In an imaginary Korea... Frontiers are closed to the rest of the world after a violent and bloody coup d'état, a dictatorship has been firmly imposed. The country is poor, weakened, but the students revolts are shaking the streets of the capital city.

Under the gunshots and truncheon blows, the Streets Army is hitting randomly in the hope of shutting the rebellion off. In the middle of the confusion, young Ara has lost her best friend's track.
