Im Jaebum(JB)

·        Cynical, selfish and can be cruel despite his handsome, gentle exterior.

·        Buries himself in vice, but is nevertheless an extremely intelligent individual, especially talented in business and finance; he also holds a high-ranking position at Empire International.

·        Heir to Empire International, the biggest company in the world, branching out into various fields such as retail, fashion, real estate and many more.

·        Interested in Jiyeon as she is the only woman who dares to defy him openly, and the only woman he knows who truly believes in true love.

·        Age: 18

 Bodyguards: Kris, a tall and stunningly handsome man, especially good with guns, in particular the rifle and revolver. He is often described as intimidating and awing, and is one of the reasons why few dare to cross JB

 Tao: Despite having dark, dangerous good looks, yet in truth, he has a lot of aegyo and is treated like an adorable younger brother by JB and Kris. Expert in various martial arts and Chinese weaponry, he is known for his ability to switch effortlessly between the aegyo-filled boy, and the deadly assassin-bodyguard. He is later assigned to guard Jiyeon.

Park Jiyeon

·        Naïve, kind-hearted and strong-willed, she will always be the first to step up in the case of injustice or unfairness.

·        Member of the popular girl group T-ara

·        Is a completely innocent girl with no idea of the evils in the world

·        Cares a lot for her bandmates and her boyfriend, Kim Myungsoo, to the point that she would even die for them

·        Dislikes JB intensely, due to a misunderstanding between them; she even feels that he is pathetic, as he seems to only care about money and power

·        Age: 17

Kim Myungsoo(L)

·        Warm-hearted and caring, contrary to his mysterious and cold image, he is the perfect boyfriend

·        Jiyeon’s boyfriend of four years, he cares a lot for her and is willing to go to great lengths to help her.

·        Less ambitious than the rest of his bandmates, his biggest wish in life is to be able to lead a happy, stress-free life with the person he loves.

·        Age: 20

Kang Sora

·        Well-known actress, and a rival of Jiyeon’s

·        Heir to a wealthy fashion business, she has been engaged to JB since they were children

·        JB finds her fake aegyo annoying, but he does not especially detest her, as he sees her as a sort of irritating cousin; she often spends her time clinging onto him

·        Age: 21

Xi Luhan

·        JB’s best friend since young, son of the China’s Vice-President, but does not have any political aspirations; instead, he aspires to be a famous painter.

·        Gifted with handsome, youthful features, and an extremely sharp mind; he is, however, very prideful and hates being criticized.

·        Has a girlfriend, SNSD’s Jessica Jung, but also has many other affairs that he keeps secret from Jessica.

·        Dislikes Yoona because she often tries to keep JB away from him, and thinks that she is too presumptuous.  

·        Age: 20

 Bodyguard: Oh Sehun, a quiet, reserved youth, Sehun is a handsome and talented martial artist. Despite his slight build, he is a deadly foe, and will not stand any insult or injury to Luhan; he does not speak much, but often gives Luhan valuable advice and is like a brother to Luhan.

Im Yoona

·        JB’s beautiful older sister, she is one of the most famous fashion designers in Korea despite her young age.

·        Moved to America five years ago to develop her career.

·        Loud, boisterous and fun-loving, she cares deeply for her younger brothers and is the only one that they will really listen to.

·        Dislikes Luhan, as she thinks he is a bad influence on JB, and thinks that he is overly arrogant; they are often at loggerheads, and Yoona is the only one who dares to challenge his pride

·        Her best friend is Krystal Byun

·        Age: 23

Kim Jongin (Kai)

·        JB and Luhan’s best friend, and the last of the three musketeers, he is the son of FBI Chief Oh Youngwoon, and is a rising force in the FBI as well.

·        Cold, controlled and discipline, he is arguably the smartest of his five friends; he might also be said to be manipulative, as he has a very good understanding of the human nature.

·        Expert in criminal profiling, various martial arts and can read a person very easily; he rarely shows emotion, except when with his close friends, and even then very rarely.

·        He and Krystal share a love-hate relationship; he thinks that she is stupid and too rash, and does not like to associate with her.

