First Date

Every day I would stare at her from afar. She always sat on the bench near the school library and she would listen to music, read books and draw.
It was a beautiful Wednesday morning~ and again, I was staring at her. Cap was beside me. Doing whatever he was doing.
*sigh*
She’s so beautiful, isn’t she?
Cap rolled his eyes.
“Do you even know her name?”
“Well, Uhm~ *coughcough* No, not yet.”
“Well, are you just gonna stand there and watch her secretly like a psycho or will you wait for me to ask her first?”
“Hey! Hands off her. She’s mine! Ugh. Just wait man. I’m not ready yet.”
“Pff yeah, you always say that. Well I’m just gonna go now and ask her out.”
Cap stood up and was gonna walk towards her until I stopped him.
Fine, fine! I’ll do it, Okay?! You happy now? Sheesh.”
Cap gav me a smirk and patted my head. “ Good boy.”
I breathed heavily, I was nervous.
“ Do I look good? Smell good? What?” I asked Cap.
“you’re fine.” Cap assured me.
‘Okay, here I go.” I marched towards her.
*I can do this. I can do this*
She noticed me come her way and I panicked. I turned around and went back to Cap.
“for the love of~ What the hell bro?!”*face palm* Cap was frustrated with me.
“You know what?” Cap grabbed my wrist and dragged me all the way to her.
“Excuse me miss, my friend would like to ask you something.” Cap gave her a smile, let go off me and glared at me before he walked away.
“uhm. Hi there.” I grinned.
“Hey, weren’t you the one who bumped onto the wall first day of class?” She said pointing at me.
“uhh yes. That was me. Not much of a first good impression huh?” I laughed a little and the back of my head.
“Naaa~ I thought it was cute.” She looked at me and smiled.
“Uhh.. Thanks. I guess.” I laughed nervously.
“Anyway, have a seat.” She patted the empty space beside her.
I sat down and accidentally touched her hand.
I could feel my cheeks heating up.
“Sorry.” ^^”
“It’s okay silly.” She smiled again.
*God she’s sooo pretty when she smiles*
“So, what is it you want to ask me again?” She tilted her head to me.
“Oh, uhm. That? *clears throat* uhh..”
I got nervous and asked her directly. “Can I ask you out on a date?”
I closed my eyes, waiting for her response. My heart was pounding so fast.
She laughed.
“You’re weird. I like that. SURE, I’d love to.” She answered.
I sighed in relief.
“Wait, do you even know my name?” She raised her eye brow.
I shyly bowed down my head and shaked it.
“Nope.” I slowly looked back at her.
She looked like she wanted to laugh.
“Aigoo~ you’re so adorable. My name is Suzy by the way, and yours? She looked at me with a smile.
“Ricky.” I smiled back.
“You’ve got a pretty name.”
“Thank you.” She replied.
“So, When and Where?” She asked. I was surprised that she asked that.
“Hmm.. Lemme see..” I tapped my chin in thought.
“ Do you like pizza?” We asked each other in chorus. O.O
We blinked and then laughed at ourselves.
“yeah! I love pizza!” Suzy exclaimed.
“Me too! Suzy, I think we’re gonna get along just fine.”
“Right.” She nodded.
*I THINK I’M FALLING FOR HER ALREADY*
“Wanna go now? You know, since it’s almost lunch time. You don’t have any classes anymore, do you?” I asked her.
“Nope, not anymore. In fact, I’m free all day long.”
“Great, so let’s go? I looked at her while I stood up.
“yeah, let’s go.” She stood up and led the way.
The pizza parlor wasn’t that far from our school, so we just walked. When we got there, she dragged me inside and found us a seat. She was like a kid. Which was soo adorable. It attracted me more to her.
We were about to order~
“So, what’s your favorite pizza?”
“Hawaiian” I said.
“Really?! Me too!” She squealed.
“You’re kidding right?”
“Of course not.” She giggled.
“Wow, we have such a lot in common.” I rested my chin on the palm of my hands, looking at her.
I thought to myself “could she be my soul mate or something?”
She giggled and I couldn’t help but giggle along with her.
We talked and talked there for hours and found out that we really do have so much in common! Like, she loves music, she hates going to crowded places and so on..
* I REALLY AM IN LOVE WITH HER*
For a while, we grew quiet.
Until I broke the silence between us~
“You know what Suzy?”
“Hmm?”
“You are so beautiful. Inside and Out.” I was a bit shocked why that came out of my mouth :o
We both looked at each other’s eyes. I could see her cheeks turn red. She bowed down her head and smiled.
“Thanks.”
I just continued eating my slice of pizza. Smiling, satisfied with what I have said.
