TWELVE - Stay with me

[NO ONE P.O.V]

“Yoong!” “Huh, yes Soo hyung?!”

The alligator boy hurriedly rushed out of his room at the sound of his manager’s yell. Once he arrived in the living room, Sooyoung was seated on the couch while holding a  paper. The SJY’s maknae frowned in confusion when his manager delivered the paper in his hands. When he read the content, his eyes almost popped out of the sockets as he blurted a little too loud:

“STAR KING?! ARE YOU GOING TO PUT ME ON THE STAR KING?!”

Unfazed by his outburst, Sooyoung shrugged his shoulders and replied nonchalantly:

“You see, Yoong. Jesse is busy with WGM and Dancing with the Stars. I have another project Sunny and you, boy… you are going to make an appearance. Isn’t great?!”

The tanned manager added with a gleeful voice, yet Yoong couldn’t help, but mumble in nervousness:

“B-but hyung, I never made an appearance alone before, I don’t know if I am good enough. What am I going to do there anyway?”

Sooyoung raised his eyebrows in surprise due Yoong hesitance, but he saw this coming and he already have a b plan. Faking a shocked face, the manager sighed heavily and spoke into a ‘sad tone’:

“Oh really? I thought you would like to have a presentation since I saw you were training hard your guitar skills. Plus, I forgot to tell you that SeoHyun will be there? And oh that CN Blue guy too. Hmm what is his name again?”

“Yonghwa…” The deer boy gritted his teeth angrily when he remembered the last incident between them and how the guy was all over HIS Seohyun, err well, not his yet. Making his mind, the deer boy snapped back into his powerful and angry voice:

“I AM IN! COUNT WITH ME, HYUNG!

With that, he stormed to his room while sulking words like:

“I’ll show him!” or “He’ll get from me!”

So peacefully, the manager opened a huge smile and seated back on the couch while uttering to no one in particular:

“Ahhh this always works… hahahahaha!”

“Good morning! I am Kang Ho Dong and you are watching Star King! Today, our show is filled with special guests. Here they are!”

The audience roared in glee as the host introduced the guests happily:

“With you, Seo Hyun from TTS!” Soon a round of applauses filled the air as the shy girl waved the public kindly with a smile. The boys smiled like dumb due her beautiful smile. However, another guest came:

“YongHwa from CN Blue!” “Kyaaaaaaaaaaa YongHwa! I love you!”

A crazy fan yelled as another girls screamed in delight when he smiled and throws a kiss. Artists by artists were summoned to the stage as the last one was called:

“And the last, but not minus important… Yoong from SJY!”

Surprisingly, as soon Yoong stepped on the stage, a bunch of excited fangirls yelled:

“Yoong-ah! We love you!”

The boy raised his eyebrows in surprise and couldn’t help, but blush at this kind of attention. Timidly, he smiled warmly to the girls and waved cutely. The fangirls sighed dreamily and snapped back:

“Awww he is so cute!” The TTS’s maknae watched the whole scene and frowned, she couldn’t help to feel annoyed with those girls staring lovingly to Yoong.

“Wow, it seems Yoong got his own fan club isn’t?”

The host added with sly smirk while looking at a timid deer boy. The latter smiled to his ‘fans’ and the girls spazzed like mad. Yoonghwa took his seat beside SeoHyun and smiling charmingly at her while the latter smiled politely in return. Meanwhile, a pair of furious eyes watched the whole scene, but this wont stay like this. Suddenly, Yoong marched to the empty spot beside the TTS’s maknae and seated. YongHwa’s smile fell as he glared at his adversary, trying to refrain his anger as well. However, the alligator boy smiled smugly in return once Seohyun turned to him with a shy smile, uttering softly:

“Yoong oppa! Its good to see you again!”

“I am really glad to see you as well.”

YongHwa curled his hands in tight fists as he observed the scene with fury. Yoong kept smiling smugly when he saw he won this round, at least for now… Soon, the host started with the show’s questions and one by one, the other artists were giving their answers. And now, it finally was YongHwa’s moment:

“Yonghwa, the public wants to know what your ideal girl?”

