Spotlight Competition: Battle Of The Best

A dance competition compiled of all dance studios and companies battling each other from all over South Korea to win the title of The Best Dance Company/Group/Studio in all of Korea. Grand prize is a real crystal trophy, to establish "The Best" title and $25,000 (roughly around 250,000 won)

Lee Jaerin

Age: 19

She's very passionate for dancing. She will die dancing, that's when she's happiest. Of course, her looks are very undeniable. She's very beautiful and cute with a hint of a y side. Her dancing is her charm. She's in the Senior level of Seoul Beats Dance Project, the dance company she's a member of. The Senior level is highly respected and the highest rank in the whole company and she's also a choreographer. Jaerin graduated high school with straight A's and she's incredibly smart. But instead, she directed her effort to dancing. Her parents are not supportive of her dancing career because they feel that she has more potential outside of the dancing world. So therefore, she makes her own money and lives on her own in her own apartment. Other than dancing, she has a dance rival who is a part of Seoul Beats, Kai. They never really got along, but she tries her best to ignore him and his somewhat immature ways. But when Seoul Beats needed to decide on two main dancers for the dance competition, they decided on Kai and Jaerin to be the main dancers and to lead the whole company in the competition. Will Jaerin put up with Kai?

Kim "Kai" Jongin

Age: 19

Kai is cocky and very outspoken. But he has that killer look that a lot of girls squeal over. He thinks that a lot of girls like him, but it's true. He's also in the Senior level of Seoul Beats Dance Project alongside Jaerin, who he secretly likes. He's liked Jaerin for a very long time but definitely doesn't show it around her. As a matter a fact, he bugs her, trying to show off around her, almost flirting with her in a joking matter. But it comes off as immature which irritates Jaerin. Other than his cocky side, he's a very sweet and sensitive guy. His dancing is amazing and flawless which also makes Jaerin irritated because she hates admitting that he's a good dancer. Kai can be very shy, but not when it comes to his dancing. He's so committed to his dancing that he dropped out of high school to join Seoul Beats. He doesn't know where his parents are anymore. He lives on his own. When he found out that Jaerin will be his partner as the two main dancers for the competition, he couldn't wait to bug her. But most importantly, he couldn't wait to hang out with her, to get to know her, to further more admire her dancing.

Seoul Beats Dance Project

One of the best dance companies in all of Korea. A lot of people are hoping that they win the Spotlight Competition. Seoul Beats consists of a total of a hundred dancers in the whole company. But only forty dancers are going to the competition, and that's the entire Senior level, where Jaerin and Kai are the main two dancers who are relied on to lead the rest of the Senior level for the dance battle.

"I wonder if your is as good as your dancing."

"Shut the hell up, Kai."

"So now you want me the most?"

"I never realized, but I always did."

Welcome to Seoul Beats Dance Project, starring Lee Jaerin and Kai! Sorry, but I've been craving Kai fanfics lately and he's just UP MY ALLEY! Seriously. He looks so damn cute!
