Yoon Jinae.

Your usual nerdy girl. She's the smartest student at Daekyung High. She has no friends, nobody even talks to her. Nobody but her childhood bestfriend, Seulong. Jinae and Seulong were friends since they were on their mother's wombs. Seulong is older than Jinae by one year, but they are really close friends. 

Jinae is a shy, quiet and introverted girl. She always hides herself, always keeping her distance with everyone else. She always do things alone. If she's lucky, she sometimes eat lunch with Seulong, but if he's with his friends, she has no choice but to be alone. Her parents died when their plane crashed. She was handed over to her abusive uncle. Usually, he's just cold and distant. But when he needs money or when he's drunk, he abuses Jinae. Being the good girl, she endures the pain and still lives with the only family she has left. 

She is in her junior year in high school. After classes, she works her off at a local bakery. Nobody knows the pain and harship she's going through. Even her only bestfriend. She doesn't tell anyone about her harsh reality. She doesn't talk to anyone except her boss and some of her workmates. But they aren't still her friends. 

Im Seulong.

He's a senior at Daekyung High. He's not exactly a Kingka, but because of his good looks, amazing personality, talent, wits and intelligence, he's branded like one. Unlike Jinae, Seulong has a lot of friends. He has a lot of admirers, too. He's very popular in school, and despite that, he still talks to Jinae.

He is the only son of Korea's richest businessman. They own a lot of establishments, but they've always kept their feet planted on the ground. Seulong's mother died due to a plane crash, the similar plane crash which killed Jinae's parents. His father always supports him and he is really lucky to have such a loving father.

Despite his good looks, he never had a girlfriend before. He's been out dating, but he never dated anyone seriously. His bestfriends are Taecyeon and Junho. They don't hate Jinae, but they don't interact with her either. They don't really mind Seulong being friends with her, but sometimes it ticks them off.

Jinwoon and Sohee will be part of their lives. Who knows what these two's role will be on their lives...