·        Age: 19

Krystal Byun Soojung

·        A stubborn, headstrong and straightforward(or rude) girl who aspires to become a world-famous idol;

·        Only daughter of the CEO of KBS, she is spoiled and always has to have her way

·        Is good friends with JB and Luhan, who treat her as the younger sister they never had, and often indulge her, adding to her spoiled nature

·        Her best friend is Im Yoona

·        She cannot stand Kim Jongin, as she thinks he is too aloof and is just pretending to be “cool”

·        Age: 18

 Bodyguards: Amber, a tom-boyish, friendly girl. She has no interests in girly pursuits like fashion and makeup, and is more interested in martial arts and weaponry. She is very supportive of Krystal, willing to help her do anything to get what she wants.

Byun Baekhyun and Byun Minho

·        Twin brothers and sons of Byun Taecyoung, the CEO of KBS, they are also Krystal’s older brothers

·        Hold a lot of influence in the entertainment circle, despite being neither actors nor idols; Baekhyun is acknowledged as an extremely good singer, while Minho is one of the best rappers in the industry.

·        Overly protective of their sister, Krystal; they are often teased for having “sister complexes”

·        Age: 22

 Bodyguard: Park Chanyeol, a fun-loving and boisterous boy, he cares very deeply for Baekhyun and Minho, but is closer to Baekhyun. Despite his loud personality, he is a very dangerous enemy, and is also extremely observant, usually able to tell a person’s personality just from a quick encounter.

Im Jinyoung (Jr)

·        Yoona and JB’s younger brother, and the only one still in school

·        Widely regarded as less talented than his older siblings, many people see him as a bit of a wastrel, as his biggest desire in life is to live without cares or worries; he makes no effort to work hard in anything he does

·        Appears rarely, as he is often in school

·        Age: 15

Xi Yixing (Lay)

·        Luhan’s older brother, and a rising force in China’s political world

·        The pride of the family, whereas Luhan is considered more the prodigal son

·        Cares a lot for his younger brother, although Luhan often pushes him away

·        Married the daughter of a fellow politician to get gain more connections and allies

·        Age: 29

 Bodyguards: Chen, a motherly, caring man whose primary passions lay in cleaning and cooking; however, when the occasion calls for it, he can be a dangerous warrior, and is especially good with a sword. He is protective of Lay, and often acts as a confidant or advisor to him.

Hey guys! Here’s my new story, featuring JJProject, T-ara and EXO! This will probably be my biggest project after Dream High 2: The Idol’s Life; it’s going to be really long. As you can probably tell from the synopsis, this will be a romance/mystery/thriller story. It starts off as romance, mostly between the three main couples, then develops into a mystery/thriller story as someone starts killing their friends one by one, and they have to try and stop the killer before whoever it is gets to them. Also, the lovelines in this story will be quite messed up, but there will be three main couples that I will be focusing on, and six main characters for the story. The main characters are: JB, Jiyeon, Luhan, Yoona, Kai and Krystal. As for the lovelines...

As you probably guessed, the main couples are JJCouple (JB/Jiyeon), Luyoon (Luhan/Yoona) and Kaistal(Kai/Krystal). The Kai-Krystal loveline is that way, because their romance doesn’t really need a third party; there is, however, a huge twist in their romance that really screws things up. Myungsoo and Sora, and Jessica and Minho will be the main third parties in the JJCouple and Luyoon romances respectively.

Other than the lovelines, I will also be focusing on the idea of family in this story; for example, the siblingship between JB, Yoona and Jr, and that of Luhan and Lay; Lay plays a huge part in Luhan’s life for this story, but you’ll have to read on to find out.

Of course, most of the characters will not be, like, idols for the story. Of the six main characters, only Jiyeon remains an idol; all the other characters have other jobs. T-ara and Infinite will remain as idols, of course, but EXO, JJProject, f(x), TVXQ’s Changmin, SNSD’s Taeyeon, 2PM’s Wooyoung, and Lee Yeon Hee will no longer be idols/actors. Many other idols and actors will also feature in the story, but only briefly.

Also, you all probably noticed that the “rich” characters like JB and Luhan have bodyguards; only Yoona, Jr and Kai do not have bodyguards. Yoona because she moved to America and was “independent” enough to do away with her bodyguard, Jr because he’s a student and schools do not allow badass bodyguards to follow you around, and Kai because he’s an FBI officer himself, and his father trusts him to be able to hold his own in a fight.