The guy smirked knowingly and stared at his side, where SeoHyun was seated. Looking back to the host, he simply replied:

“My favorite ideal type is a shy, caring and gentle girl. With long hair and smooth features.” Seeing where his stare was going to, all the studio goes wild as their stared at Yoonghwa’s aim, which was SeoHyun. Smartly, the host laughed heartily while adding:

“Omo, I would think that Seohyun-shi that is your ideal type. Am I right, Yonghwa? Oh, in case if anyone doesn’t know, SeoHyun and YongHwa were a couple on the previous ‘We got married’ season”.

Yes, I know that, you don’t need to remind me…

Yoong added bitterly in his mind with a frown as he saw YongHwa smiling ‘sweetly’ to Seohyun. As if it was a cue, YongHwa stood up from his seat and the crew gave him his guitar as he spoke nonchalantly while walking to the center of the stage:

“Its funny you talk about that HoDong, coz I was training on a song lately and well, I would like to sing it.”

“Oh! Be my guest! With you, YongHwa!” The host promptly spoke with a smirk as the cameras focused on the guy with a guitar. Soon, he turned to Seohyun and spoke with his charm:

“This one is for you. The song is Because I miss you.”

Soon, YongHwa strummed the cords and sang. All the girls in the studio yelled how handsome he was or simply screaming his name, yet he smirked knowingly with his eyes on SeoHyun. In other hand, the girl was pretty embarrassed and to not mention, worried as well while she forced a smile. Yoong, well, he curled his hands in tight fists and frowned at the not so beautiful sight. However, things got more complicated when all of sudden, YongHwa walked to Seohyun’s spot and started to sing for her, he even dared to hold her hand.

That was it! Yoong thinks as he was agape with YongHwa’s boldness. His fingers craved on his pants and someone needed to hold him or else, he doesn’t know what he would do, but this guy seriously wants a punch on his face. Still, he remained calmer than he could and reminded he will have his moment. After an eternity, the song ended and everyone applauded YongHwa. The latter cockily grinned as he returned to his spot, clearly enjoying the attention. Yet, he didn’t count with Yoong’s move. All of sudden, the host smiled to the SJY’s maknae and spoke warmly:

“I guess it’s your turn, Yoong!”

SeoHyun raised her eyebrows in surprise; she didn’t know that he would sing. Taking a boost of confidence, the deer boy grabbed his guitar as well and walked to the stage nervously. He nibbled his lip once he saw so many people looking at him; this time was different, he would do this without his hyung and noona. He can’t let the jitters  consume him, SeoHyun was looking at with such tender and encouraging eyes and he couldn’t let her down. Taking a deep breath, Yoong adjusted microphone and spoke softly:

“I am not very skilful in instruments, but I trained hard and I want to dedicate this song to someone very special for me. I hope this song touch you more than already touched me. For you, my very special and beautiful person.”

Yoong stole a glance of the maknae and smiled endearingly at her as he finally strummed the cords slowly and all of sudden, quicken the pace. His eyes never left hers as he started genuinely with a silly smile:

SeoHyun’s mouth hanged open and her eyes widened slightly in pleasant surprise when Yoong sang so warmly and genuinely. Definitely moved her heart deeply; the lyric, the melody and the feelings were overflowing.

With the last drum of the cords, Yoong smiled coyly as he looked up and saw SeoHyun’s surprised face. Once their eyes met, something clicked as slowly, a blush and timid smile adorned her face. They held a caringly stare and the maknae’s heart was fluttering warmly at this moment. The scene was adorable and beautiful, it seems that the entire stage could feel the adorable moment between Yoong and SeoHyun. Yet, only one person was steaming in anger once he saw the scene; YongHwa was breathing heavily while trying to keep his anger on the boy. It seems that he lost this round… but lets see if Yoong will be faster than him to conquer the shy maknae’s heart.

