“ This is it! It’s now or never!”, seohyun kept reminding herself as she took every step of the stair that would lead her at their school’s rooftop. Earlier that day, seohyun- a simple high school student had asked one of her classmates to meet her up at lunch saying that she had something to tell and YES! Seohyun had gained all the courage to finally reveal her feelings to Yeorim—the guy she was secretly inlove with for almost 4 years.

As she walked up, she kept on encouraging herself. She kept on throwing soothing words such that ‘everything would go smoothly’. When she reached the top, she saw someone standing with his back facing her. “Yeorim—“ she silently uttered.

Slowly, she took steps forward while her hands were tightly gripping each side of her skirt. As she approached him, she kept on reciting the things she wanted to say in her head. When she was already 2 foot steps away from him, she shut her eyes and started to pour the feelings she’s been keeping for many years.

“Yeorim.. uhm.. first of all, I would like to thank you for accepting my invitation, I was not expecting that you would really accept it and I’m super grateful for that.. but anyway” she took a deep breath and continued.

“ since first year high school, I have admired you. I’ve kept it for so long.. uhm.. I don’t really have plan on confessing my feelings but I’ve realized that  this is our last year here in school and this may be the very last year that I would be able to see you before we enter in college... so now I have the courage to reveal it... uhm.... I like you Yeorim.. very much! i haven't liked anyone else.. you're the only one Yeorim... i really do like you... i hope you could acknowledge my feelings.” she said.

For a moment, there was a silence. No one tried to speak any word. Seohyun hanged her head down while her eyes were still closed. “I like you too” he said. Seohyun was surprised by the statement. She deepened more her breathing while she tried to absorb every word in her mind. is this true? Did he just say he also likes her?

But wait something is strange.  She opened her eyes and looked up only to be welcomed by a laughing face of a man.

“ don’t worry.. I’ll acknowledge your feelings.. Seohyun-ah” he smirked

“Omona!! Yeo— Yeo— Yonghwa?!!!”.....
