You should've taken that class earlier, when you were a freshman or a sophomore, you thought to yourself as you rushed out of the classroom in the sea of underclassmen. It was your last class of the day, and you really didn't need to spend anymore time on campus than neccsesary.

Your phone vibrated in our pocket, and you pulled it out, frowning when you saw who the call was from. You briefly debated whether to answer it and curse the caller out, or ignore it altogether. You'd just decided to ignore the call when you slammed into a sturdy back.

"Oof!" The boy you slammed into stumbled slightly.

"Sorry!" You quickly apologized, quickly finding your balance on your heels.

The boy turned around and looked at you, a smirk crossing his face as he eyed you from head to toe. "Sorry isn't good enough."

"No?" You raised an eyebrow.

"No." He said. "I'm gonna need your name and number too."

You gave a short laugh, your own lips tilting into a knowing smirk. "Sorry, kid. You're gonna need to try harder than that."

You flicked your hair over shoulder and walked away, your hips swaying while his eyes followed you down the hall.
