Jin woke up with a start. And as soon as he sat up from his bed, he sniffed the air and was shocked to smell cooked food. He immediately stood up and fixed his bed before walking to the kitchen. 

"Jungkook?" he asked, shocked to see Jungkook up so early. At the call of his name, he turned and smiled at his hyung. "Morning Hyung. I couldn't sleep so i made breakfast. Although i don't know what it taste like." he shrugged. Jin was still looking at him, shocked to see him like this. For starters he was always the one to go to bed first and the last to wake up. Second, he made breakfast for pete's sake. He felt like something was off so he asked. 

"How come you couldn't sleep last night?" Jin asked. "Ah...JM and I broke up last night, so i got a little distracted and couldn't sleep." he covered up his sad and broken interior with a faint smile. Jin's eyes widened and his mouth slightly gaped. "What do you mean you broke up?" Jin asked. Jungkook turned his back to Jin and continued making scrambled eggs. "We ended it. Our relationship. She said she wasn't happy with me anymore. So i agreed. What's the point of keeping our relationship if she isn't happy and she doesn't love me anymore?" he chuckled sadly. Jin was quiet. He was speechless. He never thought it would end so soon. Well he thought they would last for about a couple of years but they only lasted for 7 months. Feeling sorry for the young man, he walked up to him and gave him a squeeze, lifting him up in the air for a split second. "Don't hurt yourself kiddo, you can cry infront of us. Don't hide it if you're hurt inside." he said. Jungkook nodded like a kid making Jin pat him in the head and let him go. "Thanks Hyung. I promise i'll do my best later at practice." Jungkook said. "You still want to?" Jin asked. "Yeah. I don't want to be a hindrance to the group. Besides, maybe it can help me get the incident out of my head."

And oh boy how wrong was he. 

Jungkook tried his best not to cry infront of everyone but everytime he faces the mirror and the whole room, he thought of JM. Everything reminded him of her. From the moment they very first met, to the time he confessed, up to that time when he taught her their choreo to 'no more dream' and they ended up kissing against the mirror. Everything flashed back to him  like a fat slap to the face. From one moment to another, he thought of them all. And now, as he danced to another song for their showcase, he had tears falling down from his eyes. He blinked them away and focused solemnly on the dance. "Ok guys, take 10." their choreographer instructed. Jungkook placed his hands on his knees and hung his head low. He blinked away more tears and wiped them with his arm, acting like it was sweat that he wiped. 

"Hyung, doesn't Kookie seem off today?" J-Hope nudged Jin who had his neck stretched upwards and was downing the whole bottle of water. "Don't even mention that to him." Jin said. Jimin, who was with them as well, asked why. "JM broke up with him last night." Jimin and J-Hope turned their heads to Suga who approached them with a gasp. "That's horrible." Suga said quietly. "Turns out he got 'distracted' and didn't even get a wink of sleep. So he looks twice as tired." Jin added. Jimin looked at the maknae with a painful heart. "Poor Maknae." The four of them watched Jungkook as he walked to the Sofa and stretched his neck backwards. He quietly laced his fingers and crossed his ankles as he closed his eyes as well.

A few hours passed and it was finally time to go home. They all grabbed their things from the small bar at the corner of the room and walked their way home. Jungkook, silently was left behind them all. He was walking behind with his head down, thinking so deep he didn't notice someone walking his way as well.  

*bump* Jungkook winced when the girl infront of him accidentally bumped his chin while she winced and rubbed her forehead. He looked up and was instantly locked into her gaze as she sadly looked up his eyes. JM and Jungkook both stared at each others eyes for a while until she looked sideways. "S-sorry about that. I wasn't looking." she said, her voice slightly cracked. "I wasn't looking as well. So i guess we're even." it was quiet between them. No one tried to talk nor leave first. Jungkook kept on glancing at her until he couldn't resist. "Is your forehead okay? That really  hurt." he asked lifting up her fringe and cupping one side of her face to tilt it up to him.The other BTS members were tense. They watched the two with wide eyes and a frozen posture. No one dared to move from their place nor speak up because they were too nervous. Thou they all had one thing in mind, 'Oh , it's JM.'

