They were perfect together.
He saw forever in her eyes. She saw eternity in his.
Whenever they were together, it was like fireworks, and butterflies, and aliens: the moments were magical.
But now he was with her, inside a drafty law firm room. It took a while but she finally agreed to see him, instead of simply sending the papers.
Who knew forever would end with a seven letter word? No, it couldn't. Divorce couldn't be the end right?
Was he neglectful?
Was he not enough?
Choi Seung hyun had one agenda: to make his wife fall in love with him all over again.
Foreword
"Sign it, and let's part ways as civil as possible." Bom said coldly, every word stinging Seunghyun.
Even in their worst moment, he was still mesmerized by her. She was still so beautiful, so perfect. What did he do to lose something this precious?
He still loved everything about her. Which was what had hurt him the most. How she could have changed her heart about him still baffled Seunghyun.
But that was reality. People change. She changed. So Seunghyun got a fountain pen from his coat pocket and wrote his name sadly on the dreaded dotted lines. It was against his will, but his love for Bom got the better of him. He had to do whatever made her happy.
"Take everything. I don't need them." Seunghyun uttered briefly. He didn't want her to see that she had hurt him again. He rose up quickly, heading towards the door to prevent her from seeing tears fall from his eyes.
He got out of the room, looking as defeated as ever.
No, he couldn't be satisfied with this. Not until he was sure he tried everything in his power to take her back.
With one desperate thought, he said to himself. "One more chance. One last chance Bommie. Let me into your heart again."