Meanwhile on the backstage…

“They really look cute together…”

The tanned manager admitted, still, she couldn’t help, but to feel worried since SeoHyun was like the baby of TTS. She felt happy while seeing Yoong and Seohyun in such good terms, but what made her really happy is that the shy maknae is finally opening herself for someone out of TaeTiSeo and herself. The chemistry between those two are really adorable and warm, anyone with eyes could see their genuine feelings. All of sudden, she heard a booming voice behind her, breaking her train of thoughts:

“SeoHyun is a good girl. No wonder Yoong really likes her…”

SooYoung was also staring the cute scene of the maknaes talking with shy smiles in their faces and blush in their cheeks. Their eyes showed so much fondness and tenderness. However, Yuri sighed and nodded her head slowly without take her eyes of the shy couple:

“Yoong seems to be a good boy too… I can see that he cares about her…”

The tall manager chuckles and nodded as well. With that, they became silent again. Honestly, they didn’t know what they should speak after the… incident. Their mind was like a cloud of confusion, they had so much to say, but neither one of them dared to touch on the that subject again. Still, Sooyoung wont let her go again, he knows that he only needs a chance to speak with her honestly and maybe, just maybe, they can be together again. Trying to enlighten the mood, he spoke while stealing a glance of the gorgeous brunette beside him:

“The kids told me that will be a birthday party for Tiffany-shi on this next Saturday. They told me that I could come… am I allowed to?”

The tanned manager didn’t want to look like a lost and cute puppy, but who is he trying to fool? He will do anything to make Yuri give him a chance. The tanned woman breathed heavily and returned to her serious expression as she spoke emotionless:

“If she did invite you, I am not in position to say if you must go or not. Isn’t like I care anyway…”

Yuri spoke into a disinterested tone while averted her stare from him and back to the maknaes. Even when deep inside she wanted to see him again, her proud was bigger, plus, she couldn’t let him approach of her again… She might be strong enough to resist it… Nonetheless, she wouldn’t ever imagine that her words hurt the guy beside her. Sooyoung felt a pain in his heart due her cold answer, but he remained indifferent as he replied into a dejected tone:

“Oh… okay… Thanks, I guess.”

He placed his hands on his pockets and spoke honestly with a small grin in his face while looking at the couple before them:

“They really good together…”

Yuri cracked a smile and nodded. Yet, both of them didn’t know that the same thought crossed their minds as they sighed inwardly:

“I wish I could stay like this with you… again…”

Saturday…

[JESSE P.O.V]

“Come on, hyung! The party will start in less of 30 minutes!”

I heard Yoong yelling at me by the door, I took a view of my reflection on the mirror and nodded in confidence:

“You can do it, Jesse! Its just a party and now, you are an artist too! Show them what means to be an ice prince!”

I smiled to the mirror and yelled back: “Okay! I am getting out, but only if you guys show your looks at the same time!”

“Okay, but just hurry up, Jess!”

Sunny screamed in impatience; taking a deep breath, I held the knob for a second and finally opened the door. Afterwards, I heard them opening their respective room’s door and we finally each other. The surprise was evident in our expressions, I looked to my companions and they really look good. With a smile growing in my lips, I stared the blonde beside me and spoke truthfully:

“Omo, Sunny… you look beautiful. I bet you will make Taeyeon swoon tonight hahaha!”

She blushed and laughed at my comment, once I looked to my other side, I looked to Yoong and tapped his shoulder playfully:

“You too, Yoong! You better take care of SeoHyun, okay?”

He smiled and gave me thumbs up in excitement. However, Sunny wrapped her arms around my shoulders and Yoong’s ones as she spoke cheerfully:

“Awww my boys are growing up! Look at you, you guys are so handsome! Yoong, you better reclaim your girl and Jesse… you too! You didn’t forget Tiffany’s present, right?”

At her answer, I grabbed a beautiful pink rose bouquet a top the table and waved playfully. She and Yoong smiled cheekily as they crossed their arms, I know that stare and inst good… Suddenly, Yoong spoke up into sly tone:

“See noona? Jesse hyun made sure to pick the right flower…”

“I guess someone passed some time watching that interview that Tiffany spoke what was her favorite flower… Oh Jesse, I didn’t know that you still had the major crush on her… it only gets bigger hahahahahahahaha”

“Ya! She is my friend okay! And she had to got a present from me, not just of Sooyeon!”

“Awww look, noona. Jesse doesn’t want to share Tiffany with Sooyeon, hmm selfish much huh?!”

Yoong blurted and end up laughing with Sunny as that two goofs were making fun og me. Unable to hold myself, I snapped back:

“What is wrong with that? Cant I give her a present huh?!”

