” she waved bye and I walked out of the store smiling. I smiled all the way home. I knocked on the door.

“Why are you knocking?” Sandeul asked me

“I don’t have my keys…”

“Where have you been?”CNU asked me

“Uh I walked home and stopped by the park and-“

“Well why didn’t you tell us or answer our calls and texts? We didn’t know where you were!” he yelled at me but I remembered Nunas complement and kept my head up

“My bag was stolen and I couldn’t”

“Stolen?” he asked as if he didn’t believe me

“Yes.”

“Okay well I’ll call manager hyung and tell him to turn your phone off. I hope that none of your pictures get out…”

“Thank you hyung” I smiled. He was being nice! Nuna only told me to keep my head up… And Hyung was being nice now! Nuna has good advice! But who is she?
