The sharp glint of metal

The cold bite of the metal sends me shivering.

My pulse races, waiting for the moment of the sharp sensation

And spill the dark liquid flowing in me.

The anticipation excites and terrifies me as I see myself on the blade

I stop myself for a moment and breathed.

I've waited years for this moment. 

I've known long ago that this will come.

It cannot be stopped.

I recall the moment from the night before that pushed me to say yes to this forbidden moment

There was no hope for that happiness I wanted

Too deep in my own mistakes, I couldn't pull myself to see the world better.

Yes.

Now was the time.

The smooth movement across my skin made me smile.

I hear the clock tick and time seemed to pass slowly

 I savor the moment of peace

The blade drops with a deafening echo.

Do I regret? Maybe.

It's too late think.

As darkness consumed me.