She stared a little longer at his concerned eyes until she took a step back. "I'm fine, are you?" she asked. Jungkook realized what he just did and felt angry at himself for crossing the line. "I'm sorry, for what i just did. Uhh. I'm fine, see. It'e not red." he showed a small smile to show he's ok. She smiled softly back at him. "I'll get going then." JM said, bowing her head and walking away. She didn't even bother to hear his reply incase she might bury her head in his chest and wrap her arms around him where she felt safe and composed. 'at the time i needed him the most, i couldn't even touch his hand." she thought and sighed. 

Jungkook on the other hand, put down his hands that were left hanging when she backed away then lifted them back again to run his fingers on his hair out of frustration. He took his time to get himself together before forcing himself to walk forward. He absent mindedly passed by the rest of his friends and got inside their house first

"Oh my gosh. I was so nervous, now i'm sweating." Jimin wiped his sweat and let out a breath he didn't know he was holding in. "You guys go ahead, i'm gonna head to the girls house and ask a few questions." Suga said, walking his way at the opposite side if the road. Jin followed suit after instructing the others to go back home and guard
Jungkook.

*ding dong* "Eo? Are you expecting anyone?" Caeun asked the younger girls. "No eonnie. Maybe it's the guys." Sohee answered. "Yippy. " Caeun sarcastically replied. She ran to the gate and was met with Jin and Suga, looking worried and serious. She instantly felt alert. Without a single word, she opened the gate wider and stepped aside for the boys to enter. The boys bowed their heads and walked ahead. 

"Hey! Oppa..." Sohee's voice drifted when she saw the looks on their faces. "We all need to talk." Suga said, dragging her by the hand and sitting on the couch where the other girls were. "Did i do something wrong?" Sohee asked Suga. He shook his head and let her head rest on his chest while he wrapped his arm around her. He ruffled her hair and kissed her crown. "JM and Jungkook broke up last night." Jin told the girls, scratching the back of his head in frustration. Kyana, who just entered dropped the empty carton of milk from shock. "They what?" she asked with wide, shocked eyes. He stood up and dragged her to sit. "He said Jungkook and JM broke up, just last night. You don't know?" Suga asked them. The girls shook their heads no. Caeun's brows furrowed. 

"Who called it off?" She asked curiously. "JM did." Jin answered, shocking them all again. "And Jungkook agreed?" Sohee asked. "Yes." Suga answered, shocking them even more. "This doesn't make sense, it's so sudden and so....impossible."Kyana muttered. "That's why were here to ask, but by the looks of it no one knows about this." Jin said, leaning back on the couch. "You think she talked to Lai or Yongguk oppa? Or maybe even Raeanne eonnie?" Caeun asked the others. "No. If she talked to one of the girls, then we would know already." Kyana said. 

They all fell into complete silence. Until Suga's phone ringed, he fished it out and looked at the caller's id. He answered and was cut off by Jimin. 

"Hyung, Jungkook's going to JM." he panted. "What? Why? We told you to keep him inside the house." Suga said, catching the others attention. "yeah, we'll, he's going to ask for an explanation." Jimin replied. "that stupid maknae. Ugh. He fell really hard for JM."Suga groaned. "where did he say he was going to exactly?" Suga asked. "Woolim, JM should be there he said." Jimin answered. "Woolim?" Sohee overheard. "Ah! She has to settle the contract today. You know, that one she and Jungkook nailed when they had their showcase." Sohee added as she remembers. "Should we let them be? i mean it's not like they'll hurt each other." Kyana said. "Should we go and ask Himchan oppaabout this instead?"Caeun asked. Jin clapped once and pointed at Caeun. "We'll do that. 2 of the girls will go and talk with Himchan hyung while two of the boys wil go and follow Jungkook. In case something happens."

