Part Two: Did You Forget?
Chapter Two

author's note: Siang Nee, read this with a clean mind :))

"Tug!" Joonyoung stubbed his foot on the coffee table.

"Hyung, be careful," Roy said to Joonyoung as he put Joonyoung's arm over his shoulder to guide him as they walked across the hotel lobby to the elevator.

"I'm okay," Joonyoung gurgled trying to set free from Roy's grasp. "I'm not drunk," he insisted despite how intoxicated he was.

Roy grabbed his arm again, just in time to stop him from falling face-down on the marble floor.

"Come on, hyung. Let me help you," Roy said to him.

Joonyoung conceded and allowed Roy to hold him up.

"You shouldn't have drank so much wine," Roy scolded as he pulled Joonyoung into the elevator and pressed the button of the floor where their room was. He looked at Joonyoung and observed that his hair was all disheveled and that he reeked of alcohol.

"You look like a mess."

Joonyoung pouted at Roy's words. "Mianhamnidang~" he said charmingly.

Roy just sighed and tried to hide his smile. They were at their floor now. He placed Joonyoung's arm over his shoulder again and helped him to their room. Joonyoung and Roy were staying in a luxurious suite that had its own living room and a mini kitchen. It was adjacent to two bedrooms--one for Joonyoung and one for Roy.

"Hyung you're so heavy," Roy commented as he finally lay Joonyoung down on his bed.

"Sorry for causing you trouble," Joonyoung said as he held Roy's sleeve. He looked sincere inspite being drunk.

"It's okay, hyung. It's okay," Roy reassured him. Roy took off Joonyoung's shoes and threw the blanket over him.

"I'll go get ready for bed now," Roy said as he exited Joonyoung's room.

"Good night, hyung."

Joonyoung just snored in reply.

"Creak."

"Roy, is that you?"

Joonyoung was awakened by the sound of someone entering his room.

"Yeah," Roy answered.

"I thought you said you were getting ready for bed."

"I already did."

"Then why are you here?"

"To check on you," Roy replied, sitting on the edge of Joonyoung's bed.

"Why? Am I a child? Did you think I would cause trouble again?" There was something off about his tone.

"No, I was just worried about you," Roy said trying to appease Joonyoung. Joonyoung didn't seem to hear him.

"People always think I do nothing but bring problems. They think I'm just this useless bum who only cares about alcohol, cigarettes, and girls."

"That's not true, hyung. Everyone knows you're so much more than that. You're talented, handsome, and kind."

"Talented? I didn't even make it to the finals."

"You got to the Top 3. That already proves your talent."

"I should just stop singing," Joonyoung said.

"Don't say that. Did you forget that we'd never give up on our dreams?" Roy replied.

"Huh. Easy for you to say. Everybody loves you."

"That's not true," Roy answered.

"And everybody hates me."

"Joonyoung hyung, I don't. I love you."

Joonyoung laughed. "Do you know how gay that sounded? Are you gay for me, Sangwoo-ah?"

"What nonsense are you talking about? I'm not. You're so drunk. Just go to sleep," Roy told him. Neither of them talked for a few moments. They just stared at each other.

"And you should know what an amazing person and singer you are," Roy added, finally breaking the silence.

Joonyoung shook his head. "You're just saying that."

"And you don't know what you're saying. You're drunk." Roy stood up to leave, but Joonyoung pulled his hand and made him sit back down on the bed.

"Sangwoo-ah, thank you for believing in me," Joonyoung said as he hugged Roy from the back.

Roy smiled. Joonyoung could be so unpredictable and cheesy when he was drunk. "I'll always believe in you. Did you forget that too?"

"I'm so lucky to have a dongsaeng like you," Joonyoung said and smiled back.

Joonyoung finally let go of him and laid back down on the bed. Just as he was about to fall asleep again--

"Hyung?"

"What?"

"Can I sleep here tonight?" Roy asked in a meek voice.

"I knew you'd say that," Joonyoung laughed. He rolled to the other side so Roy would have space to sleep on.

"Are you afraid of sleeping alone?" Joonyoung asked Roy teasingly.

"No, I'm a man. Why would I be afraid of sleeping alone?" Roy answered in a brave voice.

"I should say that on the next variety show we go on together...'Superstar K4 champion, Roy Kim, scared of sleeping without anyone beside him!'" Joonyoung said.

"You wouldn't say that," Roy shot back, "...right?"

Joonyoung didn't answer. He was already fast asleep.

This is probably not the best chapter I wrote in this entire fanfic, but I did try my best even though my eyes were almost closing to sleep while I made this. I hope you had fun reading this chapter ^_^
