Shinhye pushed him away. Jaejoong looked at her at got confuse, the changed in her eyes are quite remarkably fast. “are you out of

your mind? I don’t need this, I don’t need your concern Mr. Kim. I’ll be alright” shinhye hurriedly move away from him making the

distance she wanted since she worked for him. “I think jemin ssi can brief me with everything I need to know” shinhye was about to

march out “Ms. Park?” jaejoong was surprise with the sudden change in her mood. “what Mr. Kim?” shinhye turn to look at him.

Jaejoong cleared his throat. “What’s with the mood swing baby?” shinhye glared at him. “stop calling me baby!” she turn away, “hey,

I’m still your boss remember?” he said with a much higher voice now. Shinhye smirked and look at him again. “I know you don’t need

to remind me that again Mr. Kim” “good, and you forgot your sketch pad” he extended his arm to hand it to her. She eyed the thing

that he is giving to her. She tilt her head to one side, brows arched “what is this?” jaejoong gave her a disbelief stare. “it’s your

sketch pad, you’re making some designs earlier for jemin’s wedding gown remember?”  jaejoong noticed that the frown slowly

decreased but she still look confuse as she take the sketch pad from his grip. Shinhye slowly open and look on the sketches inside.

She stopped at the wedding gown, jaejoong is watching her intently. “ah right, I was doing this earlier. Thank you. I’ll take my leave

now and show this to jemin ssi” she bowed and walk straight out his office. Jaejoong didn’t know how long he’s been staring at the

door after she walk out. Once again she have became more of a puzzle to him. A small smile appeared on his face. “so it’s her”

jaejoong sat on his swivel chair.

Jaejoong kept himself busy with all the documents and calls all morning. “sir, you have to go to the shops along gangnam district for

the weekly visit, should I tell the company driver to get the car ready?” jaejoong look up and saw jemin infront of him. “why are you

still here, aren’t you suppose to be going after the briefing?” he closed his macbook. “she is reviewing all the files I gave her but she

got a call from her brother, I think it about her mother, I told her to go, that I will….” Jaejoong stand up and took his phone and car

keys, “sir..” jemin uttered following jaejoong as he dash to the door, “cancel everything that’s on my schedule today, have you

heard were she’s going?” “she just go a while ago, I think she might still be in the elevator”  jaejoong run towards the lift and saw

that shinhye is still waiting for the lift to stop. “shinhye-yah!” he called. She didn’t stop pushing the down button of the lift.

“shinhye-yah” jaejoong lay a hand over her shoulder catching his breathe. “why can this stupid elevator wont cooperate with me!

Damn it!” shinhye uttered. “let’s use my private elevator, kaja” shinhye let jaejoong pulled her to the elevator. Once inside,

jaejoong cant stop staring at shinhye who is spacing out, praying mostly. “shinhye what happen?” he asked. “my mom-omma, my

omma fainted. Yunho oppa saw her at the garden. I didn’t know she is at home, I thought she went to the boutique, I should have

not.. no, ah..” shinhye cant make any coherent sentence again, jaejoong feel remorse at her state, this is too much for one day.

Without any warning he pulled her for a hug, that’s when she cried. “otoke jaejoong, otoke?” “sshh, it will be fine, your omma will

be fine” he comforted her her hair. She still cry but before the lift opened she calm down a little. “let’s go, Let’s use my car,

cab is not a choice now” shinhye nod.

“Oppa, oppa, how’s mom?” shinhye rushed as she saw yunho phasing back and forth outside the emergency room. “shine, it’s okay,

the doctor said she will be fine” “but why is she still in there?” she asked. Yunho circled his arms on her shoulder to comfort her,

jaejoong then came  “shine-shinhye, omma will be fine. She’s strong, she’s like you remember?” yunho said. Giving jaejoong a nod

for acknowledgement, shinhye felt jaejoong’s presence, she then look at him, “oppa this is my boss, Kim Jaejoong, jaejoong-ssi this

is my older brother Jung Yunho” she manage to introduce the two gentlemen. “nice to meet you jaejoong ssi” “likewise” jaejoong

shook his hand. “oppa what happen really?” shinhye then asked yunho again. “songmi ajumma told me that omma wanted to pick

some flowers for the center table, she didn’t check on her because omma always end up spending more time in there, when I go

