THE GLASS PRINCESS

 

Minutes passes, Dara still sit on the road side. Her cheek still wet because of her tears, she wiped it roughly  to convinced her self that she’s not crying for that man. But it’s all a waste, because she is crying for him.She can’t denied it, her heart still hurting everytime she see him.

 

A heavy breath and a footsteps disturb the silence. Dara weakened, she knows that Taeyang found her. She regret it for not running more far so that no one can find her. But it also a waste, Taeyang would still reach her.

 

The step is getting closer, Dara knows Taeyang already stand beside her.

 

“Why you’re here?” his breath still panting, then he sat beside her

 

“Aigooo.. you run so fast Noona, what do you eat before?” Taeyang try to breaks the silence

 

Dara still staring at the roadway,not even respond to Taeyang’s joke. She don’t want to talk, not with him.. not with GD’s bestfriend. Dara feels like going to run again but she can’t, she’s too weak to stood up. She just let her self, otherwise.. she likes the silence on that road.

 

Taeyang look at her, he smiled. He can see Dara’s wet cheek from the reflection of the light street. He knows who Dara cries for, he stopped his smile and also look on the road, enjoying the silence.

 

“Go away Taeyang, i need to be alone” she breaks the silence, Taeyang turned his head to Dara again, he furrowed his brow.

 

“Why? It’s danger to be here alone. You wouldn’t expect what will happened few minutes ahead if you still  sitting here by your self” he  explained wisely

 

“Nothing will happen”

 

“ And makes me look like a moron because i left you here?”

 

“Okay.. do whatever you like. I just want to be here until i don’t know when” she said

 

“What for? To find solution on how to disappear from this world?” he chuckled

 

Dara stare at him

 

“Oh come on Noona.. stop being pathetic” he added, he gives her a smiling face, not frightened to her stare

 

Dara’s eyes widened, Taeyang words hit her head. She’s pathetic? What does he think of her? Why he said that? What people think of her? She hates that word, being pathetic?  Since when?

 

“Yes, i would say it again, you are phatetic Noona” he asserted then turn his sight to anywhere, gives her a moment to think that his word is truth.

 

“What do you want Taeyang? If you want to hurt me you failed! I already broke, you were breaking nothing” she announced

 

Tayeang turned his sight again to Dara, she’s looking at him. Once again, Taeyang can see her teary eyes from the reflection of the light street. Taeyang pitty her, he is so sad, he can’t see Dara like that. I’ts too hard for him to see someone he care crying for such a bad , which is his best friend.

 

He want to wiped that tears but.. who is he? He then just down his head, sorry for her

 

“You don’t get the idea right? you think i am fine?” Her tears flow again, she wiped it roughly. Taeyang lift his head then turn his whole body so he’s now face at Dara. He grab Dara’s hand and hold her tight. Dara’s eyes widened, this is the first time he hold her hands like this. Its warm and comforting.

 

“Please stop Noona! please.. stop hurting your self. Why you torture your self?” He paused.. “He already found his life and live normally. Why you don’t move on? Be good for your life noona.. for god sake!” he still holds her hand.. “What is the most hard for you to forget all your pain noona? His presence? That girl? Or.. his place?” he lowered his voice

 

Dara’s tears flooding... Taeyang words once again hit her head. He was right, GD move on but why can’t she? Why she has to suffer like this? She can’t sent away GD’s presence, or that girl because she want to live normally, who the hell is she?. But.. his place? Should she take someone who can replace him? Is that the solution for her? So many question on her head since she talk with Taeyang, she can’t believe she never get that question since the day GD hurts her.

 

“Taeyang.. can i?” she added faintly, he nodded.

 

“Yes noona, you can! You have the girls, you have your family and i can also support you noona, i won’t let you suffer even though Jiyong is my best friend. I can cheer you and helps you if you want to” he convinced her, his hand keep holding Dara’s hand

 

“You think so? I thought it wouldn’t work. I cries every night, i pray to God and wish that i can forget him, i try to hate him and curse him every minutes of my life so i can feel disgust to him. But the more i’m doing it the more harder i get” she explained

 

“Noona, you were wrong. Don’t hate him! It wasn’t a good way, it just makes you suffered. Make peace to your heart, let go..  Jiyong once the person you loved, you can’t hate him as fast as you want. You have to treat him just like us, your friends, your family, YG family and also your fans. I’m sure even though it’s hard for you, you will reach that peace” he convinced her

 

Dara’s tears suddenly stopped, her eyes shines bright.Taeyang thought it was because reflection of the lamp street, but the truth is Dara realise something new on her. She finds hopes and realise she has many chance to fix her broken heart, her friends are always there for her, her family, her activity and her fans. She smiled to Taeyang and tighten her holds

 

“Taeyang... thank you, thank you. I never thought  this before. I’m glad you talk to me. You already cheer me Taeyang. How can you be such a genius? You don’t even have a girl friend before” She giggles, Taeyang look shyly, just like a cute kid.

