My name is Im Nana. I'm a 18 year old Korean girl who grew in the US and is currently studying now in Seoul. I actually don't look like this before. I'm fat and ugly. I'm the kind of girl who doesn't know how to dress up and style herself. I usually don't go out and interact with people. Yeah, I'm kind of shy or maybe not. I just lack confidence by the way I look. But everything changed when I met him. I became an avid fan of Super Junior and my bias is Lee Donghae. When I saw him, I just realized how much I'm ruining my life. So I decided to change and did everything to lose weight. Throw everything that reminds me of my old self.  I went back to Korea to pursue my dreams. To become a star. And also, to meet the person who's exactly the reason why I'm here....Lee Donghae.

*BGM: Trouble Maker*

Nana dances through the beat of the music. Swaying her hips side by side. Looking at her reflection at the mirror to see if she's doing right. Pops and whips her blonde hair. She turned around and took her final pose. Panting from practicing at the studio for more than an hour already, she smiled at her reflection and looked at her wrist watch. "Omo!" She exclaimed when she realizes that she's already late. She grabbed her things and immediately stormed out of the studio.

It's Super Junior's 5jib Mr. Simple Album Signing day. Ever since Nana came back from the U.S. there isn’t a single event or show of Super Junior that she isn’t there. She’s always part of the crowd cheering and chanting for her favorite band. And she already got several chances seeing them up close. But she never got the chance to tell Donghae that she exists. So today she made up her mind that no matter what happened she’ll tell Donghae that there’s a girl named Im Nana who’s crazily obsessed with him. She even stayed up late last night just to make cookies for Donghae. So she ended up sleeping at the kitchen’s table.

When she arrived at the venue, she was so shocked that there are a lot of fans lining up just to get SJ’s picture, autograph and to see them up close. Well, seeing lots of fans like this isn’t a surprise because she’s already used to it. But what makes her shock is the fact that getting into line and waiting for hours would ruin her plan. She couldn’t possibly pass through other fans who got into the line first, that would make a fuss. She just sighed in defeat.

Thirty minutes have passed and she’s just three steps away from him, from Donghae.

Two steps away…

One step…

And finally…

“A-Annyeonghasaeyo…” She greeted awkwardly but still smiling as she handed the album. Stunned by how close Donghae is to her right now she couldn’t help but stare.

“What’s your name?”

“Ne? Uh..Im Nana.” As Donghae sign her album, she remembered something that she almost forgot. She pulled out a letter from her bag and the cookies she made wrapped in a cute paper bag.

“For you.” Nana said while smiling at Donghae.

“Oh, Thank you.” Donghae said in reply putting the letter to his pocket and the cookies on his bag. Then he gave back the album to Nana.

“Kamsahamnida.” Nana said as she bowed biting her lips obviously couldn’t hide her blushing cheeks anymore. She’s already out of the venue when she squealed as loud as she can while hugging her album in her arms. All eyes turned to look at her and she didn’t fail to notice, so she just bit her lip and leaved happily.

After the Album Signing event, Donghae went to his next schedule to have a photoshoot for a magazine. While on the other hand, Eunhyuk went back to their dorm to take a rest before his next schedule at Sukira.

Donghae did some pose in front of the camera. Flickering sound and flashing lights dominating the shooting place. He’s wearing a fashionable suit and a hat and some other clothes and layers of makeup. “Good.” The photographer said. And he posed some more. “Okay, one last pose. Good.” “Kamsahamnida. You did a good job for today.” Donghae said while bowing in front of the staffs.

He went straight to his car after he changed his clothes. He reached for his pocket to get his key but then suddenly he felt an unfamiliar thing inside. When he pulled it out, he realized that it’s a paper. He felt curious so he opened it.

On the paper it says:

Hi! Did you have have nice day? Hmm…I hope you did. :) I don’t know if you notice me before but I always come to every Super Junior’s show. I love them. And my fave is Donghae oppa. It’s my dream to meet you in person. And I want to be your friend….if possible. I know you’re busy so I made you some cookies. It’s actually my first time to bake so I’m not sure if it tastes good but I hope you like it. If you need someone to talk to, you can always call me. Here’s my number. 010-****-****. Don’t worry I’m not as busy as you are. kkk~~ :P

Don’t forget to eat and take a rest, okay?

