Summary:

Kwon Jiyong, Jang Wooyoung, and Park Dara have known each other since they were babies. Their mothers were close friends and neighbors. It was because of that, the three grew up together. Jiyong is the eldest, after three months came Wooyoung. And after a year, Dara was born. They treat each other as siblings. Since Dara was the only girl, the two boys were very protective of her. She was a fragile girl and the boys spoiled her a lot.

Everything was fine until Wooyoung's family decided to migrate to the US. After middle school Wooyoung left for the States. But before leaving, he told Jiyong to take good care of his future girlfriend. He promised that when he comes back after 4 years, he will confess to Dara. They swore to keep it a secret. When he left, Dara had a hard time adjusting, but thanks to Jiyong she was able to get by. As promised, Jiyong took good care of Dara like a big brother. They keep in touch with Wooyoung almost all the time.

Things started to change when a newcomer in school showed up and became Dara's close friend. Lee Chaerin is known to be an intelligent student, liberated in some ways and with strong personality. Guys drool over her and girls despised her. She is one tough girl who finds the innocent and tamed Dara the funniest person in the world.

She hangs out with Dara and Jiyong. But later on she developed a feeling for Jiyong. When Dara found out and Jiyong also confessed to liking Chaerin, she started to change. She acted cool about it but became distant towards them. It bothered Jiyong a lot because they were never in that situation. Because of this, Jiyong and Chaerin decided to break up. Their relationship gradually normalized. When Wooyoung came back, unexpected changes occurred. He came back with his god-sister, Ahn Sohee, whom Jiyong fell in love at first sight with. It was the presence of Sohee that made the last straw for Dara's hidden feelings for Jiyong. She confessed to Jiyong with Wooyoung's approval. Despite the hurt that Wooyoung felt because of his long time feelings for Dara, he still managed to support Dara. Chaos started when Jiyong turned her down saying he only sees her as his sister. It crushed Dara's heart and Wooyoung's as well. Seeing Dara hurt made him helpless.
