One forgets his real past, being replaced by false memories.

April 13, 1992

I got called into the office again. It's the fifth time this week, more than you really want because the office isn't a place you want to be in. I've been trying hard with this experiment but so far three end up dead and I'm in deep dept. If more of these experiments fail then more money is being pulled out of my leather wallet. I need this job even if this isn't the most honest way of living. I have to get this right. I have to. I need to.

June 9, 1995

Another dead. Another day failed. Another pay down the drain. Another day I'm not spending with my family. Too many months I've spent on this.

December 20, 1997

Success finally but I'm still working on the kinks. There are still many problems and the wiring doesn't connect well with the main conductor. I'm not giving up yet but I am going to leave work for the day. Today is Kyuhyun's singing talent show and I have to be there for my son. 

March 25, 1999

I'm close. So close! My superiors are much more proud of me; I'm not really surprise since I'm usually praised in the work place. I know three more are dead but I'm close. Maybe I should target someone younger, a brain function that isn't mature yet and is still growing. That should work for me. Also, I'm so proud of Kyuhyun. He got into a great college. I'm proud of him and my wife seems to be in a great mood.

June 2, 2001

Too many things are happening too fast. Too many bodies are piling up and I'm not getting any closer. My pay is cut and I can't pay my bills. I want to be able to visit Kyuhyun but I won't be able to. My wife isn't happy about this but I don't care at this point. Everything is falling apart.

I found him. I found the perfect experiment. He's perfect! Everything about him is what I was looking for. Not too bulky, not too stupid, not too smart and he is in perfect health. Kim Jongwoon is my target. He's the missing puzzle piece. Thank God for Kyuhyun bringing him home.

I failed... I'm sorry...

Every day Cho Kyuhyun had to live with the fact that Kim Jongwoon, singer of Super Junior, had forgotten all about him. It was even worst to know that Kyuhyun was part of Super Junior and they had to share everything together. They lived under the same roof for damn sake. It was harder to keep secrets from Jongwoon especially when Kyuhyun promised his father he wouldn't breathe a word.

It seemed easy to lie but it gets harder when sudden childhood memories seem to flash in front of your eyes. It was even harder seeing how clueless Jongwoon was becoming every passing day. But it was heartbreaking to see Jongwoon forgetting Kyuhyun's name. It was over. Jongwoon would be better off dead...
