¤¤CHAPTER 2¤¤

The test just ended and Sungmin along with Ryeowook was in the school’s rooftop hanging their newly washed clothes, The school has their very own dorm, that’s why Sungmin decided to just live in the dorms rather than live in his parent’s house, since it was too far.

“Ryeowook-ah how’d you think you did in the tests?”

“you know, same same” Ryeowook said shrugging his shoulders

Sungmin sighed and continued hanging the clothes, the group of friends were really keen in their study, in fact, they became friends because of their study group.

“Jagiya!” Someone called out from behind, Sungmin rolled his eyes and turned around, hands on his waist

“How many times do I need to tell you to stop calling me names like that! Call me Sungmin, can you do that?”

Kyuhyun smirked and walked closer to Sungmin, he took down the hands on Sungmin’s waist and instead replaced his own hands on the smaller guy’s waist

“nope” Sungmin glared at Kyuhyun, he tried to pry the hands off his waist but failed against Kyuhyun’s strength he glared once again at the taller guy

“Yah! Let me go!” Sungmin yelled, Kyuhyun scrunched his face at Sungmin’s voice, he stubbornly encircled his arms around Sungmin’s waist and locked his hands at the smaller man’s back.

“Kiss me first” Kyuhyun then puckered his lips and closed his eyes, he was rewarded with a hand lightly slapping his cheek

“ewwwww Kyuhyuuunnnn” Sungmin said with a disgusted face, Kyuhyun gazed amusingly at Sungmin’s face, he then loosened his arms, took Sungmin’s hand with his left hand, brought it to his lips and kissed the back of it softly.

“This is the hand that touched my face, it was warm and soft” Kyuhyun said sweetly, staring at Sungmin

Sungmin blushed at Kyuhyun’s actions, looked down and took his hands back

“y-yah!” Sungmin got surprised at his stuttering

“heyyyy, I’m still heeeereeee, did you guys seriously forgot me?” Ryeowook said waving his hands

Sungmin and Kyuhyun then turned at the small man, they both laughed and Sungmin took the chance to take the other arm off his waist.

“Oh! I almost forgot, you are both very welcome to my party later with your friends, although I’ve been telling you, Sungmin, almost every day I just know you’ll just forget it…. again ” Sungmin tilted his head thinking of the times he forgot Kyuhyun’s invitations then made an ‘ohhhhh’ sound realizing the number of times he forgets.

Kyuhyun mumbled a ‘so cute’ and then clapped his hands getting both males attention

“So you and your friends should come okay? 9:00 my house ” Kyuhyun then dashed out not waiting for their replies

Ryeowook giggled and turned to Sungmin

“I can’t believe how much he likes you” the small guy said giggling

“shut up!” Sungmin said annoyed

“We’re totally coming to that party” Ryeowook jumped excitedly

“No way! I’m not going, You do know it’s past our curfew” Sungmin said and resumed hanging the clothes

“Oh yes you are! You’re coming whether you like it or not!” Wook said motivation on his tone

Sungmin laughed at Ryeowook’s determined face and threw a shirt right at his friend’s face

Ryeowook looked bewildered and took a second or two to process what just happened, when he finally realized what happened he took the shirt and chased the now running Sungmin.

“This is so wrong” said the bunny looking guy who was crawling out the small vent door

“Shhh” the group silenced him

“We are so getting caught” Sungmin said ignoring all of his friends ‘shhh’

“Shhh” The group said once again

They all gasped as they saw the guard walking their way with his flashlight, it’s as if they stopped breathing as the guad stopped in front of them, his back facing them, surprisingly the guard didn’t notice them and walked past them, as soon as they saw it was clear they started running off, outside the school’s premises.

They hailed a taxi all laughing once they were inside.

Loud music. Alcohol. Strobe lights. Everyone dancing like there was no tomorrow. As usual there were a lot of people in Kyuhyun’s party, he was, after all, popular.

It was like a club in Kyuhyun’s place and Sungmin wasn’t that much comfortable all of his friends were dancing but he just settled on sitting on the sofa drinking beer and watching everyone flirt and dance like there was no tomorrow, he could see Kyuhyun talking and entertaining everyone who came to his party. He emptied another cup of beer and stood up to get another cup but was stopped by someone pushing him back down to the couch.

“yah! That’s your last cup, you’ve already drank 2 cups” Kyuhyun said sitting beside Sungmin

“I’m not drunk Kyuhyun, and isn’t that supposed to happen, I mean that’s why there’s beer here, to get wasted and have fun” Sungmin said struggling to get out of Kyuhyun’s arms which were now firmly hugging him.

“yup that’s what’s supposed to happen to everyone, get wasted” Kyuhyun said nodding his head, he then turned to Sungmin smiling at him sweetly

“But not to you, I don’t want you to get wasted Min” Sungmin frowned and scrunched his nose at Kyuhyun.

“And why is that?” Sungmin said annoyed

“Because I love you” Kyuhyun said straight forwardly, not even a bit embarrassed, he has said it so many times anyway.

Sungmin blushed and hit Kyuhyun’s arm lightly

“What’s the connection?!” Sungmin asked

“I don’t know” Kyuhyun then shrugged his shoulders and stood up, he took one of Sungmin’s hand

“come on” Kyuhyun said

“where are we going?” Sungmin gave a confused look

“I know you don’t like these kinds of places”

“So?”

Kyuhyun rolled his eyes

“Just come with me Min, and you’ll see”

Sungmin hesitated but decided to follow anyway.

Kyuhyun walked and squeezed himself smoothly on the crowd not letting go of Sungmin’s hand. Once they were out of the “dance floor” they were now walking side by side still holding each other’s hands, they climbed the long staircase and ended up in front of a smooth brown door with a sign saying “Do not ever cross or else you’re dead” Sungmin raised one of his eyebrows and turned to Kyuhyun.

“My room” Kyuhyun simply said, Sungmin gave a soft ‘oh’ understanding what the other meant

Kyuhyun opened the door, They then came in and Kyuhyun opened another door leading to a huge balcony with a gorgeous view. Sungmin walked further until he was in the leaning at the railing

“be careful” Kyuhyun said softly, he stood next to Sungmin and they were both silent just enjoying the night sky.

“Stars are pretty” Sungmin said out of nowhere

“You’re still prettier” Kyuhyun said sweetly

“And you’re really cheesy” Sungmin teased

Kyuhyun smiled and gazed at Sungmin

“Sungmin-ah, I’ll always protect you okay? Remember that” Sungmin turned to Kyuhyun and looked at him weirdly

“Why would you do that?”

“I already told you, it’s because I love you” Kyuhyun said

“And why do you love me?” Sungmin said now blushing

“Do I really need a reason to love you?” the taller guy said as he turned to Sungmin

“I don’t know, yes?” Sungmin answered unsure

Kyuhyun thought for a while, Sungmin frowned upon seeing Kyuhyun think for so long but then blushed madly as he heard the answer

“I don’t know, it’s just that everytime I see you my heart flutters and no matter how many times you push me away, I’ll never give up, cause I really really love you Sungmin”

Sungmin turned back to the night sky hiding his blushing face, Kyuhyun smirked upon seeing Sungmin blush

“Sungmin-ah, did I make you blush?” Kyuhyun teased

“Shut up Kyuhyun”
