*Flashback*

~6 years old~

"Mommy look is a wishing star!!" I told her grabing her leg and looking at her face waiting for her answer. She laugh at my childish face and pull me up in her arms "Yes dear, you should make a wish before we go to the icescream store" I totally agree with her I make her put me down so I could get a better look of the shining star. I close my eyes hoping that my wish come true.

*End of the flashback*

~22 years old~

"Molly, I want to go home NOW!!" I yelled at her like the billion time since we got here. "Come on Cho Hee, just one more hour and we can go, I want to see if this dress fits me". She told me trying to convince me to give her more time to try more dresses. As you can see I hate shopping and more if is with her, why you ask? well because, every time we come to the mall is like an eternity and she make me wear clothes that I dislike. I know you would think that I'm some kind of tomboy, but I'm not,  I just don't like wearing ty clothes like someone I know (yes its Molly I’m talking about).

"I guess one more hour won't kill me, but remember I have to read the patient diagnosis. Dr. Lee wants me to be in the operation room with him at 2:00 pm and he will ask questions about it".

She look at me tipping her head to the side in a questioning manner and placed her hands on both hips saying "Again?! Why he always choose you to be in the operation room?!. The are many other students who should be in there too!. If I knew him better I would've said he has a crush on you" 

What?! That's not true, how can she said that?!."Molly!!!, don't said that! I don't want rumors about me and Dr. Lee in the hospital!!" She laughed and shook her head while trying another white and fluffly dress "What?! It could be true!, besides he is a handsome guy in his twenty-five even if he wear those hideous glasses. You should go for it".

It's true he is an handsome guy, but that doesn't mean I'm going to flirt with him, I'm a med student there has to be some kind of rule about a student and a doctor dating.....right?.......right?! That's the question going through my mind since she said that.

"I'm hungry let's go and eat something" I told her trying to change the subject, I didn't want to hear her ridiculous idea of me dating Dr. Lee, I grab her arm dragging her out of the store and stomped my way into the food's court.

 "Ouch Cho Hee slowdown, I’m going to fall down with all this bags!" I rolled my eyes at her comment, but laugh at it."You should look for a table I'll order the food" I told her letting go of her arm and looking for the pizza court. I order two slices and went to the table Molly was with all her shopping bags.

"What took you so long? I was dying here!" she took her sliced and started to eat."Well there was a long line that's what took me that long" I told her sitting on the chair in front of her and taking a bite off my pizza. We just sit there in silence eating our slices and drinking our sodas enjoying the music that was on in the food court. When we finished we went to the parking and drive safe to our home.

It was already 9:00pm and I was really tired with the rounds we have to give in the hospital and with all the shopping we did today, I was really exhausted. In the living room I took the folder of the patient that I'll see tomorrow with Dr. Lee. I try to stay awake reading all the process and noting down everything that I should remember in case of any questions the doctor might ask, when suddenly I heard something hit the wall that is behind me. I stood up of the sofa and turn to the wall to see what was the thing that hit the wall?

When I looked at the wall and behind the sofa I couldn't find what hit it, so I ignored the coup of the wall and started to clean up the mess of papers I made while reading the information of the patient. When I finished cleaning up I took a  quick hot shower then took a towel to cover my body. I got out of the bathroom and walked to my room to put some clothes on.

When I enter my room there was this huge cockroach on my carpet!!! I scream my lungs out and started to jump out of the room looking for a shoes or a broom but I couldn't find it anywhere. "Ahhhhh, please get out of my room you son of the devil!!!!!" I yelled at it. When I said that the cockroach raised its antennas and run towards me!!!!!! I stared to scream again and run toward the door of my room.

I took one of my shoes and throw it to it but I missed the shot. The cockroach turns around and looked at me, what the heck? That thing it's looking at me like it knows what I'm doing! I look at it then my bed 'If I run and jump to my bed that way I can survive to this evil thing!' so as I planned I took the risk and run through the door and jumped into my bed screaming like I was crazy. What I didn't think through was number 1:How can I kill it if I don't have any weapon to do it, Number 2: I didn't see when that thing follow me and stood in front of my bed. So how can I survive this!

I took my pillow to defend myself if that thing tries to climb my bed. I look at it, that cockroach it's really huge! "Please stay away, do whatever you want. You can take my cookies! They are in the kitchen nearby the fridge or you can take the cupcake just don't hurt me please I beg you!" I said almost crying and hiding under my pillow " Just leave my room you can leave in my living room or my kitchen I won't kill you I promise!" with those last words I said the cockroach just turns toward the door and went to the living room I couldn't believe it "Did that thing understood what I said?" I look my pillow and my door this is my chance to close the door and put the towel under it, that way the cockroach can’t come in. So I jump out of the bed ran to the door, close it and put the towel under the door (yes is the same one I had covering my body) so now I was , crying and scared in my room.

When I put the towel, I put out some pj's and put it on. I was really scared how I can go to sleep knowing there is a cockroach in my kitchen or living room. Tomorrow how can I go to work if that thing is outsight I should have took Molly's offer to live with her. Now I'm here, alone and scared, I looked out my window to the sky there was this shining little star, like the one I saw with my mom when I was little "Mom if you could be here right now. I hope you are proud of me soon I will graduate and I'll visit your grave and put you favorite’s flowers" I sigh and look at the star.

“I wish I cloud have a boyfriend who isn't afraid of cockroaches" I told to myself getting in bed into the covers trying get in the land of dreams.

But what I didn't know what was going on outside of the bed room. There was a light in the living room and a guy sleeping on the floor.
