“I’m worried for you. Do you want me to help you out? Wait never mind I can’t, I’m lost here too. Maybe we can find a way out together, unless you don’t want to..I’m fine with that too..” Yunho said, feeling a bit dejected even if the guy haven’t answered yet.

“That’s nice of you but I don’t intend on leaving this place. You see..I…I live here”

“Huh?”

“I’ll explain everything, lets sit down first” Jaejoong suggested. He and Yunho walked towards a field of grass and just sat down together. Right when they took a seat Yunho couldn’t help but keep staring at the beauty right next to him. He even thought of taking a picture and showing off to Yoochun, someone like this angel just couldn’t be real…or even human. Yoochun would indeed be jealous.

“First off, what’s your name? I’m Yunho”

“I’m Jaejoong, nice to meet you again” Jaejoong smiled. He didn’t know why but he felt this bond to Yunho. He was always hiding from people, so Yunho was basically the first human he has seen this close to. Of all his years in the pond he has never been this close to someone, or even talked to them.

“That’s a beautiful name, for such a beautiful face” Yunho complimented again making Jaejoong blush. Yunho didn’t know how many times he had to say it, but right now he felt like it wasn’t enough. He wasn’t even afraid of complimenting Jaejoong anymore; he liked Jaejoong’s flushing face.

“You compliment me too much” Jaejoong said, “If only you knew I’m not even close to perfect...”

“What do you mean?”

“Well you know how you were wondering why I live here? It’s because in the morning I turn into a fish and I live in that pond...” Jaejoong said slowly with his head down. He hated how he wasn’t human, but a stupid fish. “I’ve been like this since I was born. I’m really not a human being...”

Yunho was still shocked at what he was heard. Well he was only guessing Jaejoong wasn’t a human being since he was too beautiful. But he didn’t expect him to be a fish…

“So only at night you turn into a human?” Yunho asked, trying not to be offensive as possible.

“Yeah…that’s why I had the power to fix your leg. That pond is magical and since I live and swim in the pond, I have the power to heal many pains”  

“Wow, this is really shocking to hear. But I’m glad you’re telling me this. Do you trust me?” Yunho asked, a bit of hope that Jaejoong might open up to him more. He felt like he and Jaejoong were destined to meet, like now. It was magically fate that brought them together. He was sure of it.

Jaejoong smiled and looked down at the grass not wanting to make eye contact with Yunho. “You are the first human that I’ve met and haven’t hid from. I...I guess in a way, I do trust you”

“Why do you hide from other humans?”

“I’m scared, scared that something might happen. It’s not that I don’t trust humans, it’s just I’m used to living alone by myself. I’ve been doing this for 19 years”

“And I’m really special” Yunho said suddenly making Jaejoong face him. “Special because I was the first to look at you and talk to you”

Jaejoong bit his lips; it was a strange habit of his that he couldn’t get rid of. “Y..You don’t think I’m a freak? I am a fish disguised as a human…Well if I can say that”. Yunho couldn’t help but laugh, Jaejoong was really cute. Even the way he talked, his stuttering made him seem so innocent.

“Of course I don’t think you’re a freak. I’m going to visit you a lot every night, cause in the morning I have school”

Jaejoong big eyes shot up even bigger. “Why would you want to visit me? I’m pretty normal, a bad talker too, and I-” before he could say more Yunho place his palm over Jaejoong’s lips to stop him from talking nonsense about himself.

“I like you, you’re different. And I like that type of different, and because you seem pretty lonely here by yourself. I’ll keep you company, don’t worry. I promise I won’t leave you”

Jaejoong felt touched with Yunho’s words. He smiled and nodded giving Yunho his permission to come back. Because out of everyone; Yunho was welcomed back.

“Well...if I figure out the way out of here first, so then I can figure the way back” Yunho laughed. Jaejoong also laughed, Yunho had a great sense of humor and he was good looking. Jaejoong knew there was something that really connected them.

“Yunho! Yunho! Where the hell are you?!” Yoochun called out. This stupid forest gave him the creeps; he wanted to get out of here as soon as possible. So he kept screaming Yunho’s name hoping Yunho would somehow hear him.

“Yunho..I think I hear someone calling your name” Jaejoong spoke softly. He didn’t want Yunho to leave him but he has to accept the truth. Someone is looking for Yunho and Yunho had to get out of this creepy place.

“Really? Where?” Yunho asked. His face lit up with happiness. That made Jaejoong a bit sad, but he understood. Yunho of course wanted to get out, who would like to be stuck in the forest? But at least Yunho promised to visit him. He was already happy with that. Jaejoong then pointed to the direction of where he heard Yoochun’s voice. After he pointed he quickly hid behind a tree. Yunho just smiled at Jaejoong, so Jaejoong always does hide from humans. Thank god he had a leg cramp earlier or else he and Jaejoong would never meet.

“I’m here Yoochun!” Yunho yelled. Yoochun flashed the flashlight at Yunho then smiled widely. They both ran up to hug each other. At times they do miss each other even if they are always arguing

“Wow why were you just sitting here? You should have found the way out! Your mom had to call me to go find you. Thank god I did or else they would all worry”

“It’s your fault for throwing the damn Frisbee so far”

“What can I say? I got skills” Yoochun smiled cheekily. “So what were you doing here the whole time? Wow that’s a nice pond. Never seen it before”

“Slow down with the questions, I’ll tell you later. Right now, lets just get out of here” Yunho suggested. Yoochun nodded and lead the way for them to get out. When they were walking Yunho couldn’t help but look back at the pond and also seeing Jaejoong peak his head out from behind the tree. He smiled to himself. So it wasn’t a dream. Everything is real.
