Description

An all-American girl move to South Korea? Who would have thought, right? But with a change in her dad's job, Jin is forced to move. Not that she minds, anyway. In fact, she is excited for the adventure. Things just get better when she meets Jo Youngmin, a boy at her new school. He's helpful and cute and Jin finds herself liking him, a lot. Can Youngmin be the one to push past the barrier that Jin has spent the last nine years building up? Foreword

So, this is my first story here on AFF.  I hope you guys like it!

Meet~

Jung Jin Haneul: a normal, 15-year-old girl, but she sticks out like a sore thumb with her natural blonde hair and American features. She used to be a happy child until she turned six and her life turned upside down. Jin is holding a secret that only those closest to her knows about.

Jo Youngmin: a 16-year-old boy who attends the same school as Jin. He was interested in Jin from the moment he saw her standing in front of his classroom. As a kingka, he has hordes of friends, but likes to stay close to his main group, 'Boyfriend.' 

 

A/N: I do not own Boyfriend or anything like that.  This is an original storyline and any similarities are coincedances.

I never write comments, just because I never have a lot to say, since a lot of fanfics don't meet my standards... But I must tell you that I absolutely adored this fic. It's very well-written, the plot is phenomenal (though it seemed a tad rushed), and the characters were all balanced with strengths AND flaws. There were also a few clichés, but they were executed in a way that it didn't feel so boring and overdone. You put them in a new light that I could actually enjoy. Thank you so much for writing this. I am a very critical writer in general, and this lived up to almost all my expectations. Good job!
