" I have a what..." I heard myself ask. Although it was happening to me I still could hardly believe it. 

" It' exactly like what we just told you, Yuna, the Grandfather you know isn't my real father, Grandma married him after she got pregnant with another man." My parents told me softly. 

"Are you telling me Grandma cheated on Grandpa with another man, told him it was hers and lied to him all his life. Are you sure you haven't been watching to much soap operas?" I ask them, even though I'm personally questioning the sanity of my parents, they look surprisingly serious. 

"No Yuna. It was nothing like that, Grandma and Grandpa loved each other dearly, all their lives. They were devoted to each other. Grandma met this other man before she met Grandma. They loved each other too, but the problem was he was already married, so they could never be with each other. Sadly though he got her pregnant, but still couldn't stay with her so she left for Australia and met your Grandfather. Last year, when she was diagnosed with terminal cancer and knew she was going to pass away soon, she wrote to him about their son, your father..." Mum said.

"Didn't he know about dad?" I ask.

This time my dad answered "I guess he always thought that she would have had an abortion. When Grandma got pregnant with me she was really very young."

There was silence for a while, as I guess my parents let me digest it all. 

And wait for me to go into shock, ordinarily i probably would have, but i guess it still doesn't seem entirely real to me. i thought to myself 

"So... is their a reason you are telling my this now." I ask. 

"Well recently, your grandfather. Your real one...." My parents began to stay 

"The grandfather I have now is my real one." I interrupt. 

"Well your biological one, wants to get in touch with you and your brother. He wrote a letter to your father and I saying that he wanted to meet me." my father says. "But i told him it was impossible with my obligations at work and to your mother and me and frankly speaking I don't really want to speak to the man who did not know i existed all my life. So he asked instead whether he would be able to meet the two of you." 

Something clicks your brain. 

"Wait... Why isnt Yuu here too? Does he already know?" I ask.

"We told him last night, when you were out with your friends. We thought it was better to talk to the two of you seperately anyway." 

"Oh... I see. So what is it you want me to do." I ask

I guess at that point in time i already knew the answer. Although however disbelieving I was. 

"We want you to meet with him. I know it hypocritical of us that I don't want to meet with him but we want you too. Will you go and meet him? He says he really wants to meet you." 

"I guess. Just tell me where and I will turn up."

"That's the thing, he lives in Korea and because of his work it will be very hard for him to leave. So if it's okay with you we want you to go meet with him."

"In Korea.." I hear myself ask.

"Yes, we would ask Yuu to go with you but it's impossible for your brother right now. Seeing as he is doing he doctorate in medicine. But you can go. Will you go?"

"What does this man do?"

"Have you ever heard of JYPE and SM Entertainment?"

And that is how my life in Korea began.