After reading the letter, he realizes that there’s another paper clipped into it. It’s Nana's picture holding her newly bought high heels with a cute pout on her face. Looking at Nana’s picture, he remembered seeing her several times before at their stage performances, fanmeeting, and other Super Junior events. So it became clear to him why she looked familiar when he saw her a while ago. But then his phone suddenly rang. “Eo, Hyung.” He answered knowing that it’s Leeteuk who’s on the other line. “Yah, where are you? Are you coming here at Sukira?” Donghae looked again at the paper on his hand before answering.

“Sorry hyung but I can’t. I need to go somewhere.”

“Okay.”

“I’ll just make it up to you guys next time.” Then he hanged up.

He dialed numbers on his phone.

"Yoboseyo?"

"Hey, it's Lee Donghae. I wonder if we can meet?"

"R-Right now?"

"Yeah, if that's okay."

"O-Of course..."

Nana hanged up. Then she paused for a while trying to sink in to herself that she isn't dreaming. She looked at her cellphone again and opened the 'Call Register' feature to check if it's real.

She breathe in deeply and,

"Kyaaaa~~~~!!!!!" She screamed happily rolling and jumping over her bed.

A sincere smile met her when she entered the restaurant. They bowed at each other and said their Hello's.

"Am I late?" Nana asked.

"No, I just came here early. I've read your letter and I felt so touched and thankful. So I just wanna make it up to you and give the favor back. Sorry for calling so suddenly. I hope I didn't disturbed you."

"I'm really not that busy so it's okay. And besides, I should be the one saying that to you. I know how busy you are, so thanks for inviting me out."

"Don't worry, I'm already done with my schedules. Have you eaten yet?"

Nana shook her head in response. Donghae called for the waiter to get there orders. "I feel like eating sweets today. Do you like sweets?" Donghae asked. "So much. I can't live a day without sweets." Nana answered in a matter of fact. "Great." Soon, there orders are served.

"Do you usually do this?" Nana asked to keep the conversation going.

"Do what?"

"Going out with fans."

"Actually, no. You're the first one." She couldn't help to shed a smile when she heard his answer. She feels so special today.

"Nana ssi, tell me something about yourself. I want to know more about you since we're going to be friends, right?"

"Hmm...Here." Nana said handing a pictutre to Donghae.

"Who's this?" Donghae asked curiously while looking at the fat girl in the picture.

"That's me."

Donghae's eyes widened in disbelief. Looking back to Nana and at the picture. "R-Really??" Nana nodded in response while smiling. "You really look different now. But you look so cute before, though."

Did he just said that she's cute? Before? That fat and ugly Im Nana before looks cute for him? Nana didn't know what to feel anymore. She just bit her lip to hide that smile slowly blooming on her lips. But she failed to hide her blushing cheeks.

"How did you get that thin?" "It's because of you." "Me??"

Nana nodded again. "I grew up in America as a fat and  ugly girl. And because of the way I look before, I didn't have the confidence to show my talents. But it was before. It all changed when I became a fan of Super Junior and I met you. I realized that I'm taking everything for granted. I wanted to see you in person. I wanted to pursue my dreams. But how am I going to that if I look fat and ugly? So I decided to lose weight, learn how to dress beautifully, put on makeup, attend workshops and go back here in Korea to study and become a trainee."

Donghae covered his mouth and leaned back while looking at Nana on a problematic way. "Are you okay?" Nana asked noticing the way Donghae looks at her. "You did all of that just to see me?"

"Yeah."

"And I didn't even prepared anything special for you today."

"No, you really don't have to. I'm very happy right now. Honestly, I was really hoping for you to call me but I didn't expect it that fast. And just now, you said that I'm the first fan you took out for a date and that I look cute before. You're actually the first one who said that.....Thank you."

"Annie~. It's nothing compared to what you've done. What if I ask you out again next time, would that still be okay with you?"

Nana knows that Donghae is sincerely saying that and it really made her happy. So she answered with a sweet smile, "Yes, of course."

"I'll surely prepare for that. Uh...Can I keep this?" Donghae said gesturing to the picture of the fat Nana on his hand.

"But that's the only picture I have." Nana said hesitantly.

"Please? Here. I'll trade my picture. Just give this to me, okay?" Donghae said handing his picture from his wallet.