 

“Well.. i watched a lot of good movies” he admitted, then stared at her again release the holds and wiped her tears. Dara looks at him happily, he pulled her closer and hug her tight, comforting her. He rub Dara’s back gently.

 

“It’s okay noona.. everything is gonna be okay, i promise! I’m sorry that i’m late telling you this, i should tell you from the start” he added.

 

Dara’s heart pounded

“Jiyong-ah....” a gentle breath and tender voice wakened his sleep. He smiles while his eyes still closed. He hates to wake up but that voice makes him fight for it.

 

 He open his eyes and saw a goddes shine. The radiance blind his eyes. But after seconds the goddes pouted, he shocked and  rub his eyes, he looking around and realise that he was in his apartement balcony. That goddes sit beside her

 

“Dara-ah...” he called her with a spoiled tone

 

“Why you’re sleeping here Jiyong? The winds so cold right now” Dara cover him her cardigan, she took his hand

 

“I feel comfortable Dara, i fell like i live in heaven. I have a beautiful place, i have gooddes in my life... how can i not enjoy this!” said GD, then he pulled Dara to his side, lying her like a baby, he rub her arms.

 

“Sleep with me...” he added, Dara smiles and close her eyes, she put her hand on GD’s chest, her beauty finger touch his shirt button  

 

“I’d love to, but you have something to do right now Jiyong. You have to prepare yourself for Inkigayo performance this noon. The boys already called you and they ask me to get you out from this castle and join them” she tell it in her whispy voice

 

GD sniffed but he stil rubbing Dara’s arm

 

“But i don’t want to...i just want to stay here with you” said GD pouting

 

“Aigoo.. this kid, i’m helping you here. Don’t makes trouble, you’re a leader Jiyong” said Dara sternly

 

GD chuckled and then touch her soft lips. It’s GD’s favorite spot, he always touch her lips everytime he’s only with Dara, it’s very soft just like a cotton. He crushed his lips to her and start kissing her gentl.. Dara welcomed him, her cherry lipgloss smell comforting GD, he kiss her with full of passion.

 

Dara’s hand still on his chest, she rub it.. her feet touch his feet, searching for a comfort. GD start to rub her back slowly... then moves it to her belly, a passionate kisses still on going.. GD start to lift  up his hand to her s. Dara’s eyes opened, she stopped the kiss and ward his hand off.

 

“Bad Jiyong” said Dara,GD laughs and  kiss her again but Dara refuse it

 

 “Why? I can’t? “ ask GD demanded

 

“Yes, you can’t! Because your friend are waiting for you, you only have few hour to get there” Dara change her position, looking at her watch and now sat beside him

 

“Whoaaa...this ain’t fun anymore, can we continue?” he beg, his puppy eyes weakened her

 

“No, and we’ve talked about this since many time Jiyong. I won’t let you me” she asserted

 

“? What do you talking about? It’s make love honey, is a bad word, and no love in that word” he argue

 

“Whatever named Jiyong, i still don’t want to let you to touch me or make love until we’re married. Yes, i come from the ancient world but i’m proud of it” She explain it wisely

 

“Arraseo.. arraseo.. i’m just kidding. I’m so sorry Dara..” he pleaded

 

“It’s okay, i’m cool. So.. can we prepare now? So little time so much to do Jiyong” Dara gritted

 

“Aigoo.. such a leader”

It’s the first day of the month. YG annual month meeting starts as usual on the confrence room. All of YG member are gathered and sat on their own position, talking nonsense and laugh at each other while waiting for the CEO presence.

Dara talking to the girls, they were discuss about something.They smiles and sometimes they laughing. Across them Bigbang member also chatting, only GD who’s not joining the chat. His eyes pointing on his papers, a material that he should give to Mr. YG, the CEO of YG Entertainment. But actually, he’s not focused on his paper, because sometimes he glance at the girl across him, yes he’s watching for Dara. She laughing and look so happy, GD’s feels anxious... until Mr.YG comes in.

