Narrator’s point of view:

A few minutes later you heard the doorbell and you opened the door to see Siwan smiling at you .

“Hello , are you ready ?” he asked you grinning

“Neh oppa ! ^^” you said with your bright smile

Before the two of you went out , you made sure you had your keys and everything you needed .

“Okay oppa ^^ Kaja !” you said excitedly and he just laughed and followed you outside .

You were literally skipping to Siwan’s house and he was walking behind you smiling at how adorable you were .

*How could he leave someone like her ?  Well , I’m not completely against it … Sooyoung-ah , I hope someday , when the right time comes … I’ll tell you how I really feel for you and I hope to hear that you feel the same way for me …*

As you reached Siwan’s house , you stopped and turned to him .

“Oppa … what if your parents wouldn’t like me ?” you said nervously and he just chuckled .  “Yaa !  Utjima ! >.< Why are you laughing ?” you pouted

“It’s because you sound like a worried girlfriend ! ㅋㅋㅋ!!!!!!!!” he said and laughed even harder

“Aishhhh !  Aigoooo !  I am worried because you are my friend and what if they don’t like me as your friend ?” you said as you hit him lightly on the shoulder

“Don’t worry Sooyoung-ah … I’m sure they’ll love you !  You’re smart , pretty , kind , and an amazing friend !  So don’t worry too much okay ?” he said with a warm smile that made your heart skip a beat .

You nodded and went inside followed by Siwan .  As you entered , you saw his parents watching T.V. .  Their attention quickly shifted to you and you smiled and greeted them .

“Annyeong haseyo !  Choi Sooyoung-imnida … I’m sorry for coming over this late .” you said as you bowed to them .

“Umma , appa , this is my friend/seatmate/lab partner/our neighbor Choi Sooyoung … Her parents are stuck in traffic somewhere and she was all alone in her house so could she please stay here for a while ?” he asked his parents who were smiling at the two of you .

“Oh is that so ?  Of course she can stay here !” Mrs. Im said smiling at you

“Is this the girl you’ve been telling us about , Woongjae-ah ?  The smartest girl in your class ?” Mr. Im asked also smiling at you

“Neh appa …” Siwan said slightly embarrassed

You smiled at him as he blushed *So he mentioned me to his parents already ?  That’s so nice … ^^*

“Have you eaten yet dear ?” Mrs. Im asked you as she ushered you to the dining room .  “Sit down , we were just about to have dinner until Woongjae told us that you were coming over .  It’s nice to finally meet you .” she continued with a delighted smile on her face

“Ahhh neh … I’m sorry you had to wait for me … Kamsahamnida …” you said with a smile on your face as Siwan sat down beside you .

“Oh , it’s fine , dear !  You’re Siwan’s friend , you’re welcome here anytime .” she said with a motherly smile .

“I’m sorry they’re acting weird today …” he whispered

“It’s okay oppa . ^^” you giggled

Dinner with Siwan’s family was quite enjoying , they were really nice to you so you felt comfortable with them already .
