"waited here." Jongin said. As soon as he finished his words, he nodded to taemin and taemin jumped into the water, followed by jongin. Soojung clasped her hands, praying for her best friends' safety. minho, who wasn't that far from them quickly approached soojung. "what happened? aren't you supposed to go with taemin?" Soojung sighed. "Sudden plan. they wanna check on something." "what are they doing??" Minho's eyes widened. "taemin oppa is gonna show jongin something i don't know. as you know, they rarely talk. much like telepathy." soojung sighed. "hmm.." minho nodded, utterly confused. "why don't you help us with that?" "yeah, i'll help you. it'd be better if we can work faster." soojung shrugged. "but what's my tool?" "you can use mine." minho said as he handed the tool in his hand. "i'll find another one." "thanks.." Soojung smiled, took it from minho and followed the latter to his place. soojung gave one glance to the lake and secretly prayed that her best friends would be okay. "take care guys.." she murmured. meanwhile, jongin and taemin swam as fast as he could, almost reached another edge of that lake. They stopped there and quickly dove in, wanting to check on what taemin said. Taemin led jongin by swimming in front of him. they had no difficulty since both of them were actually good swimmers. taemin looked around, making sure they're in the right direction and jongin helped him. They stuck together now, with hands clasped to keep their balance. the stream got stronger as their speed became slower and their body became heavier. it's really hard for them to move because of that, so they used each other as support. jongin's eyes widened when he saw a very big hole, much like a cave, not too far from their location. Taemin nodded his head, telling jongin that this things was what he wanna show. taemin quickly dragged jongin above, trying to fill their lungs with oxygen as much as possible while they could discuss about it. They swam mightily, trying to escape from the strong flow. When taemin and jongin finally showed up, they panted and tried to catch their breath. This time, jongin was the one who dragged taemin, because he knew taemin probably ran out of energy. instead of staying in the water, jongin pulled taemin to the edge of the lake which wasn't far from where they were. in a few minutes, both of them were able to reach the edge of lake as jongin helped taemin to get up to the ground. He followed him afterward after making sure that taemin was safe on the ground. "thanks.." taemin said. Jongin responded with nod, still having a difficulty to breath because he had even harder time to drag taemin. Minutes passed with catching breath and recovering their stamina. when they're finally strong enough, taemin was the one who opened the conversation. "so, what do you think?" "that's a tunnel. i guess." Jongin said, adjusting his position from lying down on the ground to sit properly. "it connects to somewhere." "It looks big, right? And the current is no joke." taemin added. "do you think it's possible if we explore the tunnel?" "You mean go inside?" "yeah." taemin nodded. "Is it possible?" "i always said that anything is possible. but for the first time, i must say it's completely impossible." jongin replied. "It's too dangerous. We never know where i