 

“Okay, good morning!”

 

“Good morning, Sajangnim”  the audience replied

 

“Let us start this annual meeting, i hope all of you gives me some good news about your own project, because i’m going to make schedule for YG’s activities years ahead”.

 

GD, Bigbang leader stood up and gives a file report to Mr.YG

 

“Bigbang, already finished the recording. The songs completely done and we’re ready for our performance and promotion album Sajangnim” he bows

 

Mr.YG nodded, opening the file and closed it right away

 

CL, 2ne1 leader. She also stood up and gives a file report to Mr. YG

 

“2ne1, we already have some good songs. We’ve been practice vocals for months specialy the choreographs. Now we just waiting for the recording Sajangnim”  CL bows

 

Mr. YG also nodded. The next hour is, all of YG member who has responsible to YG company activity also gives him reports files, they discuss it seriously and at the end the meeting goes perfectly.  Mr.YG looks satisfied.

 

“Well.. I’m glad that you guys doing well. I’m proud of you. I will make schedules and please be nice to me. Don’t make any troubles, the press working hard lately and i don’t want us trapped with their tricks. Keeps playing quiet and be clever, i don’t want hear anything about scandals and all of them, arraseo?!?!”

 

Mr.YG paused and put his eyes to GD, all of the audience also looks at him

 

“Jiyong, i hope you can do better, don’t ruined your career, i’m counting on you!” Mr. YG added

 

GD nodded, “Yes Sajangnim”

 

“Oh.. i forgot, we got tender for commercial filming again and now its from iCoffee, a famous and branded coffee and this time it would be honored to Sandara Park” The audience claps “..and i would be glad and permit her to do that commercial filming if... she finds out how to makes her face shining bright like always. Yes Dara.. i know you have a bad times and i’m looking forward to you, i’m counting on you too”.

 

Now they turned their sight to Dara, Dara’s face flushed

 

She nodded, “Yes, Sajangnim.. i wil do my best”

 

The meeting is completely over. YG members now start to continue their activities. No one speaks until they got into their own place.

 

“Geezz.. Sajangnim so annoying” Seungri flung him self to the couch, Taeyang, Daesung and Top also sat on that couch, GD took the seat across them. He down his head.

 

“Well.. you know Sajangnim never play around, he’s so strict about YG regulation” Top asserted

 

“I guess he do it for our own good, see.. YG is growing now because of his capability and his strict rules” Daesung added

 

GD’s keep silent, he don’t dare to join the convo because it obviously speaking about him and Dara break up scandals.

 

He knows that Mr.YG very concered about this and he don’t hesitate warning him if he breaks the rules. Since Dara and GD revealed their relationship to Mr.YG, he said that their relationship wouldn’t work because if they broke up everything not going smoothly as usual, he also tell them if they can’t be proffesional  he dare take the risk to  banned them.

 

GD shook his head, he knows it was his fault he never planned to broke with Dara anyway, and he hates the way Sajangnim hummiliated them in front of the YG member.

 

Taeyang looking at GD, he saw how his best friend and his leader becomes lame. He knows that GD need him for talk. He needs to talk with his best friend too, something very important.

 

“Guys.. i’m going to talk with Jiyong, would you mind?” ask Taeyang

 

The boys looking at each other, confused.

 

“So you guys here or me and Jiyong go out from this place?” he quip

 

“Damn you Youngbae!” Top stood up right away. He knows that Taeyang don’t want to go anywhere.

 

“C’mon guys.. i’m going to show you my new toys” Top added nonchalantly,he walks through the door

 

“Is it Doraemon?” Daesung sounded exultant, he stood up and try to reach Top

 

“Panda isn’t?” Seungri added. They left Taeyang and GD there, talking something that they won’t share to the rest member.

 

“So.. tell me Jiyong, There’s something you want to say to me?” Taeyang breaks the silence, he know how to start the conversation well

 

“Telling what? I thought you’re the one who wants to talk with me” GD hissed and looking at Taeyang

 

“Now or never”

 

“Never”

 

“Fine, then can i ask you something?”

 

“What?”

 

“I’m going overtake Dara noona, do you mind?”

 

GD’s eyes widened. He can’t believe he just heard something stupid from his best friend

 

Silence

 

“Go on.. why you should aking that to me?”

 

“Because i know you’ll jealous”

 

FCK ! GD’s head cursed him self

 

“No, i’m not jealous. Beside.. i have Kiko already” he said

 

“Of course you’ll jealous, because you still love her?”

