Cold, Dark and empty.

“Leeteuk-ah!”

Sungmin called out as he felt chills running down his spine, looking around the empty auditorium, A man passed in front of him like he was invisible, the man was running away looking back from time to time like he was running away from something.

“Leeteuk-ah!”

He called out once again following the man running away, suddenly he felt cold air as a man wearing a grey shirt and slacks, passed through him, Sungmin gasped in surprise as he watched the two running, he raised his hands and gasped again in shock as he saw his faded hands, he looked down and scrunched his eyebrows in confusion to see his faded form.

‘What?, What the hell is happening?’

He walked uncertainly towards the two men who were now sprawled down the flight of stairs in front of the stage.

“Get away from me!”

“You can’t tell anyone!!”

“Stop it! everyone’s going to find out!”

The grey shirt guy strangled the guy writhing beneath him, the guy underneath him struggled and flailed his arms and legs.

“STOP!!!!” Sungmin screamed he tried to get the man off but his arms just passed through the man’s body

“STOP IT!!”

The guy suddenly turned showing a faceless form only showing dark piercing eyes, Sungmin widened his eyes in mortification, the guy stood up and Sungmin backed away, he looked behind the grey shirt guy and saw his friend with wide lifeless eyes, no longer breathing, he brought his eyes back to the man in front of him, he backed away as the man walked towards him emitting a dark aura, but his feet crashed against his other feet causing him to fall down, the man leaned down with his arms ready to strangle Sungmin, looking at him with those dark eyes.

“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!”

Krriiiiiiiiiiinngggggg

Sungmin woke up, quickly sitting up, causing him to bump unto the roof of his bed

“Owwwwwww”

Everyone laughed at Sungmin

“clumsy Sungmmiiiiiinnniiiieeeee” everyone teased

“Yah!!”

A man with high cheekbones leaned down over the upper side of the double deck bed.

“eeeeewwww Sungminnie drooled in his sleeeeeepppp” The younger giggled at his hyung

“Yah! Wookie! You wanna die?!”

Ryeowook quickly went back up laughing loudly at his hyung

“Sungmin hyung had a bad dream, he drools when he gets a bad dream” a fish faced guy said while pouting

“Donghae-ah! Stop pouting you’re making everyone puke!” Sungmin said scrunching his nose in disgust

A monkey looking guy hugged Donghae from the back and kissed his cheeks

“No babe, don’t listen to him, I love it when you pout” said the guy who was named Hyukjae but was called Eunhyuk by everyone, except Donghae, he calls him Hyukkie, and don’t ever dare to call him that, or you’d be killed by a certain fish.

“Oh God! Please get a room” said a guy who was woken up by the all the noise

“Yesunggiiieee you’re awake!” Wookie quickly climbed down the ladder and tackled his boyfriend

Sungmin looked at his roommates in disgust

‘I’m with a bunch of dorks’

Sungmin sighed deeply as he remembered his dream

‘I’ve been dreaming about this since last week’

Sungmin ran as fast as he could, his hair sticking out in all directions, his uniform crumpled, his face sweaty and his bag harshly swinging from side to side

“Aish! I’m going to be late again!”

He ran as fast as he could cursing himself why he lost track of time while taking a shower.

He suddenly heard a loud crash, gasping in surprise, Sungmin looked around for anyone or anything that might have caused the crash but saw no one.

‘That’s weird’

Sungmin shrugged it off and continued running but only to be stopped again by a blood curling scream , he felt chills running down his spine

‘What the hell is that?’

In curiosity he forgot class and suddenly walked forward his feet bringing him somewhere he knew all too familiar with, before he knew it, he was standing outside the schools’ auditorium, his right hand ready to twist the knob when a hand crept its way to his small waist making Sungmin jump in surprise

“Hey honey” The taller man behind him whispered in his ear

Sungmin rolled his eyes and shook off the other guys’ arms

“Kyuhyun! Stop calling me honey, and get off me!” Sungmin said annoyed

Kyuhyun dropped his arms off Sungmin and the smaller man turned around

“Yah! You almost gave me a heart attack you jerk!”

“Ouch” Kyuhyun said putting his hand on his chest, Sungmin rolled his eyes and walked pass Kyuhyun, but the other guy held his wrists back

“Yah!”

