Random Outlines!

I'm gonna show you how to do the outlines that I have on my poster! you know the lines that surronds the gull~ XD

let's start~!

1) Create a new canvas. fill it with your desired pattern or Solid color.

2) Select your oppar/unnir's photo and cut it~ or just to make it easy go to Mr. Google and search your oppar's or unnir's name

ie; Sehun PNG

3) Now paste your 'PNG' on the canvas you made. and place it anywhere you like.

I used Zelo shi's photo since he is my bias lol XD

4)Make a new layer. then click the Polygonal lasso tool. But if you are lazy like me just press 'V' on your keyboard.

5) Start drawing the outline aroung your oppar, make sure you connect it where you started~ but if you cant find it just press Enter.

6) There are now ants running around your oppar XD. Right click on the running ants make sure that you will see a rectangular box there.

On the selction choose '' A window will pop-up there insert on how thick the line you want to be and the color~ make sure the color you use is darker than the background.

and you are finish~!

I just added some things on the preview so it's fancy looking! XD
