Chapter 12: smile
~Wufan's POV~
"What if I did this" said Yoomi
She leaned in close and kissed my cheek.
My cheeks felt as if it was electrified, my body frozen by her touch. There was nothing compared to this, she was the only one that was affecting me this way.
My heart accelerated, it felt as though it can jump out all of a sudden. I can feel my cheeks getting warmer and warmer.
She leaned out and stares at me, her eyes never leaving mines.
"Who is the intruder?" Asked Yoomi
She'll never stop will she?
*bang*
We both looked at the door, it was ajar.
" what was that? Was someone there? Or was it the wind?" She said .
It couldn't have been the wind. I swear the door was closed tight.
It was definitely someone, but who?
It couldn't been the servants, they have no purpose in spying on us.
Wait, was it him? No... It ...it can't be... It can't be him. Why would he come here, why would he risk it.
He haven't seen her in years and he decides to see her now?
Did he change his mind? Is he willing to give up everything for her?
Yoomi stared at me with a lost look on her face.
I looked away and ran out. I stopped and heard footsteps running on the left side.
I followed those footsteps and ran towards that person. Luckily I was blessed with these long legs, I was only a few steps behind him.
He ran faster towards Xiumin hyungs room.
He jumped over the bridge and disappears.
I looked around and couldn't find him, where could he have gone?
There's nothing near the bridge but that old well.
" Goddammit Luhan!!!!!'" I screamed.
He's already crown prince, what else does he want? Does he want Yoomi?
He already got what was rightfully mine.
Now he wants her too? He's so selfish.
I walked slowly and bumped into someone.
" oh sorry, sorry prince Wufan" the maid bowed
She looked up and gave me an apologetic look.
It was Choi Minhee, Yoomi's best friend.
"It's alright"
Did she just visit Yoomi?
I just left 5 minutes ago, how can she just see her in that short time?
" did you just see Yoomi?"
" Ah... No" said Minhee
She didn't see her? Then what is she doing here?
I stared hard into her eyes, she looked away and glanced down.
Something's off, I think she's hiding something.
"I've got to go" said Minhee as she bowed and walked away.
I don't know what it is but there's something odd about Minhee.
She always acted protective of Yoomi. I know she don't like me, she doesn't have to say it but I could feel it. Whenever I'm with Yoomi she gives me these weird stares. It's as if she thinks I'm not worthy of being there.
I headed back to my room.
I sat on my bed and thought about Yoomi.
It's the first time that she kissed me, she never acted this way to me before.
She always thought of me as her elder brother ever since she was a baby.
I still remember when she first looked at me.
I remember she was always crying a lot, even the queen couldn't calm her down.
Heh... Even Sehun was a quiet baby compared to her.
I smiled at the thought of her.
When I looked at her she stopped crying, I held her small hands and she giggled.
I was the first person who made her smile and she was my first too.
"Hehehhehehe" I laughed like a fool.
If anyone saw me they would have thought I was retarded.
*ngh*
What was that? I looked around, there was nothing here. Maybe I'm thinking to much.
Sigh... I can't believe Yoomi lost her memories... It's a good thing she came back but she don't even know me.
I guess a man can't wish for more...
Wait... If she doesn't remember me, that means she can't remember Luhan too!
"hah! Teehee... Hehehehhehgehe"
I laughed.
Suddenly I felt something wrapped on me.
I turned around and saw Tao hugging my back.
He places his head on my shoulder.
What the ? How long was he there?
I pulled his arms away from me and pushed him gently.
I glared at him.
"What are you doing in my room?"
"Waiting for you to come back Hyung" Tao smiled
" didn't I tell you to don't come in my room without my permission"
" but Hyung , I miss you. I thought its better if I wait here" Tao said
"For what? You could have just wait in your own room"
Tao frowned
" don't you remember Hyung? You said you were going to take me to the festival outside of the palace"
What festival ?
"Oh...the festival "
"Don't tell me you forgot Hyung"
... I forgot, now he's ganna pester me to bring him..
" I knew it, I knew you were going to forget it"
Tao pouted
I rolled my eyes
" if you knew I was going to forget about it then you should have asked someone else to take you there"
"NO!!! I want you to take me there" Tao whined.
" nope... Not going to"
He'll just annoy the hell out of me there, and it takes like an hour to get there. I'm not going to waste my time.
" please... Hyung... " Tao begged
"Nope"
*buing buing*
" that doesn't work on me Zitao"
" please" Taos voice sounded shaky
" I SAID NO!"
Tao cried and ran out of the room
" your so mean Hyung! I'm going to tell Umma on you" Tao screamed
Oh god! Now he's going to bother umma about it and she's going to give me that talk.