I said into an irritated tone and honestly, those two were pissing me off. I don’t know what I had in mind when I spoke to them that I have a meeting with Tiffany as Sooyeon and… I even got her a Tororo. Gosh… I am asking to be mocked, arghh! I glared them with my ultimate ice stare and they finally shut their mouths. Smirking in victory, I nodded my head, motioning to them that it was time to leave. When we were about to open the door, the knob twisted by itself and a figure, actually a well dressed figure entered and asked into a normal tone:

“Ready?”

“Hyung?! Oppa?!”

We asked in confusion when our so called manager Soo adjusted his tie and stared at us nonchalantly. All of sudden, Sunny asked doubtfully:

“Hmmm, oppa, sorry to ask, but where are you going … dressed like this?”

“Where else? I am going to Tiffany’s party with you, she invited me too, ya know?”

He said while shrugging his shoulders and looking to himself in the mirror. Into a worried tone, he asked not removing his eyes from his reflection and adjusting his hair:

“Do I look good? And speak the truth!”

I scratched my head, still confused, yet something clicked. Once I looked to my companions, they were grinning cheekily and I knew I was smirking at the same way. Unable to hold my curiosity, I asked ‘innocently’:

“Hmm, hyung, this has nothing to do with Yuri noona, right?”

“What?! O-of course not! I am going there to guarantee that my group will be fine o-ok!”

He replied into a confident tone, but I could see the nervous in his stuttering and his doubled sized eyes. Slowly, Sunny asked with a hint of amusement in her tone:

“Oh okay, then… since you are going there to keep on eye on us… you will not care if Yuri unnie dance or have another guys flirting with her. I mean, this party will be big and bunch of good looking actors and singers will be there. Plus, I heard on a interview that Yuri unnie was asked out for various artists, and maybe tonigh-!”

“THAT’S IT! WE ARE LEAVING NOW! FOLLOW ME, KIDS! … Flirt with her hah, over my dead body!”    

We chuckled inwardly when we saw Soo hyung’s angry eyes as he stomped out the dormitory. We shook our heads and followed him. It was when I couldn’t help to think that tonight will be THAT night… honestly, I don’t know what will happen, and … I don’t know if I would want to find out…

Party #2

As soon SJY and their manager arrived on the address, they were agape with such luxurious place. The mansion’s front part was filled with expensive cars and elegant guests, they never saw such celebrities in only one place. The girls were gorgeous and the guys, truly stunning. Yet, SJY shouldn’t feel intimated for them, so Sunny looked to her companions and not wasting time, she hugged Jesse and Yoong’s arms as they walked to the entrance by a long red carpet.

When they even want just to walk normally without being noticed, it happened the opposite. Normally, a recruit group wouldn’t get so many attention than SJY was having now. The guys were stunned with Sunny’s beauty and become agape with her, in other hand, the girls shoot glares filled with jealousy once they saw the shorty blonde was gaining some attention. Meanwhile, the girls’ reaction wasn’t different from the guys, actually, they were more daring and excited at the sight of the handsome boys:

“OMG! Who are them?” “They are sooooooo hot!” “They are SJY!” “Omona, I didn’t know that they looked so stunning of up close!” “I WANT THEM!”

The trio became shocked with the unrequited attention, but decided go with the flow as they kept their posture and walked inside the mansion. Inside the large salon, the reaction wasn’t different, thousand of eyes were above them and the other male celebrities looked at Jesse and Yoong with hateful glares filled with jealously, it seems these two boys were getting ALL the girls attention.

However, to relief a familiar voice caught their attention:

“Oh, you guys are finally here! The kids will be happy! Make yourself comfortable.”

The trio smiled gently when the beautiful tanned woman spoke warmly at them.  Yoong and Jesse were agape with Yuri’s great beauty, so they dumbly nodded their heads in answer, unable to join words. Seeing this Sunny, shook her head and rolled her eyes while whispering ‘boys’. Yet, the gorgeous manager noticed the absence of someone, so she tried to ask into a nonchalant tone to hide her anxiety:

“Hm, Sunny… you guys came alone? I thought that your manager would come along and-“

“Looking for me?” Yuri merely widened her eyes when she saw the stunning figure before her eyes. The tanned manager looked at her directly and it was pretty obvious that both of them were dumbfounded with the others look. Sooyoung gulped hard, feeling the erratic heartbeats under his chest when he saw the most beautiful woman into his eyes, his chin was already lost in the floor. Yuri wasn’t different, was hanged open as she stared at him dumbly, her breath halted she saw those lovely chocolate eyes staring her meaningfully.

