Every female student was too busy drooling over Kai that no one paid any attention to what was being taught. Probably, you were the only one who attempted answering Mr Shim's questions. You could hear girls whispering, 'OMO! He looks so adorable.' 'He looks like an idol.' 'Kyeopta!' I'm really sorry if I'm using the Korean words incorrectly :P Made you feel sick. Okay, maybe he IS cute, hot, gorgeous, awesome, amazing, handsome.....blah-blah-blah....after all, he looks like Taemin. But NO!!! You will not/ shall not/ will never betray Taemin just because a random guy ended up being his look-a-like! Just NO!!! So what if Taemin is a star? You WILL find him, get him, kidnap him and stay by his side forever. THAT was your future plan! Run Taemin oppa...Run for your life!

As soon as recess started, the entire class rushed out of the room. You and Sooyeon linked arms and walked outside. As you two were heading towards the cafeteria, Sooyeon pointed at Kai and said, "Jamie, go talk to him! You're really good at making friends so go." You blinked in surprise and asked, "What if I don't want to?" Sooyeon complained, "Yah~ Don't be like that. He looks like Taemin so go and talk to him now! I want to see his sausage lips more closely!" You rolled your eyes and answered, "I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO HIM! AND STOP COMPARING HIM WITH TAEMIN! JUST STOP! LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING! HE MIGHT TURN OUT TO BE A DOUCHEBAG!!!!" You were too loud, unfortunately. Kai turned to your direction.

He analyzed your awkward expression and immediately understood that you were talking about him. 'Wild!' he thought and walked towards you. You saw him and realised that you were in deep !!! "So...whom were you talking about?" Kai asked. You stared at the ground and didn't answer. Sooyeon squeezed your sleeve and whispered, "Don't say that it was him." You gave her a 'You-think-I'm-scared-of-him?' look. Just then Kai cleared his throat to get your attention back to him. "Tell me. Who is that douchebag you were talking about? I want to know so that I can stay away from him," he added. You looked at him, told yourself to stop shivering and answered, "It was you." Kai couldn't help but smirk. AND that smirk got on your nerves. You didn't know why. It just did. Just as you were going to explode with anger (AND embarrassment + overdose of awkwardness!), Kai casually said, "It's okay. I forgive you. Let's be friends." Your eyes widened at his attitude. "YOU forgive me? Yeah right. Mister Kim Jongin, step out of your world and realise that people have other IMPORTANT things to do which does NOT include being friends with you." you said. Sooyeon felt proud as your Sarcasm Teacher BUT YOU WERE USING THOSE SKILLS AT THE WRONG TIME! "Yah~ Jamie, you're never like this. What happened? Calm down,"she whispered. She was right. You weren't like this. You always had control over your temper but this numbskull.............!!!!!!!!! "Woah! Okay, maybe YOU don't want to be friends with me but I want to be friends with you. Happy?" he completed with a smile. 'He looks so kind and warm when he smiles,' you thought for a moment. Immediately you shook that thought away and asked, "Why are you so desperate?" He grinned and answered, "You fascinate me!" You raised your eye brows questioningly, "What? Am I a zoo animal?" Kai frowned, "Aniyo~ you're prettier than a zoo animal AT LEAST!" You were like o_O and countered his remark, "Listen dude, this attitude of yours might make other girls fall but not me. So goodbye!" You dragged Sooyeon towards the cafeteria. Kai was amused by your behaviour. "I'll be back to get you." he shouted towards your direction and walked away.

School was over. You and Sooyeon walked towards the gate. "Jamie, I really think that you should talk to Kai once. Give him a chance. He might turn out to be a nice person. Maybe he really wanted to be friends with you." Sooyeon said. You didn't know what to say so you simply nodded. Eventhough Sooyeon is simply hilarious and y around you, she often ends up turning into an agony aunt. She smiled and walked off to her house. You waved at her and walked to the opposite side.

Kai's 'y car' was already there. As soon as he came out, his driver opened the door for him. Just as Kai was about to get in, he noticed you walking down the road. Seeing you all alone made him melt. Awwwww....Kai, you adorable puppy :P He decided to give his driver a break. "Tell mom and dad that I'll be home a little later. Umm err...tell them that I went to the library for some homework!" he told the driver and walked towards you. After a minute or so, you felt someone following you so you turned back and saw....

He smiled at you. Oh that y smile!!! But NO!!!! You were not giving in. "Why are you following me?" you asked awkwardly. Kai made a puppy face and said, "Take me home! Jebal~" You couldn't believe he just said that. You chose to ignore and started walking, faster this time. "Everyone says you are kind and friendly then why are you like this with me?" he asked. You couldn't help but feel bad about it. 'Maybe I became too stereotypical in the first place,' you thought. Still, you continued walking. You realised he wasn't following you any longer. Sooyeon's voice echoed through your head

You turned to check whether he was still there. He was. 

'Why, God? Why? Why did you have to make him look like my ultimate bias?' you thought. After thinking about whether you were actually the wrong one at this situation, you finally spoke up "I thought you said you wanted me to take you home."

Kai knew what you meant and ran to catch up with you. "Aren't your parents going to get worried about you? Don't you need to inform them first?" you asked. "Nay...I told my driver to tell them that I'm busy with homework!" he said, all proud of his slyness.

Both of you reached home and to your surprise, your parents weren't there. You couldn't believe that your parents went out without informing you...that too with the door locked. "Ottokae?? My parents aren't at home." you panicked. Kai bursts out laughing seeing you all worried at such a silly situation.

"Yah~ It isn't funny, okay?" you shouted. Kai stopped laughing and tried to calm you down, "It's okay. They'll be back. We'll wait for them." "What do you mean WE'll wait for them? Aren't you supposed to go home?" you asked. Kai thought for a while and answered, "Ani~ my parents think I'm in the school library doing homework. Don't worry. I'll be here. After all, we are friends now."
