Tiffany sat on her bed looking at her phone. She just came back from meeting her old

friends here in Los Angeles, her hometown. She spent a good time since she was over

joy to see them again after all, it's been so long she didn't see them. But during the

''girl day'', she kept thinking about something,the note that he gave her. Even tough

he hurt her feelings in the past, she was wondering why he kept coming back and

thinking about him.She did say she moved on, but is it true? While she was dozing off,

Jessica secretly jump on the bed. Tiffany almost had an heart attack.

Jessica : What's this?

Jessica pick up a note that fell from the bed onto the floor. She looks at it and a sudden

angry aura came from her. She held the note in front of Tiffany's face.

Jessica : Please don't tell what I think it is.

Tiffany took the note out of her cousin's hand hid it under the pillow.

Tiffany : I don't know what your talking about.

Jessica: (sigh) I just saying this to help you. Remember, he broke you down into pieces.

You shouldn't be crawling over him anymore.

After that sentence, she stood up and got out of Tiffany's room. For Tiffany, she let

herself fall on the bed and closed her eyes with a confuse mind.

Tiffany: Maybe she's right...

 

Finally, it was the last day of Tiffany's trip back to her hometown. She was sad a little

bit since time went by so fast and she wants to stay few more days here but her dad

wouldn't let her since he has a business trip the next day.At least, she did what she

planned : visiting her friends and family in LA, shopping in one of America fashion City

most importantly, visiting her mom.Their flight is leaving at 5pm  so they have a have at

most 6 hours to spent their last minute here in LA, but their already decided what to do

to kill those 6  hours left. They will enjoy a nice family  dinner. Tiffany called Amanda

one last time before she leaves America. 

Amanda : Hello!

Tiffany : What your doing?

Amanda : (knows who it is from the voice) Working. Please someone help me!

Tiffany : (Laughs) Shouldn't you be serving customers instead of talking in the phone?

Amanda : I'm on my break now! And you're the one who called me.

Tiffany : (Laughs) Anyway, I'll be leaving today so just wanted to say goodbye.

Amanda : (sobbing) Why! Stay here.

Tiffany : Yah! Stop faking 

Amanda : I'm really happy to see you again tough. 

Tiffany : Same here. Friends for ever right!

Amanda : I still kept that promise. Remember the day you left LA and we made

that promise.

Tiffany : Manda! I'll miss you.

Amanda : Me too. By the way, before you leave, did you do all the things you

wanted to do when you come to LA?

Tiffany : Yup.

Amanda : How about the guy you talk to me about. Nick something right?

Tiffany : What about him.

Amanda : You should go see him.

Tiffany : (Surprised) Why! I don't have anything to say to him.

Amanda : But you have things that you want to be done right? With him?

Tiffany though for a second. Is she right? She started questionning again.

Amanda : Anyway, I got to go. My boss is searching for me. I surpass the

break time limit. 

Tiffany : You better hurry or you might be fired.

Amanda : I hope not! So, I'll see you soon? Not goodbye. ok?

Tiffany : Sure. Call me sometimes.

Amanda : You too.

They hung up. Tiffany looks at her contact. His new number from the note

was on her contact list. She looks at it.

Tiffany : What should I do...

Suddenly, the door slamed open and Leo stood there.

Leo : Hurry. Dinner is about start.

Tiffany : I'm coming.

 

Tiffany went downstair and into the dinning room. Everybody sat on their sit and they

were waiting for her only. Tiffany bowed to her grandparents and sat on her seat as

quickly as possible.

Tiffany : Mian-hae.

Granpa : Since everyone is here. (Glared at Tiffany for a moment) I want to say some

few words before we eat. First of all, I'll like to thanks my wife and Michelle for this

wonderful meal they made for us. I hope you guys had an amazing time here back in

LA even tough you had only a few days here. Altough it was short period of time,

we (looking at his wife) enjoyed seeing you guys again and we hope that when you

go back to Seoul, you'll remember us and the moments you had here in LA since LA is

the place you made the most precious memories. I hope you guys stays strong since life

has many bumps you have to jump, make the right decision and everything will be okay.

Tiffany flinchs after what his grandfather said.

Tiffany : (Right decision...)

Grandpa: Even tough we'll be in different place, we'll, especially your mom (looking at

Tiffany and her siblings), always keep an eye on our children.

Jessica,Krystal and Michelle : Awwwwwwww! Gramps!

They rose from their seats and quickly hugged their grandparents. 

