i haven't written a story in ages since i was in year 11. that was around 2 years ago. so there may be some mistakes :D i will try my best to update regularly.!!! i'm currently writing this fic at SFI! this is my first ever fanfic! i've never written one before!!!! please tell me what you think i tried my best! there will probabily be lots of mistakes! im sorry for that!

Prologue
Jinki POV

"I WANT TO LEAVE!"
I hate this place, this house this family, their stupid ideas. Their must do's and don't do's. All I want is to be freed I've done all I can to ignore everything. I work hard at school and then I come home and stay in my room, I avoid talking to anyone so that I don't get told of or get sneered at or hated. I work hard to make sure that my parents and their high society friends are pleased but no, as a middle schooler I cannot please them. I am so sick of this place, there are days when i purposefully stay late in school just so that i don't have to come home

Is it really that hard to love me and just care for me? And to accept me the way I am? At school the whole world believes me to be the pampered little boy whose rich parents are prepared to take on the world to see his dreams come true.

"Haha"

How wrong these people are. I haven't been allowed to have a dream since the second I was born. My dream is actually their dream something which was imposed on me. To me it was a tedious chore. All the clubs I joined were joined on their command, all the activities I undertook, you guessed it, it was all their idea.  The subjects I took, the people I was allowed to hang out with and those I could not hang out with again as always was decided by my parents as they allegedly knew what was best for me. Never have I been able to say what I think. All I have ever done is obey them. Even then I am not good enough no matter how hard I try it's still never enough.

What was it that my mother says every day- you're a failure if you don't get 1sts in everything, how will you be able to take care of your fathers business? There is no one else but you who can fulfil this task.

Even today, I came second in the rankings at school, when I got home, my father was ready, waiting to taunt me at my failures, I wasn't first. How could I take over his chaebol company?

That's what he said. He called me dumb and incompetent. He even said it was better if I had died at birth. Such harsh words should never come out of a parents mouth; such words should not even be thought.

But they had been.

I sat down on the floor in the corner of the room, and tried to hold myself together trying to refrain myself from weakening. But as I sat there hating myself for again not having been able to please them, my 15 year old hands started to shake and I trembled. My heart was hurting more than it ever had, I could honestly not take it any more.  My eyes started to well up and silent tears started to slide down my face taking a snake like route.

Enough was enough.

I wanted to smile.
