Hoot hoot! Welcome to the kingdom of owls, where art is a part of everyday life! You want a hootiful graphic for your story? Well you're at the right place. Us owls are always ready to serve you!

Here at Owl Kingdom, we have a special system, where we have 3 batches total (5 requests per batch).  Batches 1 and 2 are for everyone, while 3 is only for members. We take in requests until they are full, and then we start working. Once 6 requests are completed, we open up that batch so people can request. We don't do monthly batches, since that would give requesters only a short time to request, while this system will allow requesters to request at different times with only a short waiting period. We also sell memberships. Memberships cost 5-10 points (not karma points, but the points you can earn from playing our games, check in our foreword for the games), and will allow you to be able to reserve a spot in the next open batch and request in Batches 5-6. For more info, check chapter 2. And as you know, we have games for our subscribers, where you can earn points, so check our foreword and story feed for new updates. But make sure you're subscribed!

1. Subscribe before requesting! And don't unsubscribe afterwards!

2. Be polite. No bashing! We'd appreciate comments and constructive criticism!

3. Please don't double request, it really makes us frustrated when you do. If you double request (request here and  another shop), we'll cancel your request. We currently do not have a blacklist, but we may make one if needed.

4. You can provide pictures if you want, just make sure they're not fantaken and if possible, find high quality photos. We may not use the pictures you send in and will find our own.

5. If you want an ulzzang on your poster for an OC character, please mention it. If there's a specific ulzzang you want, just say the name in the form. But if you don't specify that you need an ulzzang, we may not put it.

6. Redos depend entirely on the designer who did your request, unless the mistake is ours, then we will fix it at all costs.

7. Do not edit our graphics!

8. Credit us in your foreword, and please comment after you pick up your graphics.

9. You are allowed to use the links we provide, but if we delete them off our hosting site, we cannot promise you that we will still have them. Please save a copy onto your computer just in case, and if you can, reupload the graphics onto your own photosharing site. 

10. We don't have a character limit, we just work around with the characters and include all if we can, but if it's too crowded, we'll only use some.

11. If you would like to cancel your request, you have 2 days from the day you submit the form. Just simply comment below. If we have already made your graphics, you must use them.

12. Use our graphics for a minimum of 1 month. 

13. You can pick your designer for the requests, but if we're busy, we may pass it on to the other designer. If you don't care, just say any.

14. Comment after requesting and after picking up.
