"Lu-Lukemia?" I asked Mrs. Jo

"Nae.. You didn't know?" She replied

"Nae, he just broke up with me..."

"he did what? oh no! that's so sad"

A tear flowed in my cheek when somebody interrupted our conversation "Umma!" the voice said I turned to where the voice was coming from "K-Kwangmin?!" i said

"Jihye? what are you doing here?" Kwangmin replied

"I'll leave you two alone so you could talk about your problem" Mrs. Jo excused herself

With that, Mrs. Jo left and Kwangmin and I were alone "Kwangmin-ah, is it true that you broke up with me because you have lukemia?!" i asked him

Kwangmin stayed quiet "Answer me!" i yelled suddenly i just felt his arms on my hips pulling me closer to him "mianhae" he whispered

"How could you do this?! you couldve just told me!! and not making me miserable!!" i said as i hit him on his chest

"i know i know, and im very sorry but we still need to break up"

"wae?"

"i only have 2 months left to live"

Hearing those words made my whole world fall no, he must be kidding me!! ani, this-this-this this cant be true!! "Yaaa, youre kidding right?"

He opened his backpack and showed me a bunch of papers "look at the last page" he said. I did what he told me to and so there it was. My eyes were getting watery again.

"Jihye-ah, don't cry don't worry when i'm gone i'll always watch you from above" he pointed at the sky. With that, he hugged me again and kissed me. I kissed him back and soon enough i put my arms around him and the kiss became passionate. We both pulled back panting.

"Kwangmin-ah, i've got an idea! Let's make everyday count!! we'll make every single day perfect!" i said

He nodded.

The next day

I was getting ready to go to school, I was combing my hair when i heard my mom yell from downstairs "Jihye-ah! Kwangminie is here!"

"arasso, i'll be right down!!"

I got down the stairs and kissed mom and dad goodbye. Me and Kwangmin went to school holding hands people were whispering stuffs like "wow, i thought they broke up!"

"just ignore them" kwangmin said

"oppa, where do you want to go afterschool?" i asked him

"you'll see"

"tell me!"

"your'e going to find out sooner or later"

"fine!"

With that, school ended really fast Kwangmin drove me to a very very familiar place "the han river?" i said with a scoff

"do you still remember why this is so special to me?" he asked

"of course, this is where you confessed to me right?"

He nodded as a sign of agreement we got off the car and looked through the sea. He seemed very very happy but i can see sadness in his eyes. I guess that we both know that this wouldnt last forever. In fact nothinglasts forever but its sad to think that i wouldnt grow old with him

"kwangmin oppa"

"hmm?"

"saranghae"
