~MACI POV~

I awoken to the sounds of my deep breathing and panic settled within me

This must be a nightmare! This has to be!

I reached out into the neverending darkness and felt cold metal brush against my finger tips

where am I? 

A dim light appeared a few feet in front of me following by creaking

"This time, you will never get in my way again!" A voice snorted

My body curled up in fear, my knees pressed against my chest

I begged...Please someone save me

~Author POV~

-48 hours before-

"WHYY! EVEN IF YOU KILL ME I WON'T GO!"

"You have to! Do you want to destroy hyung?!" Sehun pleaded "Come on! Please?"

"Why me! I usually dont have to go...so why?!" Maci whimpered

"This is the awards! The biggest ceremony EXO has always wanted to attend! If you are invited you cannot simply just reject it!"

"But I'm not an idol or celebrity so that doesn't apply to me"

"But you're dating one"

Maci hissed "Not Anymore!"

"Just do it for hyung or ME! If you don't go it will publicly humiliate hyung which means it will stain EXO's reputation"

The others kept quiet, but nodded furiously when Maci glanced around the room for support

"Alright fine..I'll go"

"That's my girl!" Suho finally smiled "Get ready! It's going to be a busy day tomorrow!"

A few hours later, the entertainment channel announced the list of guests who will attend the red carpet event

YoonJi crushed the picture of Luhan and Maci together, crumpled and tossed on the floor

The NEXT DAY (D-DAY)

Maci stared at the dress hanging before her in awe

"Unnie! Is this what I'm wearing later?!" The Coordi nodded

Maci squealed with joy "Ohmygosh! It's beautiul! This is totally my style! Thank you Unnie! It's not over fancied!"

Her fingers traced over the delicate sewn flowers amongst the white fabric 

"hurry up and put it on! We still have to do your makeup!" The Coordi rushed

"Yes Mam!"

Maci gasped at the bright blue color the makeup artist held in her hand "Not too much please! More natural the better" 

"You are such a simple girl. What are you doing dating an idol?"

-Ttuk Ttuk-

"Is someone knocking? Unnie could you get the door"

"Oh Luhan! what a pleasant surprise! Checking up on your girlfriend before heading out?"

"oh Noonims could I talk to Maci in private please?" 

"Alright. Your makeup is done so dont cry, wipe, or do anything to mess it up!"

After the door shut did Luhan dare to speak while Maci chewed on her lower lip

"No matter what happened...we can't screw up today. Its purely business" Luhan compromised with his hand out

"Just business" Maci shook his hand and went their own separate ways

The door creaked open once more, Maci immediately assumed it was the staff returning

"Unnie do you think this looks oka-" Maci purely by chance glanced up at the mirror to see a familiar figure behind her "YOONJ-"

The alcohol infused handkerchief muffled Maci's screams and was pressed against her face firmly until she ceased to squeal and kick

"Yah Luhan!"

"Yes noona?"

"What did you say to her to make her runaway?"

"huh??"

"Runaway? She wouldn't run away. Are you sure she's not in the restroom or something?"

"You didnt say something stupid did you? Did you make her mad?"

"I didn't! Let's just spread out and find her! Thats the most important part!"

"Bwoh?? No way! Maci would not run away! NOT when she knows how important this is to us!" Sehun argued

"We have to leave for the event soon! What are we going to do??!" Chanyeol panicked

D.O. knocked Chanyeol upside the head "Keep yourself together man!"

"OMMAA! You hit me!" Chanyeol wailed "ABBAAA! Omma hit me!"

Kris shook Chanyeols grip loose 

Chanyeol moved on and continued to whine to Baekhyun

~Maci POV~

Among the darkness, Rats screeched in search for food

"GAHHH! Go somewhere else" I rocked my body back and forth hoping to calm myself even for a second  

Metal surrounds me, above, below, left, and right

Luhan please...come save me from this metal death trap

A/N: Another dramatic chappie....I guess this should just become like a melodrama haha

Anyway I feel bad for Maci, If i were her i would be scared to death already!

I think you will be able to see how much they mean to each other and how muhc they understand each other in the next few chappies ^^
