Dumplings
Same as it never was [HIATUS]Once returned to Seoul the members found them selves going back to their everyday life with the exception of Heechul and Hangeng who had left for their honeymoon. The members of Super Junior-M prepared to go promote their new album in Taiwan which caused everybody involved to practice Chinese whenever the time allowed. Zhoumi and Henry did what they could to help whoever asked for help causing them to spend a lot of time with the other members. Ryeowook was especially eager to learn and kept searching Zhoumi for advice and directions and help with difficult words.
“Zhoumi-hyung, could you please read this and underline any mistakes?” he asked one day and held out a piece of paper with neat Chinese handwriting. Zhoumi looked up from the book he had been reading and gave the petite man a blinding smile.
“Sure, Wookie! What is it about?” he asked as he took it.
“Uhm… Super Junior,” Ryeowook said while blushing slightly. “I thought that I should write about something I knew something about,” he hurried to explain when Zhoumi smiled at him. Zhoumi couldn’t help but chuckle; he found Ryeowook absolutely adorable.
“Give me 5 minutes, then I will be done, okay?” he said and Ryeowook nodded and plopped down on the sofa beside him. Zhoumi read the paper carefully to catch any mistakes. The sentence construction was simple but there were only 3 mistakes all in all and Zhoumi couldn’t help but to feel extremely proud of his dongsaeng as he handed the paper back to the awaiting Ryeowook.
“Three mistakes! You are getting better and better,” he said and ruffled Ryeowook’s hair, earning an “Aish, hyung~” from the younger even though he couldn’t hold back a proud smile.
“What are you reading, hyung?” he then asked as he eyed the book.
“Oh, it’s some Japanese novel that has been translated into Chinese. It is kind of weird but exciting to read all the same,” Zhoumi said as he eyed the book. Ryeowook nodded to signal that he understood. “Do you have any plans now, Wookie-ah? I am bored,” he then said and looked at the younger with expectant eyes.
“No, I am free for the rest of the day,” Ryeowook answered. “What do you want to do?”
“I don’t know. Go for a walk, something to eat, anything?” he said, not really caring what they did as long as Ryeowook was with him.
“We could go to that new dumpling place a couple of blocks away?” Ryeowook suggested.
“We could. Even though I doubt their dumplings are as good as yours,” Zhoumi said with a smile to which the eternal maknae blushed furiously. He always did when people complimented his cooking. He smacked Zhoumi slightly before getting up so he could get dressed to go.
“Are you coming?” he asked as he looked back over his shoulder to where the lanky Chinaman still sat and looked at him.
“Yes, sorry, I’ll be right there,” Zhoumi sai