home to pick documents, I looked for her, then I saw her lying on the grass bed.” Yunho narrates. The doctor came out making them

stand up abruptly “doctor, how’s our mom?” shinhye asked in french. The doctor looked at yunho, “mian, my sister just want to

know how our mother is” yunho’s hand grip tighter, jaejoong who is just watching them can’t help to be curious. “luckily, the place

she fainted is not dangerous, she fainted from over fatigue. She is doing good now, she woke up earlier while we are examining her,

but she’s asleep now, later maybe you could talk to her already” the doctor puts a hand over yunho’s shoulder. “there’s nothing to

worry about anymore” yunho bowed to the doctor so as shinhye. Yunho faced shinhye, “shinhye, kwenchana? Are you feeling okay?”

“why didn’t he answer me?” shinhye asked yunho. “you.. you asked him in french how can he understand that, have you taken your

medicine?” shinhye massage her temple, and walk towards the chairs, yunho guided her. “I.. I forgot again” shinhye said. Yunho

sighed. “okay, stay here, I’ll buy you some okay?” “okay” yunho planted a kiss on shinhye’s head before leaving her. “I’ll stay with

her” jaejoong uttered. “thanks, hold her hand, don’t let her go roaming around until I get back” yunho said. Jaejoong nod but still

confuse why yunho is acting like that.

“kwenchana?” jaejoong sat beside shinhye. She nod and smile faintly. “thank you” she said. “its nothing, I’m glad she’s fine”

jaejoong said, he reached for her hand and squeeze it tightly. “you’ve been in so much today, I’m sorry” he said. Shinhye looked at

him, jaejoong saw the same girl that was sketching in his office earlier, her soft eyes, sad but you can see that she’s happy,

contented. “sorry, for what?”she asked. “I didn’t remember you” he smiled at her a little. She look away, “it’s okay, I’ve changed”

she said with a smile. Jaejoong cant help but to admire this side of her, it is like the girl he saw at the airport, at the park, the one

he kissed forcely on the gala party. “shinhye, here take this palli” yunho gave her a pill, jaejoong didn’t saw what kind it is, “okay,

now, have you been skipping again?” yunho asked shinhye “I don’t know oppa, let’s not talk about it now, let’s go to mom’s” yunho

looked at her full of concern. “oppa, I’m okay. Really” shinhye smiled and playfully punched yunho’s face. “who are you?” jaejoong

was stunned with that question but he didn’t let them know, he pretended texting someone. “oppa, not now” shinhye whispered

but still jaejoong could here it. Yunho looked at jaejoong. “he didn’t hear it, now who are you?” yunho looked at her intently again.

“I’m Park Shinhye of course, should I change that to Jung Shinhye? You know appa will love that” shinhye smiled. Yunho sighed.

“that’s a relief, okay, let’s go to omma’s, don’t skip your meds ever again okay? You’ll worry me, that’s why I can’t get a decent date.

Aish” yunho ruffled her hair. “oppa, we have company” shinhye said looking at jaejoong. “jaejoong ssi, thank you for driving my little

sister here, she can be a brat but she’s hard working, if she’s troubling you, don’t hesitate to call me, I can handle her” yunho said. 

“ah, deh, uhm, so I’ll be leaving then. Shinhye ssi, I’ll see you at work” shinhye bowed and smiled at him. “thank you” shinhye said

again.

“so, tell me something I don’t know” yunho turned to face shinhye, they are now on the private room for their mom. “bwo?” she

looked at their mom who is sleeping again. “you and your new boss, he likes you” yunho said. “eyy, your assumptions again..”

shinhye throw an orange at him, fortunately he catch it. “seriously shinhye, is there something between the two of you? Maybe

that’s why you accepted the job, you said you didn’t want to work, or perhaps,..” yunho lean closer to her, looking straight into her

eyes. “bwo?” she asked irritatedly. “how long have you been skipping your medicines shine?” shinhye looked down. “i.. oppa,.. I

want to be normal” shinhye said. Yunho sighed. “that’s why you need them shine, you need that to be normal” “taking them is not

normal oppa, what happen to me?” shinhye asked tears are starting to fall from her eyes. Yunho hugged her, “aish, don’t think so

much, its not good for you, you know that, tell me, who are you now? Shinhye or Shine?, those past few days, who are you?” he

asked. “both” she replied.