Grandpa : Ok! Ok! (Cut out the hugs) Let's eat!

 

After the meal and some family time, they started packing their luggages since their

was only an hour and a half before the flight leaves. They had a ton of things to pack

up, from tooth brushes to clothes they brought in LA. Tiffany finish packing the earliest

since she did pack most of her stuff yesterday night. She picks her phone out and texted

someone. She had an important thing to do.After sending the message, she looks at

the picture which stood next to her. It was her and her mom back when she was 6 years

old at the park. 

Tiffany : (sighs) I'm doing the right thing, right mom? 

She got out from her room and went downstairs with her luggages. She was planning

to go see her mom one last time before she leaves. Before leaving the house, she

told her dad and grandparents where she was going and to come pick her up at the time

they will go to the airport. She was wearing her shoes but was stopped by an hand.

She looked at who it was. Not a surprise.

Jessica : Where are you going? (Suspicious look)

Tiffany : Go see my mom. Why?

Jessica : Just asking. 

Tiffany : Ok...

Tiffany opened the door but was stopped by Jessica's voice again.

Jessica : Fany, do what is right. 

Jessica went back upstair after that. Tiffany just stood there frozen. 

Tiffany : (How did she know!)

 

Tiffany was looking at her mother's grave again. She placed a flower she brought

on her way here from a local flower shop. She closed her hands together and shut

her eyes.She prayed for a second.

Tiffany : (...I miss you...)

A voice came from behind stopped her. She turned around slowly and she knew

who it was.

Tiffany : You made it. (Eyes smiles)

Nichkhun smiles. He looked at the grave on the ground where Tiffany was next to. 

Nichkhun : Your mom?

Tiffany : Yeah. 

Nichkhun : So. (Stood closer to Tiffany) Why did you text me to come here?

Tiffany stood there without hesitating even if Nichkhun came closer to her. She

took a breath for a moment.

Tiffany : You know. (Face her mother's grave again) My mom always told me to make

the right decision in life. Always fix to where you felt comfortable and you belong.

Nichkhun : (confused) What are you trying to say?

Tiffany faced Nichkhun again and took the note he gave her out off her pocket. She took

Nichkhun's hand and placed the note on his hand. She closed his fingers with the note on

his hand. She let it go and looks at him seriously.

Tiffany : I can't have ''this'' anymore. 

Nichkhun knew what she was talking about. He felt hurt, the pain he felt was like the

pain Tiffany had when he left her. 

Nichkhun : Why...? (Grimping on the note)

Tiffany : (Sighs) I've change. Even if I moved on Nichkhun, I can't see nor talk to you again

since it brings back those memories and I won't be able to handle it again. I don't what the

past to be holding onto my life. I need to let it go. Let you go.  You have someone who's

waiting for you. I'm not that person.I don't want to be that person again. I'm happy

now.(smiles)

Nichkhun crunch his hands tighter. He didn't want to believe what he heard, from her

words and her heart.

Nichkhun : Fany... (Walks closer to her)

Tiffany stood back a little.

Tiffany : I'm sorry. 

Suddenly, Jessica came running and held Tiffany's hand. She dragged her away from

Nichkhun.

Jessica : We're leaving. (Glared at Nichkhun)

On their way to the car, Jessica proudly said.

Jessica : Fany, you're fine now.

Tiffany : I am. (smiles)

 

They left leaving Nichkhun standing alone next to Tiffany's mother grave. He looks at the

grave with his eyes hid with his hair. He collapsed on the ground.

Nichkhun : I should be the one to say I'm sorry.  

He stood back up again after a minute. He looks at his phone and it was Victoria. He

answered.

Victoria : Where are you?

Nichkhun : I'm in the park. Can we meet at your place? I need to talk to you.

He hung up and closed his eyes taking a deep breathe.He thought of what he'll say to

Victoria.

Nickhun : (I'm sorry Victoria. You were the one I loved in the past. You were a special to

me and until this day, you're still are. But after coming to LA with you, I felt like I made the

wrong choice since I abandoned everything from Seoul. I left someone who became an

important thing in my life.That person grew on me. That's why...I need to let you go. I hope

we can stay friends, I'll know you would like that. I have to go back to that person and my

old life.) He opened his eyes again and looked at a picture on his phone. It was a photo

of him,Taecyeon, Junho, Yuri, Minho, Wooyoung, Yoona, Jessica and Tiffany at his old

school. He smiles.

Nichkhun : I'll be back since I belong with you guys and you. Promise.
