“A-a kissing scene!” I thought. My face turned bright red “I know I have kissed him a lot during filming but that completely different”. My heart started to race. “Ryo..Do you want sugar in your coffee?” I loved his sweet voice; it gives me a overwhelming feeling. “Uh-yes please thank you” I stuttered to say. I saw his long firm arm reach for the sugar on the shelf above him. When he turned to look at me, I quickly turned my face. He walked over to the couch and sat right next to me handing me my coffee. “Here you go Ryo”, I gently took the cup from his hand trying to avoid touching him. “Thank you” I said and took a sip.

“So I must ask this Dai…why do you want to rehearse pages 21 and 48 you do know they are both kissing scenes right” he chuckled “yeah I do know..I just think we would get better at making the kiss more realistic” “m-more realistic?” I asked “okay I guess we can”. He smiled at me, he has the most beautiful smile I have ever seen, I wanted to kiss him, and touch him. He leaned over to pick up one of the scripts he had. For some reason I got this really nervous feeling in chest. He opened the script to page 21 first and started to read. I couldn’t help but star helplessly at him, and as he was leaning forward I realized it was time for the kiss. As his face got closer the more nervous I got and the more my heart pumped.

“Ryo are you okay?” he asked as he was leaning up “y-yeah I am sorry” “we don’t have to do this if you don’t want to” he said with a concerning tone. I couldn’t help feel embarrassed “why did I have to get nervous, I was about to kiss him”. He stood up “Ryo let’s just not do the scenes today okay”. he started to walk away and without knowing it my hand grabbed for his shirt. He turned around “uh-I-um” I couldn’t find the words to say, “should I just confess to him?” I thought, “I am going to do it….Daisuke please forgive me I hope this doesn’t ruin our friend ship”. “Daisuke” I said with my head faced to the floor, “I have to tell you something that I have wanted to tell you for a long time now.” I couldn’t bring up the courage to look at him in the face so I kept my head down. “I-I…Lov…” (bang!, bang!). I was interrupted by a knock in the door. “Ryo hold that thought okay I will be right back” he walked to the front door. “What was I thinking I can’t tell him?” I grabbed my bag and started to the door “hey Dai I am sorry I am just going to lea..”.  When I looked up there was this beautiful girl with long black hair and nice clothes on she looked like she could be a celebrity or a model. “Dai, is this your co-star?” “yeah this is Ryosuke”. Looking at them standing right next to each other I couldn’t help but think that they would make a cute couple. I didn’t want to stay any longer. “Dai I am going okay” as I said that I could hear the crying tone in my voice. “Ryo you don’t have to go” “no- you have a guest and I don’t want to interrupt”. Before he could say anything else I ran out of there. All I hear was Dai calling after me.  

When I got home I just dropped my bag on the floor and climbed into my bed, and let my depressed aura consume me. Tears started to descend from my eyes. “Of course Dai would have a girlfriend, he is dripping with good looks and he is kind to everyone and is always surrounded by girls” I said to myself out loud. It was stupid of me to even think about confessing to him. Maybe I- maybe I should just give up.
