"Excuse me." she looked at you.

"Yes?" her voice seemed friendly.

"I'm _______ Lim. I'm the new maid." you held your hand out.

"I'm Yoona, Im Yoona." she took your hand and shook it. 

"You're looking for Ms. Choi?" she guessed.

"Umm...yeah." you sheepishly nodded.

"I'll take you to her." she helped you carry your bags and led the way.

 

You were taking glances at the house while following Yoona. Just then, you entered a big living room and there you saw an old lady in a woman suit. She was lecturing the maids of what to do.

 

"That's Ms. Choi." ------Points at Ms. Choi. ------ ìSheís the head of the maids here in this house."

"Ms. Im! Why are you here?" Ms. Choi called.

"I just came to help _______ look for you." Yoona reasoned.

"Okay, you can go back now." Yoona bowed at her and mumbled something to you.

"Be careful, she can sometimes go nuts." Yoona ran back.

 

The old lady walked closer to you. She scanned you from head to toe. You sheepishly smiled at her. She didn't seem to mind because she still had that serious look on her face and telling you that you don't want to mess with her.

 

"Go to your room and you'll see a uniform there. Wear it and return here. Araso?" 

"Ummm... where is my room?" you asked, stuttering.

"Go straight and look for the black door. Look for the second room to the left."

"Thank you." you bowed and walked off.

 

You keep on glancing at your sides when someone bumped into you. You fell on your and looked up at the person who bumped you. It was a pretty, scratch that, gorgeous girl. She had those pink lips and chicky eyes. And her brown hair was tied into ruffled ponytail which indicated that she just woke up. She was wearing a short, tanktop and a pair of furry slippers. She had a shocked face on what happened. 

 

"Omo! Mianhe, mianhe." she fervently bowed at you.

"It's okay, it was fault anyway. I wasn't looking at where I'm going." she helped you stand up by holding your arm and pulling you up.

"No, it's my fault. I was still sleepy while I was walking and I didn't notice you." she insisted.

"No ma'am---"

"Ssh! If I say it's my fault, it is my fault. By the way, my name's Yunjee, Jung Yunjee." she took your hand and shook it.

"I'm ______, Lim ________." you smiled at her.

"What were you doing anyway? Wait, let me guess. You're here to see my brother?" she guessed.

"Umm...no. I'm----"

"To see my mother?" she guessed again.

"No. I'm the new maid." you said to her which made her mouthed, 'O'.

"You're looking for your room?" she guessed right.

"Well, just walk straight and turn left. And when you see a black door, enter it and look for your room there." she smiled at you.

"Thank you, ma'am." you bowed at her.

"Stop with the formalities. I'd prefer if you call me Yunjee or Jee. I better go now. I have to meet my boyfriend. Nice meeting you by the way." she smiled at you and giddily ran away.

'Their family seems nice. They're not those bad owners who torture their maids. I hope I'm right.' you thought.

 

She carried your bag and followed the direction Yunjee gave you. You found the black door and entered. You saw a narrow hallway with doors on each side. You walked in front of your room and turned the knob. You entered and switched on the lights. The room was enough for two persons. It has a cabinet,  a nightstand, 2 chairs and a double deck bed. You saw a picture frame in the nightstand. You walked towards it and took the picture frame. There you saw a smiling girl, which is Yoona, with a guy. 

 

'She's my room mate? Nice, at least I know someone who's nice to me.' 

 

You put your bags on the upped bed and changed your casual clothes into a maid's uniform. You wore the headband and tied the pinafore around your waist. You wore a black shoes and tied your long hair into a bun. When you were done, you walked back to the living room and approached Ms. Choi.

 

"Everyone, gather here." Ms. Choi called the other maids.

 

The maids stopped what they were doing and walked to form two vertical lines while facing each other.

 

"Everyone, this is _______ Lim. She's the new maid here. So if she needs help about something, help her. Araso?" 

"Yes." the maids answered.

"And she'll be Master Yunho's personal maid." Ms. Choi added. Some maids gasped and a girl with a bob cut raised her hand.

"What is it, Tiffany?" Ms. Choi asked.

"Since when did Master Yunho have a personal maid?" Tiffany asked.

"He, himself, asked me to hire his own personal maid."

"Why can't you just choose from us instead of hiring a new one?" Tiffany had a hint of irritation in her voice.

"Master Yunho told me to hire a new maid as his personal maid. It was his intentions not mine. Understood?" Tiffany sneered and glared at you.

"Okay, everyone go back to work." some maids glared at you and returned to what they were doing.
