~Inside the car~

"Oppa! Let's hang out again next week?"
"okay! Where do you want to go?" He asked. Not focusing on the road

"I don't know yet. Oppa, shouldn't you be focusing on the road?"
"Sorry Hwayoung." 

Actually, what Hwayoung doesn't know is that he is 50% blind. He tries to regain back his sight by only looking at his one and only Sister, Hwayoung that's the reason why he went back to Korea. He also went back because he quit his job because of the 50% blindness he had when he was in America.

"Oppa. Are you okay?"
"Neh?" He said while rubbing his eyes. "I'm perfectly fine."
"Oppa! There's a car right infront of you!!"
 

He tried to swerve right, but, it was too late. The accident looked serious. The over speeding car that hit them gave Hwayoung serious injuries. When the ambulance came, Daehyun and Hwayoung rushed to the hospital. They contacted Eunhyuk as fast as they could and Eunhyuk called the rest of the SJ and 4Minute and their managers A.S.A.P. 

When they arrived at the hospital Eunhyuk ran as fast as he could to the Nurse's desk and asked where are the siblings, when she told her where they are Eunhyuk rushed there. He saw Hwayoung and Daehyun all covered in blood. He couldn't do anything, but break down and cry. Everyone tried comforting him, but he wouldn't stop crying. 

~The next day~

Hwayoung was feeling a bit okay. She woke up and saw Eunhyuk beside her. He was just holding her hand hoping that she will be fine.

"Oppa?" She said weakly.

"Shh. Don't talk. Just rest for awhile." She nodded

*Knock knock*

"Door's open"
The doctor came in and he told Hwayoung everything.

"..... You are going to have a heart transplant. Someone donated his heart to you."
"Heart transplant?" Eunhyuk asked

"Neh. A shattered glas hit her heart directly. She is lucky and strong enough to survive. We have to do her transplant now, before the case gets worse."

"Neh Arasso. Hwayoung just hold this." Eunhyuk gave his necklace to her. "Be strong, okay? I'll be praying and waiting for you outside the operating room." He continued

"Arasso."

They brought Hwayoung to the Operating Room to do the Heart Transplant. Hwayoung is a really strong girl, she believes that she will survive and hopes that she will survive. While she was inside the Operating Room, she was holding Hyuk's necklace while praying for her safety and her Brother's safety. 

Luckily, the transplant was successful. The doctor said she would be asleep for atleast 2-3 days. Eunhyuk just stayed beside her to keep her company and he is hoping that she would wake up. 

On the 3rd day of her sleep, she woke up. She noticed Eunhyuk holding her hand and his head resting on the hospital bed.

"Oppa." She said

Eunhyuk woke up and was happy to see Hwayoung safe and feeling well.

"Hwayoung!" She smiled

"Oh i forgot-"
"Oppa. Who was the heart donor?"

Eunhyuk just kept silent.

"Well. Who is it?" She asked again

"Read this. It's gonna hurt you a lot. Mianhe."

Eunhyuk handed the letter that her brother wrote to Hwayoung. She opened it and the first 2 words she saw was:

Dear My sweetest Little Sister,

I'm Sorry for all of this. I'm sorry I didn't tell you about my condition and about me quiting my job. Well, when I was in America, I went to the doctor and he said that i was 50% blind which caused me to quit my job. I came back to Korea not to look for a new job, but to look at you. Well, looks like it didn't turn out well. I would be seeing you for the last time. When we were inside the car, i thought I would regain back my sight by looking at you. It worked, but only for a few second. Only God knows when my time is up, and i think that this was the right time for me to pass away. I will always remember our first and last memories as siblings and as friends. Remember the time when I accidentally spilled juice on your new shirt then you threw ice at me? Haha~ I will miss those. I'm glad that I got to spend my last hours of living with you. Please tell Omma and Appa. Did the doctor tell you about the Heart Donor? Well that donor is me. Please take care of my ♥. All our memories are stored in there, All my love for you and our parents are in there and most of all, you, my dearest little sister, you are in there, inside my Fragile Heart. I want you to live and have a happy life with Eunhyuk. Even if you won't see me during your concert, I can always see you from above. I'll always support you even if i'm gone. Till the end right? To Infinity and Beyond? =) Take care, my one and only sister. I'm sorry, but I really want you to live. Your time is not up yet, go out there and live. Remember what I wrote awhile ago? Only GOD knows when your time is up and it is not now. It's mine. Saranghae. ♥

Tears came out of your eyes. Eunhyuk started comforting you.

"He gave his heart just for me to live?"
"Shh. We tried to stop him, but he only cares about you."
"I'm really lucky to have a brother like him. If only he can here me. I would say that I would take care of his heart no matter what."
"He can hear you Hwayoung, he can hear you from above."