“Sungmin-ah do you hear that?” Kyuhyun said as he looked behind him to look at the auditorium door which was closed

“Do I hear what?” Sungmin said annoyed because he was late to class

“Shhhhhh” Kyuhyun said looking at Sungmin and bringing his index finger to his lips as a sign to keep quiet

Sungmin sighed and kept quiet closing his eyes to focus on the sounds around him.

After a few seconds Sungmin opened his eyes with it widening in horror, he shifted his still widened eyes to Kyuhyun who was looking at him, he turned his head to look at the auditorium, he walked closer to Kyuhyun.

“Kyuhyun, is that one of your pranks again to scare me?” Sungmin whispered looking at Kyuhyun.

“No, I wonder who’s singing, let’s go get a look he sounds good” Kyuhyun said, his hand enclosing to the knob

“NO!” Sungmin yelled before Kyuhyun could hold the knob, the latter looked back at him with a confused look.

“ah-ummmmm- I’m late! I need to go” Sungmin said still with frightened eyes as he ran away.

Kyuhyun looked at Sungmins’ running figure, he looked at the auditorium door once more before shrugging his shoulders and deciding to run off to follow Sungmin.

“Yah! Give me my phone!”

”Die heechul! Die!”

*crash*

“hahahaha you look weird!”

“stop poking me!”

Sungmin looked at the class, he was so relieved that their teacher left for a while so she didn’t see him arrive late, but he was so annoyed at the noise his classmates were making it was like a riot in a zoo, and because of this he could not study well for the quarterly test today.

He was particularly annoyed at the two girls at his back gossiping like there was no tomorrow finally he couldn’t stand it and turned around facing Sooyoung and Jessica gossiping and laughing like there was no tomorrow.

“Can you please keep it quiet” Sungmin said through gritted teeth hiding his anger. The two girls only looked at him, laughed and continued gossiping.

“YAH!” Sungmin yelled making everyone stop and look at the commotion.

“What’s your problem?!” Jessica said standing up

“Some of us are trying to study here, aren’t you supposed to study too huh? SCHOOLS NUMBER ONE ?!” Sungmin said emphasizing his last words

“Are you jealous of me?” Jessica asked raising one of her eyebrows

“What?! What are you talking about? Do you want to get slapped right now?” Sungmin said glaring at her aggressive attitude

Jessica laughed mockingly

“Oh yeah, like you can do that, why don’t you just hide behind Cho? Huh?” Jessica said folding her arms at Sungmin and looking at Sooyoung who was smirking

“Why you!” Sungmin was ready to slap Jessica but then the teacher came in making everyone scramble to their seats, Sungmin saw Kyuhyun silently walking behind the teacher and running fast to his seat so as not to get caught and yelled at for being late again.

“Sorry class for taking so long, So! Let’s begin our test” A 29 year’s old teacher named Ms. Jang said while clapping her hands to silence everyone.

She distributed the papers and sat down, everyone started to answer their papers except for a certain brown haired guy who was sitting back comfortably looking at everyone, the teacher got annoyed and approached him.

“yah cho! If you don’t want to answer my test then get out” Ms. Jang said while looking at Kyuhyun

Kyuhyun shrugged his shoulders “okay”

“Yah!” The teacher got angrier but just when he was about to yell at Kyuhyun the bell rang

Everyone raised their heads up confusion written on their faces

The teacher looked at their wall clock and her face contorted to confusion

“That’s weird, there’s still 40 minutes left before the bell” Ms. Jang faced the class and hushed everyone who was making a lout fuss

Sudddenly the principals’ voice boomed from the speakers

“Students, this is your principal speaking, please remain seated in your class, we are experiencing technical difficulties, continue answering your tests, and Mr. Cho Kyuhyun please proceed to my office right now”

Kyuhyun stood up with a smirk on his face, he walked toward the door but not before passing through Sungmins’ table

“See you later honey” Kyuhyun whispered to the small guy, Sungmin gave an annoyed look as he watched Kyuhyun leave, but as Kyuhyun left he slowly remembered the incident earlier.

‘Why do I feel so haunted?’