And that's what they did. Kyana and Caeun took Kyana's car to meet with Himchan at the hospital while Jin, Suga and Sohee rode in one car as well. Sohee insisted to come and Suga won't deny so she went with them as well.

Meanwhile, JM quietly walked to the entrance of Woolims building after being dropped off by the bus. She looked up at the big sign and sighed. Then, She looked down at the folder containing her contract and began to think. "Do i still want this?" She asked herself. She walked to the buildings small staircase and sat on it. She thought whether she should sign the contract or not. 

"Why aren't you going inside?" Someone asked breaking her trance of thoughts. She looked up at the person and her eyes widened. She bowed her head and greeted.

"Eonnie." JM greeted Haerin. Haerin approached her and sat beside her. "Are you signing with Woolim?" Haerin asked. JM looked away and shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know. I feel like i don't deserve it. I mean, Jungkook..." she stopped midway. At the mere mention of his name, she would feel this small prick in her heart. "Jungkook what?" Haerin asked. "J-jungkook, c-choreographed it all and he did most of the work. And, our performance isn't even an audition. I feel like Jungkook deserves this more than me." She honestly said. Even though JM broke up with Jungkook, she didn't want to treat Haerin differently, especially when this woman is the love of her brother and her loves sister. She wanted to remain friends with this woman even if it would be awkward for her.

JMs POV

"JM, you deserve it as much. You helped each other out. Don't deny that." Haerin eonnie said. I smiled at her and looked at my tangled fingers. My fingers that used to lace themselves with Jungkook's. Why does everything remind me of him?

"Remind you of who?" She asked, texting on her phone. I stared at her wide eyes. I just said that out loud. Wow. How careless can you be Kim Jaemin? "No one." I said. She playfully narrowed her eyes at me. "You're not cheating on my brother are you?" She asked. I looked at her with a completely shocked expression. Then she laughed. "Haha. I was just joking. I know you would never hurt nor betray Jungkook." Her words hit me like a big rock smashed to the face. I looked away and said nothing. I tried my best to not cry but it's jungkook who we're talking about. I love him too much everything hurts even at the mere thought of him.

"Woah. Why are you crying? Did i say something wrong?" She panicked. My tears fell continously and i wiped them away. "We broke up last night." I said with creased brows and a quiet voice. She went silent for a while then the unexpected happened. She hugged me. That was the last of it. I sobbed hard and let out my load cries of frustration and hurt. I burried my face on her shoulder and hugged her back, tight.

"I'm sorry for what happened." Was all she said. I sobbed and tried to calm myself down. Then a voice made us both part. "Noona?" Jungkook asked, heaving breathlessly. Had he been running? "Oh. Jungkook. I had business nearby then i saw......JM." she said.

By the time she started talking, we both had stood up while i hid myself behind her. I furiously wiped away my tears filled eyes and tried to look as normal as possible. He can't see me breaking down like this especially when it is my fault that we're in this situation right now. I have no right to.

"Eonnie, i'll be heading up first. I'll see you around." I smiled sincerely at her. I took one long look at Jungkook then turned to walk inside of the building.

Jungkooks POV

I watched as she turned her back on me. Okay, i did not run past 11 buildings just for her to turn her back on me. I came here for answers and i'm getting them.

I walked straight ahead but was immediately pulled back by who else, my sister of course.

"Jeon Jungkook, what happened? Is she saying the truth? You two  really broke up? Why? How? When?" I was bombarded me with questions. I sighed and released her hold on my arms. "Noona, let's talk later. Yes?" "I asked you a question, now answer me. What happened to you two?" I looked at JM who finished getting her pass card and turned right to the elevator. I looked back at my sister who gave me a soft expression. I closed my eyes and let her pull me into a tight hug. She was a little below my height so i had my forehead resting on her shoulder. I felt her hand caress the back of my head while her other hand patted me on the back. I tried my very best to not cry infront of her. I shut my eyes and hugged her tight. "Noona. What am i going to do now?" I asked her. "I don't known kookie. I honestly don't know." She answered after a while. I sighed and let go.

