“Then I’m sorry, I need the both of you out if that’s the case because things might messed up if the other will stay and the other will just go, since both of you already paid for this month rent and I can’t give the money if you want refund. So, I suggest you two better share the place and share for rent. That’s economically wise, I think.” She explained.
