Candy’s POV

“hey” I greeted. “Ah~ you’re here, take a seat” he said ‘Still the old Kiseop’. “So, what do you want to talk about?” I asked with a hint of annoyance in my voice. He chuckled awkwardly “Don’t be cold Candy, How have you been?”. ‘GOSH! After what he did to me? He still has the guts to ask how I’ve been. The nerve of his guy!’

“I’m fine and BUSY, what do you want?” I said. He breathes in and finally said “I want you back.”

‘What? Did I hear this dude correctly? AISH!!!!!!! He wants me back??? In your dreams!!’ I mentally screamed. “Thank you.. but..No”. I coldly replied. “Why?” he asked with a worried look on his face ‘tsk! Still using those same old tricks of yours eh? Sorry not working on me anymore’ . I sighed once again and said “I’m getting married tomorrow” ‘ha! Take that! You jerk!’

His eyes widened literally “WHAT?!”.

“I.said.I’m.getting.married.tommorow” I paused “are you deaf?”. He calmed down a bit and asked “with whom?”. I literally rolled my eyes and said “it’s none of your ing business”. He remained quiet after my last statement “Is that all? I’m going now, I need to rest early for my wedding TOMORROW” with that I quickly stood up and went to my car which is parked outside the café. ‘Aish! Too much stress before my wedding omfg’ I thought before driving off. I arrived home 15 minutes later and plopped down on the sofa. I stared at the ceiling and memories from years ago flashed on my mind

*FLASHBACK 3 years ago at China*

I walked to the school garden to find some peace when suddenly, I saw someone unfamiliar taking a nap on my favorite spot. I walked towards that person and was a few feet away from him when he suddenly woke up. “Oh” he looked at me and smiled. “Who are you?” I asked in Chinese. “What?” he answered in a foreign dialect (Korean). ‘so he’s not Chinese… I knew it!’

I tried speaking in english this time “Who are you?”. Luckily he understood and answered “I’m Kiseop and you are?”

“Candy. I see you’re not Chinese?” I asked and walked a few more steps towards him. “Ah, yea, actually I’m Korean” he said as he stood up. I rolled my eyes and said “duh~ obviously” he chuckled and said “So, are you busy?”

“Well, not really” I answered “Let’s go to a café. My treat” He offered which I gladly accepte
