ah, a bittersweet realization. Taemin acknowledges that he's not the one for Noona, and that Kyuhun will take good care of her while they are in France; so he peacefully but sadly lets her go achieve her dreams and be happy. it's too bad that his hard work at school kind of went to waste, seeing that he wanted to complete it so he could be with Noona. and hearing that he's an amazing kid from his supposed enemy, he's probably amazed at how Kyuhun can see his hard work but Noona kind of... overlooks it. and she overlooks his feelings too, considering she basically ignored him after Taemin jokes that he said she was chatty. <br />

i think it was really good that Taemin decided to let her go peacefully like that. he finally achieved his goal at being mature because of that.<br />
i truly admire how your one-shots always have open-interpreted endings.
