The sound pushes out of my lungs. It was a sound I hated and feared; too powerful and unstoppable.

Another one will fall victim to this cursed voice.

It's ugly, destructive.

Alluring, seductive, everything a man could ask for.

I see a man almost to my reach.

The pull to grab a prey is beyond my control. Weak, I let instinct take over.

A splash stops the noise.

In my arms, another falls and disappears.

To where? 

No human will know.

All they'll say and would blame is the siren song.

It was never a song.

But a horrible scream.
