It was about a week later that I heard from him again. Once again, his call came to me at 2 in the morning which I still found unusual but regardless, I had no complaints about it.

“Yeobeosaeyo?” I called into the phone, slightly more awake this time than the last time he had called.

“Yoonae-shii? It’s me, Luhan.” The sweet, angelic voice said. I recognized it without problem.

“Annyeong, Luhan-shii.” I replied as I laid back down on my bed with my phone next to my ear. “How have you been?”

“Good,” he replied. “And you?”

“Pretty well.” I said. “You haven’t called for a while...” I mumbled.

“Why? Did you miss me?” He asked in a highly amused tone.

“No!” I replied, a bit too quickly.

“Really?” He asked.

“....maybe a bit.” I whispered to myself.

“Pardon?”

“....just a bit.” I said a bit louder.

“Just a bit? Maybe I should hang up now then-”

“I missed you alright?” I admitted, a blush immediately forming on my face. Luckily we were only talking over the phone.

He laughed lightly on the other line. “Yeah, I knew you would.” I rolled my eyes at his childishness. “But actually...I was wondering if we could meet up tomorrow. I have the day off and a friend and I are going to Lotte World to hang, shop and grab some lunch.”

“Really?” I asked him, immediately excited by the idea. “Can I bring a friend too then?”

“Of course!” He answered enthusiastically. “Do you want me to pick you up tomorrow?”

I almost squealed right then and there. He’s so sweet! “If you want to.” I replied calmly.

“Then text me your address. I’ll be there around 11 in the morning.” He said. “In the mean time, get some sleep alright? I’m sorry for waking you up.”

“No, it’s alright.” I said cheerfully, by then, I had too much energy in my system to even worry about sleep. “I’ll see you tomorrow then?”

“Yup, see you then. Goodnight.”

“Goodnight.” I replied, grinning widely. When we hung up, I texted him my address and messaged Ji Eun about going to Lotte World tomorrow and told her to meet us there. Knowing her, she probably wouldn’t bother getting up to read the text.

I giggled when I was done, and held my second pillow to my chest as I rolled around contently.

“Luhan~ Luhan~ Luhan~” I sighed contently, trying to calm myself down to at least catch a few hours of sleep and look decent for tomorrow. “Luhan~” I sang again and giggled before closing my eyes and retiring for the rest of the night.
