Jessica walked along Hongdae's street, trying to cool herself down. Meeting with Donghae again surely did not--maybe will never--help reducing the pain of the old wound. In fact, it became worst. Stupid. Why she had to meet Donghae... now?! It's only been 2 years--2 long years. But still, why did the pain won't go?

The sight of a deserted playground halted her steps. Staring at it for awhile, she bit her lips. Yes, the pain grew again. Each time she sees this playground, her heart aches. She had tried to stay away from here all this while, not wanting herself to feel the hurt and yet now she had walked herself here in search for a calmness to ease the pain in her heart. Failed, of course. What was she thinking?

But despite the pain, her legs still carried her into the playground. She sat on one of the swings there. It was quiet. And dark. And gloomy. And dead. Contrary from what this playground held years ago, when she was... not gloomy, not dark...not dead. Memories of her past crept in her heads.

The ringing of the phone startled her--other than the sudden warm tears running down her cheeks. She fished her phone out from her handbag and answered the call.

"Nae, Minho ya..." She tried to regain her stable voice back. From the other end of the line, she could hear how worried Minho's voice sounded. Not a surprise though, despite how stoic and disturbed she looked like all along in the cafe--yes he noticed--and that she did not even drive herself there and suddenly missing. Plus it's night.

"Ah, anhi... I'm at Hongdae's playground. Kwaenchana, I'll go home on my own."

Minho's worried voice rang across the line. It made Jessica distanced her phone from her ear.

"Arasso~" she said with a pout. And with that, she ended the call.

Her heart was calmed for an instance. She liked it how Minho had been her friend who really cared about her. She did not want to burden him moreover worrying him. And she appreciated his effort on helping her. But, really, tonight she really wanted some time alone. She did not want anyone to see her like this. She knew explaining what happened will only made the scars deeper. And now, she had to plaster on a happy face and fake her smile so everyone will think she is happy--though it hurts.

Not long after--10 minutes maybe--Minho's car appeared. A tall figure then came out of the car, running towards her. Within that short minutes, it was enough time for Jessica to put of her perfectly happy face--lucky her.

"Sica Sunbae!" He called. She stood up on her feet. "Sunbae! Why did you leave FroggiePuccino? I told you to wait there,didn't I? I'd been searching through the whole city!" Yes Minho was really worried. Though he was younger than Jessica, he liked to play the role as the much older guy. And one of an older guy job is worrying about the younger one--Jessica.

"You look sad. Why? You know, you'd been like this since just now."

"No, I'm okay."

Liar.

Minho sighed. "Come, I'll take you home. Just leave your car at Lounge Hotel. I'll pick it up for you after I send you home."

It's okay. Just leave it there." She had burdened him so much today.

"Sica sunbae... please don't do this again." He pleaded. "If something happens to you, I--... I don't know what to do with myself. Yuri willbe devastated."

Jessica scoffed. "I know you love her more than you love yourself. Now shut up and send me home."

Minho smiled at Jessica's cold joke. Well, at least she tried to be funny.