"Noona. Should i go and ask her why?" I asked for advice. "She didn't tell you?" She asked back. I shook my head slowly. "It's not that she didn't, i just want to know more. Understand fully why did she do that..." I said. Then chuckled sadly. "To be honest noona, for the first time in forever, i had a really tragic nightmare..." I confessed, shocking Noona. "It was that bad?" She asked. I nodded. "Then i woke up this morning and realized it was real." I said. Based on Haerin noona's expression, she couldn't help but feel sorry for my state. This was my first relationship, JM is my first love, well, was my first love.

After contemplating whether i should ask JM or not, i decided it would be better if i don't, for the time being anyway. Haerin noona had already left the place and so i decided to just leave the place and go home...

Back at the girls side, Kyana and Caeun had already explained the situation about JM breaking up with Jungkook to Himchan, who in return stayed quiet.

"Oppa, don't you have anything to say?" Sohee asked. Himchan couldn't react. He doesn't know how to. There was this part of him that felt angry at Jungkook for not holding on and at JM for ending their relationship that easy. But another part of him couldn't help but be selfish of his own happiness. He could go back to Haerin without any hesitation, except that now....she's in a relationship with Chanyeol.

"Oppa." Caeun repeatedly called. Himchan looked up at her and frowned. "Why did she do that?" He asked. Kyana shrugged. "Didn't she tell you anything? As in anything?" She asked. Himchan shook his head. Then there was a knock at Himchan's door. "Come in." He said.

Haerin poked her head inside and bowed when she saw people and a shocked Himchan. "H-Haerin..." Himchan stuttered. "I-i'll comeback later. It looks like you have visitors." Haerin bowed her head again but stopped on her tracks when Yongguk came in. They both met eyes and Haerin immediately felt scared because of Yongguk. Yongguk, on the other hand, remained emotionless. "What are you doing here?" Yongguk asked. Everyone inside the room remained silent. "I-" "Yongguk." Himchan spoke. Yongguk turned his head towards Himchan and saw his warning look. So instead, Yongguk nodded at the others and excuse Haerin and himself

"What are you doing here?" Yongguk asked once again. "I'm here to see Himchan." Haerin said. "Cut to the chase Haerin. Why are you really here?" Yongguk asked rather angrily. Haerin sighed and massaged her nosebridge. "I heard that Jungkook and JM broke up. I was supposed to ask him if he knew about it." Haerin said softly. Yongguk furrowed his brows.

"So what. Now that JM and Jungkook are done you can go back and date Himchan then hurt him again?" /slap/ Yongguk turned his face back to Haerin and saw her glaring at him. "He broke up with me. You know that. " Haerin said angrily with tears streaming down her cheeks.

"He wouldn't have done that if you didn't hurt him first. He was ready to sacrifice his career for you, but what? You would still break up with him? He loved you very much Haerin, but you have said words that hurt him real bad. So don't put the blame on him because you pointed out right at his face that you didn't want him." Yongguk pointed out angrily. Haerin cried harder. It was true that she hurt him with her words.

"Yongguk, you have no idea what it was like for me these past few years. I want him Yongguk. In every way i can get him. I loved him very much and right until this very moment, i still do. Every time i see him i wish i could just love him again like before." Haerin said. Finally she had admitted it. That after all these years, she still loves Himchan.

Jungkook dropped the basket of fruits and once again took a look at her sister and Yongguk. He never knew nor did he have any idea about his sisters love life. The two must've heard the basket drop because the moment he raised his head, he saw a shocked and tear-stained Haerin with Yongguk behind her

"J-jungie." Jungkook ignored his sisters words and walked to Himchan's room. He turned the knob and slowly entered. They all looked up and was shocked to see Jungkook.

