Bobby was tormented. 

Tormented by the fact that he was a man. 
Tormented by the fact that his feelings continue to grow.

The public displays of love were all that he could possibly do. Fanservice was the extent to what was acceptable. Why? Because, of the harsh society, where homouality is laughed upon and discriminated against. 

Bobby fears the stares, the mocking sounds of laughter and the hurt he may cause because of his love for Hanbin.

And so, Bobby does not confess.

He is too scared to.

Because  a love that was never meant to be, will never have a happily ever after.

Right?
