You felt giddy, you wanted to take advantage of the situation. You wanted to see how far he’ll go, how long he can endure the pain you will be giving him.

But at the same time, you felt really, really, really bad. He was using you to get what he wanted. And you didn’t want that to happen. Nobody could ever use you, not even in that way. He was just a mere ajhussi who is not even relevant in your life. Why would you even bother to help him?

You did not notice you stopped until he repeated the same words all over again,

“I’ll do anything for you! I’ll be your slave.”

He was so selfish, he could be the next Lucifer. The offer tempted you. A teacher for a slave looks very pleasing. You imagined him feeding you grapes while you sat on the couch like Cleopatra. Him, waiting for you just outside the house and carrying all your things to school. You’d let him make and finish all your assignments and projects. He could also work as your house helper. He could do everything for you.

But doing that was wrong. You did not even know the reason why he chose you. You don’t even know the reason why he’s asking for your help. You did not know anything.

You pulled out your headphones and your iPod to its highest volume. At least you won’t hear him repeat those words all over again.

You took a small step forward, waiting for a hand to pull your arm again. But then, nothing happened. He must have left.

You continued to walk and headed straight for the gate.

Before you could even walk farther, someone yanked your headphones away.