"Hyung, is it true?" Jungkook asked Himchan. "What's true?" Himchan asked softly. "You used to date my sister?" Jungkook asked. Himchan stiffened. "Jungkook what are you talking about?" Caeun asked. Jungkook walked closer to Himchan until he was a meter away. "Hyung, did you or did you not date my sister 3 years ago?" Jungkook asked again. "I did. But it's-" Himchan didn't even finish his sentence when Jungkook's fist landed on his cheek. "That isn't enough after what my sister had to go through because of you." Jungkook stated calmly

"I respected you. I was polite to you. I was very cautious with JM when we dated and even before that because i know you're the protective type of brother. I looked up to you because you looked after your sister the moment she was born and because you worked your off to become who and what you are today. But what? You were the one who dated my sister? She had to consult a psychiatrist because of depression. She lost 10kg in 17 days. She fainted all the time because she couldn't get enough sleep. It took her almost a year to recover from what happened. But you know what? I will look past all that because aside from the fact that you are my senior. You are the brother of the girl i love and because my dumb sister still loves you despite what you did." He said. Himchan remained silent. He looked away and dared not to look into Jungkook's eyes.

"Jeon Jungkook." Haerin stated sternly. Jungkook took one last look at Himchan and turned to leave, walking past everyone including his sister. Not even sparing one last glance.

Jungkook walked silently, his hands inside his jeans pockets while kicking a rock. He kept on thinking about what he had done back there and if JM would forgive her for what he did to her brother. 'Probably not' he thought. He sighed and touched his nosebridge. All of this thinking was giving him a headache. When he finally reached their gate, he fished out his keys and was about to unlock the gate until he heard another gate opening

He turned to where the noise was and was shocked to see JM awake. She looked up after closing the gate and was shocked as well.

"Where are you heading? It's already late." He asked walking at the edge of the side walk opposite from her. She looked at her hoodies strings and played with it. "I'm heading out to buy something." She said. "How about you? You're coming home just now?" She asked. He nodded his head and talked no more further. They stayes silent for a while until Jungkook asked.

"Why did you break up with me?" He asked. Her brows furrowed. "I already told you." She said. "JM. We both know that is not the reason." He said. "Is it because of your brother?" He asked. Her eyes widened for a second and then she blinked. "We already fixed that issue. He approved of us. There wasn't a problem anymore. " she said. 'No. Stop asking. Please.' She pleaded in her head. Then she looked up when she heard him ask something.

"It's because of my sister and your brother, isn't it?" He asked. "You found out about it just recently, didn't you?" He asked again, this time looking straight into her eyes. She looked at him and saw that he wiped away a tear.

"Isn't it amazing how destined everything about us is?" He said. "But you do realize that my sister has a boyfriend right? Then why still break up with me?" He asked, his voice full of sadness. JM couldn't help but cry as well. "Jungkook, i've thought about it for a while. I did realize that. But like us, my brother loves your sister the way you love me and i to you. Jungkook, he sacrificed a lot of things for me. I want to give this one thing to him. " she said. "Even if it cost our relationship?" He asked. "Yes. Jungkook, i'm really sorry. Please don't hate me." She cried. Jungkook shook his head and wiped more tears. "How can i hate you Jaemin? I love you very much. I love you to the point that i'd let you have this one sacrifice you would do for yout brother who did everything for you. I'm,not being sarcastic or anything. I'm serious and sincere about accepting your wish. I would do anything for you, you know that." He said. She remained silent.

"You better buy whatever you have to buy before it gets pitch black. I'll see you whenever." He said after a long moment of silent sobs. She looked up and saw that he was looking at her. He gave her one sad smile and waved at her. He then turned to get out of her sight. She watched as he entered their dorm. She wiped away her tears and silently whispered, 'I love you Jungkook, Always.' 

Hey guys..... i know. you're all shocked that this is the final chapter. I'm also sorry for making you all wait. School was, as usual hectic. i was os busy and stuff but i managed to finish the final chapter. I hope this chapter explains everything that is happening CLEARLY. i had a great journey with you all. :) thank you for waiting till now.  :) you guys will be missed