 

What the hell is Taeyang thinking or why i’m just sitting here listening to him, he said to him self

 

 

Silence

 

 

“It can’t be, why i still loved her? and why the hell is wrong with you?” he protested

 

“Because you don’t know what kind of step you take, Jiyong. Are you serious leaving her? cause i am going to approach her, take care of her and be a guardian for her”.

 

“Do what you want Youngbae, i don’t care”

 

“Fine, good.. i never thought it was so easy. I just remind you that, if you don’t give a fcking glance to her while i’m with her” he still remember how GD gives a looks on Dara and him at the library incident. Taeyang won’t forget the anger on GD’s eyes.

 

“And if you do, i would believe that you already forget her” he added

 

GD’s jaw parted, his best friend really gives the effort

“This can’t be!” said Dara hysterical

 

“Yeah, it must be a mistaken” GD moaned

 

“Can we tell Sajangnim? How could he made this horrible schedules? This is unbelieavable”

 

“Damn! I can’t let his happen”

 

“Ji.. What about us? Can we have another time and share our moments again? I’m happy because 2ne1 and Bigbang is succesful but if we’re gonna apart by the schedule i’m afraid i can’t hold it”

 

“Calm down baby, i’ll speak to Sajangnim. He wouldn’t let us like this, no off days even though just a day? This is crazy. I will talk to him”

Dara is on the set of commercial filming now.

 

Mr.YG gives her the opportunity to filming the commercial. It was a proud for Mr.YG that Dara often get the endorsement from some great products, that’s why when Dara promise him about his word to be a proffesional, he approve it right away.

 

The producer wants a couple of husband and wife to be the subject, the couple set to enjoy the coffee when they woke up from bed. It’s a simple shoot and no dialouge, the Director is a professional too, so they only do the shoot for a day.

 

Dara was glad when she knows the shooting is set only for a day. She walks on the set and put her sight on the bedroom set, it’s beautiful and romantic, Dara once dreamed that she want to have this beautiful bedroom with her future husband. But it was years ago, when she still a trainee and never knew what is a busy schedules.

 

Dara wearing a white silky nightdress, she’s so beautifull with that dress.. that dress doesn’t even look like a nightdress, it’s so beautifull and simple. Dara makes it perfecct and all the crew  amazed by her presence.

 

“Aigoo... Dara, you are so beautiful” said the Director from his chair

 

“Thanks Sajangnim, thank you so much”

 

“Yes.. yes... now you can get into the kitchen’s, the coffee already there. It’s not hot but you can pretend that you were drinks a hot coffee right? you already saw the script?” ask the director politely

 

“Yes, sajangnim i understand, i already read the script”

 

“Aigoo.. such a humble girl” said the Director, all of the crew nodded and smiling

 

“Okay, let’s start... iCoffee commercial take 1. ACTION!!”

 

Dara walks slowly to the table, her step looks elegant..she act like she was just woke up, she hold her neck and rub it gently, then she took the cup of coffee from the table, she hold it with her palms... She smell the coffee and make an excited face, a happy face that tells she likes the smell. Dara then sip the coffee gracefuly and at the end her face glowing for a happiness.

 

“Aaaaannnnnddd..... CUT!!”

 

Everybody’s clapping and cheering, Dara smiles and bowing to the crew

 

“Thank you.. thank you... “ She approach to the Director “Sajangnim,  did i make a mistake?” ask Dara

 

“No..no.. you’re perfect Dara, we just take one more time to get the perfection and of course for the comparison. Now for the Husband shoot, he already on the make up room, just wait him for a moment”

.

“Ahh.. i uderstand, can i sit for a while sajangnim? I want to fix my hair”

 

“Oh go ahead Dara...” the Director pleased her and start to editing the video

 

Dara sat on the couch, some make up artist start to fix her make up and her hair, she was busy staring at her self on a tiny mirror, just like a princess. Her aura spread all over the set.. all of them starring at her with an amazed, how come there would be such a goddes come down on earth. But suddenly, Dara’s hand slipped... the mirror fell down

 

They’re broken into pieces, all crews shocked also Dara.

 

Dara then bow and try to pick the broken glasses when a pair of muscle hand hold her, Dara look at the owner,he’s smiling. Dara stare at him, amazed of what she’s seeing. A prince? No... he is too gorgeous to be called a prince, Dara thought.

 

“Don’t let this beauty hand broken because of pieces of glass, princess..” his gentle voice breaks the silence

 

Dara gulped and blinked
