I was ready and waiting for her at the bottom of the stairs of her apartment, in my newly bought tux which I had spent some time picking out..In the end i
 decided on classic black. It was more of the simple style of clothing that I preferred. 
 
And now I was anxiously waiting for her to come out from her room, so we could make our way together to 'The Golden Palace' restaurant in central Beijing. 
Why was I feeling so nervous? You're only going out to dinner with ~~~ afterall.
I hadn't forgotton what I had told myself before, that I was going to live this night like it was my last. 
Will I really? 
But how was I supposed to make tonight extra special for..her and for us both. I wanted tonight to be the night she remembers spending with me after I return
back to eXo.
I soon found myself on her home telephone, going through her phonebook looking for the golden palace's number.

I was just going to make a quick call to the owners. 
 

10 minutes later.
 
'~~~ah, are you ready yet?!'  I called, 'Your alien friend is down here waiting for you!'
'Luhan, I'm coming!' I heard her voice from above.
I was waiting at the bottom of the stairs, smiling to myself after making the phone call. The owners of The Golden Palace were really too kind.
 
Finally she came down the stairs, and at first all I could see was red, she was in a red dress. 
I took in the appearance of the dress first, it was classic red, simple as well, not overdone or fancy..but just simple. Then i took in her appearance, her wavy
long black hair, casually laid back, but the thing that caught my eyes...or was it my heart? was the glint in her eyes as she smiled. i swear..how could I have
ever seen true beauty until right now?

Breathe.
I was looking at my reflection in the mirror. I had chosen to wear my red dress, which happened to be the dress that I was meant to have worn to the school 
dance last year. It was a pretty simple dress as I wasn't the type to go for those fancy ones that most girls my age wore.
 

Hopefully I'd look okay to Luhan. That's all I cared about I guess. 
 
I sighed.. I'm so so fricking nervous about going to the  golden palace with the gorgeous alien boy called Luhan from another fricking planet!!  Is there no
such thing as sanity in this world?! At least he's not a vampire, I thought to myself..or a werewolf. Thank God those don't exist. 
 
I heard Luhan's voice from below, he sounded like he was on the phone. But wait, who would Luhan have to phone? He doesn't even know anyone but me 
here on earth! I shook this odd yet slightly amusing thought from my head when I suddenly came across a small, little box wrapped with a silver ribbon 
around it. 
 
They were the earings Sehun had given me on my last birthday. There was a note inside the little box, which when removed revealed a pair of earings, and 
on the note it read, 'Dear ~~~" Hope you had a good birthday. Lot's of love, Sehun.' 
 
I sighed upon seeing this. Sehun was once my good friend - an exchange student from Korea who had come to Beijing to learn Chinese. He was a cute boy,
 romantic too and I honestly thought that he liked me..I mean he did put 'lots of love' on my birthday present which was a pair of pretty silver earrings. 
 But anyway, he started seeing a girl called Krystal a few months ago..and i have to say that i really don't get what Sehun saw in her. She's stunning of course, 
but personality wise, I personally found her clingy..and quite selfish I guess. That was because she didn't particularly like me spending time with Sehun so 
me and him barely spend any time together any more.  

 So yes..i guess i had once had feelings for this boy called Oh SeHun, who had pretty much been my best guy friend. 

That was before I met Luhan of course...I'm still confused about my feelings towards Luhan to be honest, because it just seems so silly and utterly stupid to
think that i could possible have feelings for a guy who's not even from planet earth. What's even more silly and utterly stupid is to think that he could possibly 
have feelings for me.
But oh well, I sighed and put the box of earrings aside absorbed in my own confused thoughts. 
 
'~~~ah, are you ready yet?!' I heard him call, 'Your alien friend is down here waiting for you!'
 
I smiled to myself, excited about seeing him in his formal attire. But i knew he'd be my baby faced angel  in anything he wore.
 
I slipped on a pair of beige heels I'd never worn before and soon made for the stairs which I knew Luhan would be waiting at the bottom of. 
Tonight seems so much like a fairytale...and I'm spending it with Luhan. 


 
As I walked down the stairs I held onto the banisters carefully. It would be too embarassing if I tripped in these heels.
He was standing there, smiling and waiting for me. Such a pretty smile. I took in his appearance. He was in a black suit, which I had to admit suited him 
perfectly. 

I saw his eyes widen slightly when he saw me. Did I really look that bad....or good? I think I blushed slightly.
 
'I see you went for classic black in the end. Good choice,' I said to him, once I was at the bottom of the stairs, 'although I don't consider myself a fashion 
expert.' I admitted.
 He just looked at me..and I've got to admit, his face looked like a clueless deer. Could this boy be any more cute?
 '~~~ah, you look..really, um,' he kept stuttering to himself,  'I mean you must be a fashion expert because your dress is really beautiful. And you..erm..what I'm
 trying to say..you look.. Beautiful.' 
 
This time I definitely knew I blushed. Let's just hope I hadn't gone as red as the dress. This was the first time a boy had ever called me 'beautiful'..but it
 wasn't just any boy, it was Luhan.

'What's the matter?' he asked me, a look of concern emerging on his face. 
'Oh..oh, it's nothing.' I said. He must have seen me blushing.. 'I mean, it's just... that I think you're the first boy that's ever called me beautiful,' I admitted. 
He laughed quietly, 'Now I seriously doubt that ~~~ah.' 
What was that supposed to mean? I think I'd remember if a boy had thought I was beautiful. 
'Anyway ~~~, it's getting late now so we should really get going to your favourite restaurant!'

To my surprise, he lowered his hand to mine. 

So hand in hand, the boy in the black suit and the girl in the red dress made their way together to The Golden Palace.

He came to my city yesterday to carry the olympic torch, which was so cool as me and my sis got to see him and he waved at us!