After an eternity, they heard something clearing the throat which came from the SJY, both managers blinked, coming back to the reality. Unable to hide his feelings, Sooyoung smiled warmly and spoke in sincerity:

“You really look beautiful tonight… Yuri-ah.”

She could feel the honesty in his voice, or else, she wouldn’t being so flushed as she is now. Dipping her head down and sighing heavily, Yuri looked up again and remarked into  her normal arrogant tone:

“You don’t look bad either…”

Sooyoung suppressed a chuckle because he knew that she was trying hard to contain herself and her feelings, such a stubborn girl, he thinks. Yet, even though he wanted to try to ask her a chance to talk with her and solve all the problems between them, he knew she was on the defensive and was afraid to get hurt. His feelings never change and he loves this stubborn girl, but he respects her. So taking a deep breath, the tanned managed spoke softly with a dejected smile:

“It was good to see you again, Yuri… I – I guess I see you later… err… see ya.”

With that, Sooyoung passed by her and walked away; Yuri couldn’t help, but close her eyes while feeling his perfume passing by her. She smiled because it was the same perfume that she gave to him on their last anniversary together… he keep it. Slowly, she looked around, but no traces of him to her disappointment. Still, she wouldn’t give up and certainly, she will look for him later…

Back to the trio, they were talking nonchalantly when a soft voice said in glee:

“Hi, Jesse oppa and Sunny unnie! Omo, Yoong oppa! You came!”

Jesse and Sunny smiled gently and greeted the maknae. Yet, when Yoong turned around slowly, his words died on his lips:

“Yes, I did—S-S-SeoHyun?!”

The deer boy was dumbfounded with the marvelous beauty before him wearing a green dress. His mouth dropped when he saw the shy girl turned into a gorgeous young lady. His lips twitched to upwards when he spoke breathlessly:

“Y-You l-look beautiful, Hyunnie. I – I mean, REALLY beautiful…”

The poor boy blushed madly, his action was only mirrored by the pretty maknae as she dipped her head down in shyness. The latter couldn’t help but also be stunned with the sight before her; Yoong looked so charming on his outfit, Seohyun felt her face get warm and red when her eyes met his timid ones. They exchanged such tender stare and Yoong couldn’t help to add coyly:

“I know that isn’t your anniversary yet… but hmm, I well I … I brought you this.”

The boy removed a beautiful white rose from his jacket and gave to her hands gently. The TTS’s maknae became surprised and inhaled the flower’s smooth perfume. Unable to hide her blush and smile, she spoke with her glowing and caring eyes:

“Thank you, Yoong oppa… its beautiful…”

Jesse and Sunny elbowed each other slyly when they saw Yoong blushing like mad and scratching his nape nervously. All of sudden, the maknae dared to hold his arm as she spoke timidly:

“Could you accompany me tonight… oppa?”

“You don’t even need to ask… SeoHyunnie…”

Yoong added softly with a genuine smile while looking to downwards, to her shy eyes. His hand held hers endearingly as they waved to Sunny and Jesse, leaving them to behind. The pair giggled, amazed how much Yoong exhaled his feelings for SeoHyun; the love aura was certainly around them… they only needed to realize it. Just while the duo was making fun of Yoong, another deep and kiddy voice caught their attention:

“Hello, my beautiful lady in red…”

“Tae?!” Sunny spun around hastily at the familiar voice and she couldn’t help, but giggle at his failed attempt of look y and charming. Yet, this shorty blonde looked very adult and attractive tonight, he didn’t even need to try, he simply was THE Taeyeon, the byunkid that she loved. However, the byun kid become agape when he saw Sunny closely and she looked absolutely gorgeous tonight. His wandering eyes scanned every single part of her without miss a part. When byun eyes were starting to go to a certain ‘aim’, precisely her exposed thighs; he shook his head dumbly when a soft hand raised his chin and spoke into an ‘angry tone’:

“Hey , my eyes are here.”

