Teachers came and went out of the classroom the whole morning.

Rules were explained; some lectures started.

 I could tell that in every subject, my seatmate’s attention towards the lessons never wavered.

Finally, lunch came. I picked up my things and placed them in to my bag.

 I had planned to grab a bite before I visited the library.

A second before I left the classroom, I gave a quick glance towards Sehun’s direction.

He was reading the book assigned to us in Literature class, and he did not show any signs of getting up.

I wondered if he had any plans of eating.

I noticed that a second later, he must have seen me staring in his direction, for he spared me a quick smile before he returned to his book.

No wonder he was our valedictorian.