"Psh..Such a kid." Nana mumbled on a cute and joking manner as she took Donghae picture.

"What?"

Nana stucked her tounge out and smiled while looking at Donghae's picture. Seeing Nana act like that, Donghae couldn't help but chuckle at her cuteness.

"Hmm...Since you're a trainee, I think you wouldn't mind if we go dancing, right?"

"On a club?"

"No, it's something better than that place."

Donghae opened the door and the lights. It's a dance studio somewhere near there dorm. "What can you say?" Donghae started while putting his things down. "Hyukjae and I accidentally found out this place when we're still a trainee. When we debuted and earned some money, we decided to make it as a dance studio. We always come here to dance whenever we want to throw something. It's better than throwing our frustrations on the wall, right?" Donghae said while chuckling.

Looking at the whole room, it really feels like it has a lot of memories. The studio has complete set for practicing and it's very clean. Nana suddenly thought about something and she couldn't help but laugh a bit.

"Why are you laughing?" Donghae asked curiously. "Nothing. I just didn't imagined a Kpop star sneaking around the city just to come here and dance."

"Tss....You'll know how it feels when you debuted." Then he positioned himself in front of the big mirror attached to the wall and begun dancing. "Your turn." He suddenly said when he stopped. Of course, Nana was caught off guards. She wasn't prepared for this.

"M-Me??"

"Show me your moves." Donghae demanded.

"How am I suppose to dance right now? I'm just a trainee. I'm not as good as you are."

"Come on. You can do it."

She couldn't do anything because Donghae was so persistent so she just did as she was told. She danced in front of the mirror while Donghae was looking at her, his hands on his waist. And when she stopped, Donghae claps with a smile on his face obviously amazed at her skill. "Yah. Don't tell me that you're not as good as I am if you dances like that. And you call yourself 'just' a trainee?"

Donghae went to scan his cellphone. "Nana ssi, do you know how to dance 'I wanna love you'?"

"Your and Eunhyuk's song? Yeah, a bit."

"Let's do it."

"What?"

*BGM: I wanna love you (Donghae's part)*

She's supposed to protest but Donghae suddenly came closer and begun dancing so she couldn't do anything but to do so and dance with him. She didn't expected it to happen this fast. That song was a bit y, touchy and affectionate and she wasn't ready for this. Sure, she wanted this to happen. As an artist, who wouldn't want to dance with Donghae? But they'e so close right now and she doesn't know what to do anymore. But she still managed to dance well though. It's already near the end of Donghae's part and the dance will be done soon. On the last part, Donghae was standing behind Nana. They turned there head in circles on the opposite direction. The dance was over but they stayed on there positions not able to move when they caught each other's eyes looking at one another through the mirror. They couldn't deny that they were stunned at the closeness. Donghae could smell Nana's scent, his cheeks touching Nana's hair. And Nana could almost feel Donghae's chest on her back. What makes it worst is she could literally feel butterflies on her stomach.

Donghae moved a bit backwards when he got back to himself. "Uh...You're good. You just need to practice the timing." He commented while rubbing his nape. "Yeah, I really think I need to practice more." Nana replied trying to get back to herself. They stayed at the studio for a little while. Nana danced to Oppa Oppa which looks so funny and they ended up laughing together. Donghae challenged her to imitate the dance steps he'll show her to test how good dancer she is. And the next game they had is, Donghae will show a dance step and Nana would name the song where that step came from. In short, they had fun themselves, just the two of them on the dance studio.

Donghae noticed that it's already getting late so he decided drive Nana home. The car stopped in front of Nana's unit building. "Did you tell your mom that you're going out with me today? Because if not, she must be worrying now."

Nana smiled at how Donghae spoke. He sounds so mature and responsible. Though he could be such a kid sometimes. "No, she didn't know."

"What? Why didn't you tell her?"

"Because international call is expensive. And she must be resting now so I didn't bother to tell her anymore."

"Wait. So you mean, your mom is in the US and you're living here alone?"

"Hmm...Exactly. My room's on the fifth floor. Don't worry Ahjhussi, I can take care of myself." She smiled and waved her hand while smiling. "Annyeong~."

"Ahjhussi?? Yah...-" Before Donghae could even complain, Nana went out of the car and left. So he couldn't do anything again but to let out a chuckle at her cuteness. Donghae watched and waited until she's out of sight and left right after.