“Y-Yeah, I was about to say that *chuckles nervously*. Sunny… you really look outstanding tonight… will be my pair?”

Slowly, a sly smile crept in her lips and her heartily laugh became music to his ears. Shaking her head, Sunny placed her hands on his shoulders and spoke into a hot whisper:

“I thought you wouldn’t ask… shall we?”

“Errr, guys I am here. Can you do your byuness in another place?”

Jesse’s petition was completely ignored as the danshin couple was too immersed in their own world. Their eyes glowed in feelings and a blush crept in their cheeks. Back to Sunny’s question, Taeyeon nodded stupidly without remove his eyes from her plump and pink lips like if he was mesmerized. He was longing to taste those lips again; and this time, he could nibble, kiss and caress properly without anyone bugging them. The cheerful blonde noticed his stare on her lips and couldn’t help to provoke him a little as she leaned and kissed the corner of his lips teasingly. Her simple action made his whole face red and both hearts race; Sunny contained her laugh as a hopeless Taeyeon quickly dragged her away. Hurriedly, the byunkid spoke to a forgotten Jesse:

“”Errr, hey, Jeshe! We will be back into err 30 minutes… Oh! Tippany was looking for you! She will be happy to see you here! That’s it, errr see ya and enjoy the party!”

Before the ice prince could even reply, he was outspoken when the danshin duo disappeared in the crowd in such a hurry. Clamping his agape mouth, Jesse narrowed his eyes and crossed his arms while whispering sulkily:

“Tsk… byun kids… now, I am alone. Great…”

The cold blonde scanned his surrounding and saw a bunch of celebrities gossiping or praising themselves. Jesse knew that they are a lot of good heart famous people in music or movie industry, but it seems that a huge part of guests in this party wasn’t one of those kind people. The ice prince rolled his eyes, yet, he couldn’t help, but feel stares on him. Once he looked up, there was a bunch of female artists staring him dreamily or simply gawking to his figure while the male artists scoffed and glared at him. Seeing that he was gaining some unrequited attention, Jesse sighed heavily and moved to another spot inside the wide salon.

Trying to hide himself, he saw that he was kinda ‘secure’ of the other’s eyes for a moment. However, he looked down and saw the beautiful pink rose bouquet nicely wrapped in his hands. He sighed and pouted to himself, asking out loud:

“Will you like my present?”

As if it was a cue, suddenly all the lights were turned off and only a spotlight focused on the large stairs, situated on the salon’s center. This action made everyone curious as they whispered around; nonetheless, a manly storming voice filled the place, saying:

“Ladies and gentleman, dear guests, we present you, the birthday girl… Tiffany!”

Everyone roared in excitement when a figure finally show up and positioned herself under the spotlight. The entire hall gasped and became dumbfounded which such beauty; Tiffany was more than beautiful, she was gorgeous as she was using a white dress, resembling an angel. The male public whistled and became excited with the view; it seems her ‘simple’ presence created a big ruckus and made everyone admire her beauty.

However, a figure couldn’t help, but be affected by her charms. Jesse was with his mouth hanged open when he saw her on the stairs, being the center of attention. His heart was pounding erratically and he couldn’t even blink, it was almost if he was mesmerized. Yet, to his unhappiness, since he choose a secluded place, it was almost impossible to Tiffany find him between the crowd.

Yet, to his surprise, he frowned when he saw her wondering and concerned eyes wandering by the salon, as if she was looking for something. The k pop princess looked troubled and distressed as she frowned without find her ‘aim’. Nonetheless, Jesse decided to step up behind a pillar while remove his eyes from her. And as if the fate was playing with them, Tiffany’s eyes finally reached his spot and when this happened, a beautiful and mega watt smile crept in her lips already reaching her eyes for a bright eye-smile. Unable to contain her happiness, she mouthed more than happy:

“Jessie! You came!”

The latter flashed a dumb smile and nodded as they locked a meaningful stare. Also feeling happy, the blonde mouthed back with a tint of pink reaching his cheeks:

“I am here now…”
