It was raining again, and Junsu wondered when the rain was ever going to stop. In retrospect, he didn't want the rain to stop. Under the rain he was washed away of all his pains and sorrows, under the rain the hurting stops. Under the rain the tears were invisible. He looked up again, the dark clouds heavy with the intent of drowning the Earth with its tears, with another cry thunder rolled and lightning flashed and Junsu drank it all in. It was almost as if the heavens were joining him in his agony.

The fast staccato of the falling rain drumming against the concrete road silenced the anguished screaming in his head. Junsu opened his eyes, letting the droplets blind him; each globule of liquid stinging his skin like sharp knives falling from the sky. It was getting hard to breathe, but Junsu thought it was worth it.

It was his fault after all. If only he could tell her.

It wasn't as if he loved her less, not as if he's lost his feelings for her. On the contrary, he loved her still. Or at least, he would always have loved her.
